The effective and fair allocation model of digital resources was studied by establishing the acquisition performance assessment system and mechanism.The optimal allocation program of digital resources was proposed according to the digital resource performance assessment in Library of Mudanjiang Medical College for the reference of academic library in its scientific allocation of digital resources.

Purpose To explore the relationship between epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) volume and ascending aortic stiffness by CT,so as to early evaluate the lesions of ascending aortic by measuring EAT.Materials and Methods 169 patients with suspected coronary artery disease who underwent coronary CT angiography and coronary angiography in First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2016 to September 2016 were enrolled.According to the presence of coronary atherosclerosis or not,the patients were divided into research group (109 cases) and control group (60 cases).The research group were further divided into slight,mild,moderate and severe group according to the Gensini score of coronary atherosclerosis.The recorded threshold of EAT volume was 107.2 cm3.The patients with EAT volume higher than 107.2 cm3 belonged to the exposure group,and the rest belonged to the non exposure group.The EAT volume and ascending aortic stiffness were measured,and the relationship between them was assessed.The relationship between EAT volume and coronary atherosclerosis was also analyzed.Results In the control group,there was no correlation between EAT volume and ascending aortic stiffness (r =-0.156,P＞0.05).However,there were negative correlations between EAT volume and ascending aortic stiffness in slight,mild,moderate and severe group (r=-0.378,-0.340,-0.514 and-0.459,P＜0.05).The EAT volumewas an independent risk factor of ascending aortic stiffness (β=-0.009,t=-2.653,P＜0.05).The incidence of CAD in the exposure group was 9.318 times of that in the non exposure group.Conclusion There is obvious correlation between EAT volume and ascending aortic stiffness in patients with CAD.The evaluation of EAT volume can provide an effective reference for the early prediction of ascending aortic lesions in patients with CAD.

Objective To explore and assess NiTi shape memory alloys stent intraeustachian tube placement prevent and treat adhesive otitis media. Methods The patients were divided into 3 groups (A:56 cases of adhesive otitis media, B:27 cases of otitis media with effusion, C:52 cases as control). In all cases of eustachian orifices were inspected by endoscope. 2 autopsy eustachian tubes were dissected. NiTi shape memory alloys stent intraeustachian tube plasment was perfomed in 8 cases to prevent and treat adhesions of middle ear with seld-designed . Results The eustachian orifice can be divided into three types: wide, narrow and fissure like instolle. In group A, wide, narrow, fissure like showed 20, 31, 5; respectively in group B: 9, 13, 5; in group C: 45, 7, 0. There was significant difference in three gorup (A,B, versus C ? 2=29.66,25.44 respectively, P0.05). Autopsy of eustachian tube: cartilage length was 30 mm, trapeziform, floor width was 11 mm, tip width was 4 mm. 4 cases of adhesive otitis media gained good ventilation as during valsalva method with audiometry promotion 15-30 dB after NiTi shape memory alloys stent placements. Two of 4 cases of otitis media with refractory effusion, gained A-B gap close, follow up over 12 months; the other was good at valslva's and gave up ventilation tube. Eight case had no patulous and any side-effect after NiTi shape memory alloys placement. Conclusions Adhesive otitis media can be prevented and treated by placing NiTi shape memory alloys stent with no patulous or other side-effect.

To determine the treatment result of Adhesive otitis media, 105 cases(129 cars) were analysed retrospectively. Of them, 70 ears( 54 %) had a small air - room at the tympanic opening of eustachian tube, 12 ears had obstructed eustachian tube. The classification of adhesive otitis media and selection of proper measures were discussed. Further improvement of hearing was still a puzzled problem.

Tort Liability Law set tougher requirements on the validity and authenticity of medical records,featuring explicit protection of patient rights of informed consent.Based on the changes in the law since its enforcement,the authors studied existing deficiencies of electronic medical records and came up with the following suggestions.Establish sound legal accreditation system for electronic medical records; perfect related laws and regulations to ensure standard application of the electronic medical records; and work out regulations to make medical staff aware of their legal responsibilities when applying electronic medical records.These recommendations will enable electronic medical records better fit the current legal environment onto the track of healthier development.

Since the examination of doctor's qualifications came into effect, methods that are set by standard to judge whether one passes the examination or not were in dispute all the while. This article is going to introduce four kinds of methods (Angoff method、Modified Angoff method、Nedelsky method、Borderline group method) which are commonly used at home and abroad. Summarizing their advantages, disadvantages and the usage in the process of standards setting in various countries, we aim to provide reference for setting cutoff score of the examination of doctor's qualifications in China.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the new mode and new method for the reform of the pharmacy specialty experimental teaching in the cultivation of innovative talents. METHODS:In view of the present situation of pharmacy experimental teaching in China,ideas and measures for the reform of pharmacy experimental teaching were put forward,and a new model of experimental teaching was put forward in combined with the actual situation of our school. RESULTS:The reform of pharmacy experiment should guide students to establish the correct scientific research spirit,increase the comprehensive experiment and design experi-ment,improve the evaluation methods,and pay attention to the process of evaluation. And training mode of tutorial system was put forward based on the actual situation. CONCLUSIONS:Training mode of tutorial system has certain guiding significance for the further deepening of pharmacy specialty experimental course and cultivation of innovative talents.

