Objective To study the role of vascular resection in the radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Methods One hundred and forty-two cases of hilar cholangiocarcinoma (HC) data during July 2009 and December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively .After sufficient preoperative management including relieving jaundice , three dimensional assessments were evaluated and then surgical planning was designed. Results One hundred and forty-two cases underwent surgery after adequate preoperative preparation and evaluation, of whom 16 patients had vascular resection. Portal vein resection was performed in 11 cases, in which the portal vein wedge excision was performed in 4 cases, the portal vein anastomosis in 6 cases, and right anterior portal vein resection and reconstruction was performed in 1 case. Because of tumor invasion in the right hepatic artery, 4 patients underwent right hepatic artery resection and saphenous vein reconstruction, and 1 patient underwent right hepatic artery anastomosis. Postoperative complications were as follows:bile leakage in 1 case, no abdominal bleeding and abdominal infection, and no vascular thrombosis-related complications, and the overall complication rate was 1/16. There was no perioperative death . The follow-up results was as follows: 1 patient died 3 months after surgery, 1 died of liver metastasis after 9 months, 2 cases were lost to follow up, and the rest patients were still followed up. Conclusions Vascular resection for hilar cholangiocarcinoma helps to improve tumor resection rate and prognosis in large medical centers. With the use of three dimensional assessment, preoperative management and reasonable surgical strategy can reduce postoperative complications and ensure safety for hilar cholangiocarcinoma resection.

0.05).The infection rate in first intermediate host(snails), second intermediate host(crabs) and animal reservoir hosts was 0.05%(9/19 368), 31.1%(15 627/50 313) and 11.9%(52/438) respectively.Evidently, natural nidi for Paragonimus spp.still exist in Ningbo City.

Objective To Screen serum protein markers related to CRF and establish a diagnosis model, exploring and discussing its significance in serodiagnosis by comparing differences of serum protein spectrum expression between patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and control group. Methods The trial included 62 CRF patients and 28 control ones.Serum samples were tested by surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS).The data were analyzed to screen serum proteomic biomarkers.By bioinformatics analysis, decision classification tree models were to be established and tested. Results A total of 19 effective protein peaks were significantly different between CRF and normal control (P<0.001) at m/z range of 1 500 to 30 000,among which 18 showed low expression and 1 showed high expression in CRF.CRF and normal control were obviously different in the clustering;By bioinformatics analysis,a CRF-normal controls of the diagnostic decision tree model was developed, which was 87.8% in with prediction accuracy rate of 87.8% sensitivity of 87.1% and a specificity of 89.3%.Condusion Diagnostic decision tree model provides a more accurate prediction and solid experimental evidence for early clinical diagnosis.

Objeetive To discuss the correlation of creatinine reduction ratio(CRR2)from posttransplant day 1 to day 2 and early graft function recovery status after kidney transplantation. Methods Clinical data of 80 patients after renal transplantation from Jan 2005 to Mar 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into three groups according to the post-operative serum creatinine level:53 patients within IGF group[cereatinine<265.2 μmol/L by post-operative day(POD)no.5],14 patients within SGF group(creatinine>265.2 μmol/L on POD no.5,but no need for dialysis),and 13 patients within DGF group(need for dialysis in the first week post-transplant).Then the value and 99%CI of CRRz of these three groups were calculated. Results The value of CRR2 of IGF,SGF and DGF was(46.8±14.6)%,(25.6±13.5)%and(0.7±17.7)%respectively.And CRR2 99%CI of IGF,SGF and DGF was 41%-52%,15%-36%and-14%-16 0A respectively. There was significant difference in the value of CRR2 among IGF,SGF and DGF group. So a criteria for early diagnosis of IGF,SGF and DGF by CRR2 99%C1 was established:IGF(CRR2≥40%),SGF (15%<CRR2<40%)and DGF(CRR2≤15%). Conclusion CRR2 has a good correlation with early graft function recovery after kidney transplantation, and can be used to predict the occurrence of SGF and DGF.

Radiotherapy is widely used in the treatment of primary and metastatic malignant tumors. It is traditionally believed that the killing effect of radiotherapy on tumor is based on the direct or indirect damage of ionizing radiation to DNA. In recent years, the anti-tumor role and mechanism of anti-tumor immune response induced by ionizing radiation have captivated widespread attention and achieved significant progress. Among them, Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS)-stimulator of interference genes (STING) pathway is considered to be one of the key regulatory hubs. cGAS is a cytoplasmic DNA receptor that can bind to tumor-derived double-stranded DNA and activate the downstream STING, thereby activating anti-tumor immune response of the host. In view of the latest progress in this field, the important role and potential mechanism of cGAS-STING pathway in radiotherapy immune effect were mainly summarized, and the application prospect of targeting cGAS-STING pathway in radiotherapy sensitization was explored.
