OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of the principal agent in Ligustrazine Phosphate for injection.METHODS:Ligustrazine Phosphate was separated on Zorbax Extend C18(150mm?4.6mm,5?m).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(3∶2).A UV-detector at 295nm was used.RESULTS:The linear range of Ligustrazine Phosphate was 0.21～3.00mg?mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.1%(RSD=0.93%,n=9).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and it can be applied to the quality control of Ligustrazine Phosphate for injection.

Objective To analyse the color ranges of 3 kinds of imported composite resin and to compare the color range of imported composite resin with that of Chinese teeth in the southwest of China. Methods The color of 3 kinds of imported composite resin was mearsured with the spectrophotonery system of human tooth color which had a fiber optic heading.The color range of imported composite resin was compared with that of Chinese teeth. Results The color distribution spaces of 3 kinds of imported compositeresin had different color ranges that were smaller than that of Chinese teeth. Being compared with Chinese teeth color, imported composite resin was short of higher and lower light color, and imported composite resin was short of greener and redder color either. Conclusions The color distribution spaces of imported composite resin are different from that of Chinese teeth in the southwest of China, and any kind of composite resin can not meet the color demand from dental clinic.

砄bjective:To analyse the effects of age on the color of natural tooth crown. Methods: The color of 1 944 health anterior teeth of 162 chinese people aged 20 to 73 years old was measured with a fiber optic spectrophotometry system. CIE 1976 L *a *b * and CIE 1931XYZ were applied to analyse the color mesurements. Results:The results showed that in three section of teeth(incisor, midlle, cervical) the values of L * and a *were negativly correlated to aging, that of b * was positively just at cervical and midlle sites. The value of b * was not related to age at incisal site of teeth. Conclusion: The values of L * and a * are related to age negatively.

AIM:To investigate the relationship of clinical efficacy,blood trough concentration and adverse reavtion,which in the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection with Vancomycin.METHODS:The clinical data of 82 hospital patients who were infected by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and treated with Vancomycin from January 2008 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed the clinic efficacy,bacteriological treatment,adverse reaction were observed,and the blook trough concentration was detected.RESULTS:The treatment effective rate of Vancomycin-blood trough concentration which was less than 5 ?g/mL,in the range of 5-10 ?g/mL,and greater than 10 ?g/mL were 68.75%,72.73% and 81.82%.The bacterial clearance rates were 62.50%,68.18% and 72.73%.One case of blood trough concentration of 14.6 ?g/mL in patients with renal toxicity.CONCLUSION:Increasing the blood trough concentration of Vancomycin can improve the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection in the efficacy and bacterial eradication rates,but the probability of renal toxicity adverse reactions will also increase accordingly.

Humanistic spirit advocates the concern for human,and the medical value of people foremost.Now status quo of oral medical students' humanities concern is worrying.This paper aims to analyze the reason,and the best way to culture oral medical students' humanities concern is not only to have an aim of training medical professionals who have oral medical knowledge and skills,but also to look upon the education of medical humanistic spirit as important educative content,to improve teachers' humanities diathesis,to enhance the contact between medical students' and society or patients,to foster affection,to train skills,and to establish the good environment of humanities education.

In this study, DNAzymes against cyclin D1 (cyclin D1-DRz) were designed according to the secondary structure of cyclin D1 mRNA which was computed with RNAdraw and Mfold. Cyclin D1-DRz were transfected into tumor cell line u251 and HeLa by oligofectamine. The expression of cyclin D1 was detected by RT-PCR. It was shown that the expression of cyclin D1 gene was suppressed obviously, and the expressions of other cell-cycle related genes such as cyclin E1, cyclin A1 and cyclin B1 were also declined. The cell cycle analysis of tumor cells tansfected with cyclin D1-DRz revealed an arrestment in the G0/G1 phase. In conclusion, the approach is effective and feasible for designing DNAzyme. Cyclin D1-DRz is useful for interfering with the cell cycle procession of tumor cells.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the knowledge, attitude of the AIDS prevention and occupational safety in dentist in Kunming and west part of Yunnan and evaluate the effect of education and intervention.

METHOD165 dentists in Yunnan were tested by KABP questionnaire before education. All of the 165 dentists participated a course on AIDS prevention. After that course the same questionnaire was answered by participants.

RESULTThe correct rates obviously increased. The understanding rates of the oral prevention measure were obviously improved.

CONCLUSIONThe knowledge of AIDS prevention is very low in dentist in Kunming and west part of Yunnan. The education intervention can effectively improve the understanding level of the AIDS prevention in dentist.