A total of 3 431 subjects aged 18 years or over from Liaoning province were involved in this study.The prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS) was 19.50%,being 19.79% in men and 18.44% in women, according to the standard of Chinese Diabetes Society in 2004.Villages had the highest prevalence of MS in women,while cities had the lowest;towns had the highest prevalence of MS in men,while villages had the lowest.The prevalence of MS was increased with both aging and income.The peak of MS is turning to the developing district.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of screening hospital urinary tract infection with UF-100 automated urine analyzer. METHODS It was to count the bacteria and white blood cells in 422 urine specimens with UF-100 as well as to culture the specimens quantitatively.Then the sensitivity and specificity of UF-100 counts and the correspondence of the two methods were evaluated with Yerushalmy mode. RESULTS Compared with the culture results,UF-100 showed a sensitivity of 81.5%,specificity of 63.9%,positive predictive value of 29.1%,negative predictive value of 95.0%,false positive rate of 30.5%,false negative rate of 2.8% and an accuracy of 67.2%. CONCLUSIONS The UF-100 is excellent in analyzing urine specimens,and its bacteria counts can be a valuable indicator in screening hospital urinary tract infection.

Objective To evaluate the childhood asthma control test(C-ACT) on the assessment of asthma by exploring the correlations among C-ACT,disease severity,the control level of pediatric asthma,disease partition and the changes in the pulmonary function as well as the score range,and to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of C-ACT's application to guide children's asthma control.Methods Two hundred and five children with asthma in the Pediatric Asthma Outpatient of Xiamen Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2011 to October 2015 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table.The patients in the experimental group were monitored by the C-ACT with corresponding guidance,while patients in control group were treated without the monthly guidance of C-ACT after C-ACT involvement at the first time.C-ACT questionnaire score surveys were completed by all patients and their parents under the guidance of asthmatic specialists or nurses.Pulmonary function,disease severity and disease partition and the control level of pediatric asthma were detected and evaluated by doctors before and after treatment.The correlation between the results of C-ACT and the changes in the clinical indicators was assessed,and the improvement of lung function and the control rate of asthma were evaluated in 2 groups after 1 year.Results (1) There was no significant difference in gender,age and disease severity distribution based on the results of pulmonary function assessment between the control group and the experimental group (all P ＞ 0.05).(2) The C-ACT scores in normal,slight abnormal,moderately abnormal and severely abnormal pulmonary function were (24.79-± 2.20) scores,(21.67 ± 1.93) scores,(17.07-± 2.01) scores and (12.67 ± 1.81)scores,respectively,which showed the pulmonary function had a positive correlation with C-ACT scores (F =314.0,P ＜ 0.000 1).(3)Assessment of the reliability of C-ACT:the α value of Cronbach's coefficient for the scale was 0.867,which showed the high reliability.The correlation coefficients between the C-ACT score and the percentage of predicted value of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1％),the percentage of peak expiratory flow in the predicted value (PEF％) were 0.683 and 0.712,respectively,which also showed the strong reliability.(4) C-ACT scores in intermittent attacks of asthma,slight persistent asthma,moderate persistent asthma,severe persistent asthma were (24.47 ± 2.26) scores,(22.17 ± 1.86) scores,(17.42 ± 2.52) scores and (13.27 ± 2.11) scores,respectively,which showed the severity of asthma was positively associated with C-ACT scores (F =244.0,P ＜ 0.000 1).(5) C-ACT scores in controlled,partly controlled and uncontrolled asthma were (24.32 ± 2.34) scores,(18.87 ± 1.95)scores and (14.03 ± 1.32) scores,which showed the control levels of asthma had a positive association with C-ACT scores(F =394.0,P ＜ 0.000 1).(6)C-ACT scores in different disease partitions of green,yellow and red area were (24.72 ± 2.04) scores,(18.17 ± 2.03) scores and (15.06 ± 1.93) scores,which showed the diseases partition had an association with C-ACT scores (F =367.2,P ＜ 0.000 1).(7) After treatment of 3 months,6 months and 12 months,the control rates in the control group were 28.71％,67.33％,81.19％,but they were 44.23％,79.81％,95.19％ in the experimental group respectively.The control rates were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,and the differences were significant (x2 =5.318,4.114,9.722,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The C-ACT is highly correlated with pulmonary function,and our study show the C-ACT score range can help to make a quick assessment of disease severity,disease partition and the control level of children asthma.The application of C-ACT for the treatment of asthma has a good effect and it can be recommended and applied to childhood suitable for the promotion and application of children asthma clinics and community medical institutions at all levels of hospitals.
