Ferula sinkiangensis K.M. Shen is a kind of endangered national plant medicine in the northern of Xinjiang,China. It mainly contains sesquiterpene coumarins, sulfides, polysaccharides, aromatic compounds and other effective chemical constitu-tions;Chromatography is used to build the fingerprint and to control the medicine quality in most cases. Both raw plant medicine and specific compounds possess pharmacologic activities such as antibacterial,insecticidal,anti-allergic,and antitumor properties. The present paper summarizes the resource distribution, chemical constituents, fingerprints and pharmacological activities of F. sinkian-gensis,to provide reference for its systematic research, effective quality control and efficient development and utilization.

Objective An optimal radiation dose was made research on tumor cells to develop effective tumor fusion vaccines. Methods We used the RS 2000 biological X-ray radiation instrument to produce different dose of X-rays.Mouse liver cancer cells line,BNL 1ME a.7R.1(MEAR),was used for experiment. The RS 2000 biological X-ray radiation was applied to create different tumor cell clones, which could help us to study the rela-tionship between irradiation dose and tumor cells′proliferation activity.Furthermore, the fusion cells′anti-tumor ef-fect was examined by flow cytometry. Results High-dose radiation would induce the lower proliferation of cancer cells than low-dose irradiation do.Conclusions During the preparation of fusion vaccines, irradiation dose should be considered as a factor that would influence the tumor cells′ proliferation activity. When the dose of irradiation was appropriate,we could make safe and efficient integration cell vaccines.

As the aging proceeds worldwide, aging lung transplantation recipients have been increased dramatically. Aging population with end-stage lung diseases also have comorbidities, such as cardiovascular disease, which may impact the prognosis of lung transplantation. Recent researches on lung transplantation have explored the characteristics of aging recipients, strategy selection on transplantation and cardiovascular disease management, as well as risk factors for post-transplantation complications and death. However, researches on lung transplantation recipients with cardiac valve disease are just in the initial stage. With the advancement of transcatheter technique, more patients will be benefited. We summarized the advancement in this field and took an outlook for future clinical researches.
