Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the levels of serum uric acid (SUA) and prevalence of coronary artery disease (CAD) by Meta analysis. Methods: We searched the databases of Pub Med, Elsevier and Web of Science for internationally published cohort study for the relationship between SUA levels and CAD prevalence and conducted a general analysisby using Stata software. Results: A total of 11 cohort study including 463,918 subjects were enrolled in this study. For both male and female genders, increase SUA level was the risk factor for CAD occurrence (RR=1.11, 95% CI 1.00-1.24) and (RR=1.24, 95% CI 1.15-1.34). Dose-response Meta-analysis indicated that by 1 mg/dl SUA elevation, the risk of CAD occurrence would increase 4.8% in male and 12.4% in female, the risk in female gender was higher than male. Conclusion: SUA level has been closely related to CAD prevalence.

Objective To present clinical results of endovascular treatment of total iliac vein occlusions and to discuss the technique details of this treatment. Methods From Feb 2006 to Aug 2010,15 patients with chronic total occlusive lesions of the iliac vein and adjacent vein segments underwent endovascular treatment. Average age was (62 ±7) years (range 35 to 81 years), the male/female ratio was 12: 3. Clinical score of CEAP was grade 3 in 33. 3%, grade 4 in 40%, grade 5 in 13. 3%, and grade 6 in 13.3%. Venography showed left iliac vein was occluded in all 15 patients, common femoral vein was occluded in 14 patients, and superior femoral vein was occluded in 9 patients, however profounder femoral vein was patent in these patients with superior femoral vein being occluded. Results No postoperative major morbidity or mortality was seen. The technique success rate was 93. 3%. Treatment failure was caused in one case for a wrong selection of the femoral vein approach site. The average length of stent was 18. 4 cm.In 12(80. 0% ) stents crossed the inguinal ligament. The average follow-up time was 11.6 ± 2. 4 months. The primary patency rates of the stents at 6 months were 92. 9%. 10 (66. 7% ) patients were asympotomatic, 3(20% )were improved, 1 (6. 7% ) was unchanged, and 1 (6.7%) was worse, compared to before intervention. Conclusions Endovscular recanalization and stent placement is a safe and effective treatment for chronic total occluded iliac veins, with good patency, significant symptom resolution, and minimal morbidity in the short term follow-up.

Objective To develop the Dissociative Trait Scale(DTS),and examine its reliability and validity. Methods Based on literature and research work,a preliminary questionnaire was designed to measure dissociative trait. 1306 college students completed the DTS and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). Results Exploratory factor analysis extracted eight factors. The percentage of variance explained was 57.69%. The Cronbach α-coefficient of the total scale and the eight subscales ranged from 0. 830 ~ 0. 969, the test-retest reliability ranged from 0.575 ~ 763 (P < 0.01 ). The scores of DTS significantly positively correlated with the scores of SCL-90 (P <0.01 ). Conclusion The DTS has acceptable psychometric quality, and can be applied to assess dissociative traits in Chinese college students.

Objective To establish the standard values of indicators for care quality evaluation of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods To acquire data of nurses configuration in 24 hospitals nationwide by the status survey method. On-spot examination, questionnaire, case-review methods were applied to determine the standard values of 638 benign prostatic hyperplasia patients' care quality in Xi'an three major general hospitals. Department self-report, patients' complaints and quality inspection provided adequate information for determining the standard values. Results The standard values of indicators for care quality evaluation of benign prostatic hyperplasia were successfully established. Conclusions Taking the mean and percentile of indicators as reference can acquire true and reliable results.

Objective To establish the benign prostatic hyperplasia evaluation index system for nursing quality. Methods Indicators framework for perioperative nursing quality evaluation index system was built up by the theoretical research, clinical research, expert meetings approach firstly, then the Delphi method was used to screen and verify the indicators. Results Two rounds of consultation questionnaires were collected with rate of 86.0%, 95.3% respectively, the first round of consultation had the retention of 13 indicators, removed 4 indicators of those. After the second round, the average score of important target was no less than 8.0, and more than half of indicators had a full mark, coefficient of variation targets no higher than 0.20 were up to 100%. Coefficient of concordance of two rounds were 0.241 and 0.433 respectively. ConclusionsAfter two rounds of consultation, there were 13 quality indicators left and experts had well authoritativeness and representative.

Objective To explore the predictive value of short term cognitive assessment in the acute phase of ischemic stroke for 3-6 months after stroke. Methods The demographic data, vascular risk factors, clinical and imaging data of 254 patients with acute ischemic stroke from August 2016 to December 2017 were prospectively registered. The cognitive function was assessed by Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) 3 weeks after stroke onset.Comprehensive cognitive function assessment was performed after 3-6 months of stroke.Multiple factor Logistic regression was used to screen the independent risk factors of cognitive domain and overall cognitive function in 3-6 months. Results Totally 254 consecutive patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled.Combined with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,161 patients completed the baseline cognitive assessment, and 138 completed the comprehensive cognitive assessment in 3-6 months after stroke.Logistic regression analysis showed that 3 weeks baseline cognitive status was an independent factor affecting memory (P<0.05,OR =62.47,95%CI=13.00-205.00),execution (P<0.05,OR=38.29,95%CI=8.00-170.00),language (P<0.05,OR=6.46,95%CI=2.31-18.04) and information processing speed (P<0.05,OR=5.88,95%CI=2.24-15.41) in 3-6 months after stroke.According to the number of impaired cognitive domains, the overall cognitive function was defined. There were 61 cases of no or mild cognitive dysfunction group and 77 cases of moderate or severe cognitive impairment group.Multifactor logistic analysis showed that baseline cognitive status was independent of the overall cognitive function of 3-6 months after apoplexy adjusting for the age and education level (P<0.05,OR=25.32,95% CI =7.52-85.39).Conclusion Short cognitive assessment in early apoplexy can predict the short-term functional status of cognitive domains such as memory, execution, language and information processing speed after stroke, and can also predict the overall cognitive level.
