Objective: To explore the characteristics of control response and sustained attention in children with chronic tic disorders (CTD). Methods: 38 children fulfilled DSM-Ⅳ diagnosis of CTD and 38 normal children are involved in the study. All participants were assessed with the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT). The differences of sustained attention and control response were compared. Results: Most of the values of IVA-CPT were lower in children with CTD compared with normal children. There was no significant difference between the visual and auditory sustained attention and control response in children with CTD. Conclusion: The present study suggests that control response and sustained attention are both impaired in children with CTD.

Objective To understand the inhibitory control in children with functional articulation disorder (FAD).Methods 30 children who met the criteria of FAD aged of 4-6 years were selected as the case group,and 30 normal speaking children matched in age were selected as the control group.The inhibitory control function were examined by handgame and day-night stroop task.The data were described as median (P25,P75) and the differences were compared between the two groups by rank test.Results The scores of handgame (4(3,5)) and day-night stroop task(13(11,16)) in case group were much inferior to those in control group (5 (4,5),15 (14,15)) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The inhibitory control of children with functional articulation disorder was much inferior to normal children.

Objective:To investigate communication and adaptive function of children with Asperger Syndrome (AS).Methods:The adaptive function of two groups,123 with AS and 23 normal, were investigated with Adaptive Ability Scale for Children; Intelligence were measured with WISC; Communication behaviors of AS children were also investigated. Results:Significant differences were found between the two groups in total score of adaptive abilities and in domains of socialization, communication and self-administration; Abnormal communication behaviors were found in AS children。Conclusion: AS children demonstrated abnormal communication behaviors and deficits in social adaptive abilities.Early diagrosis and intervention can reduce children's adaptive trouble after entering school.

Transfusion -related iron overload damage iron homeostasis of organism ,which damages the structure of the vital organs and leads to the dysfunction of important organs .Iron overload affects the prognosis of the patients,which promotes myelodysplastic syndrome transformation to acute leukemia and reduces the total sur -vival rate of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ,which increases the treatment related mortality after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and increases the chance of infection .Iron depletion therapy can de-lay the progression of acute leukemia and prolong the survival time of the patients with acute leukemia and show a certain anti-proliferative activity .

Objective:To analyse the behavioral problems of children with chronic tic disorders(CTD).Methods:Children with CTD only and with comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)as well as ADHD and normal controls were assessed by Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL).The rates and scores of behavioral problems between groups were compared.Results:The rate of behavioral problems,total score and most subscales scores in CTD comorbid ADHD group and ADHD group were significantly higher than those of CTD only and control group.There were no significant differences between CTD only and control group except obsessive compulsive problem,hyperactivity behavior,aggressive behavior and total score.Conclusion:The present study suggests that comorbid ADHD was associated with more behavioral problems.

Objective: To explore the characteristics of sensory behavior of autism children. Methods: 93 autism children between age 2 to 12, including 87 boys and 6 girls, were investigated based on Harrison's Sensory Behavior Scale. Results: Abnormal visual and auditory responses are quite common among autism children. Hyposensitivity to pain and overusing of smelling are less common. Significant differences were detected in auditory filtering, unusual visual response, hyposensitivity to pain and smell sensitivity between mild and severe groups. Conclusion: Autism children present varied sensory abnormalities. Severe autism children had significantly more sensory symptoms than the mild autism. The mechanisms for this deserves further exploring.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of different pressure on microcirculation of scar proliferation. METHODS: A total of 60 patients with scar proliferation after burning were collected, including 49 males and 11 females, with averagely aged 37 years. The patients were divided into low pressure (0.67-1.33 kPa), normal pressure (1.33-3.33 kPa) and high pressure (3.33-6.67 kPa) groups by envelope method. Pressure tension bandage was used at 1 week after wound healing and gradually increased, reached expected pressure at days 5-7 and sustained for 6 months. Then the changes of blood perfusion at the scar tissue were measured by laser Doppler perfusion imaging (LDPI). RESULTS: According to the intended processing analysis, all the 60 patients enter the result analysis. There were no significant differences of the scar tissue perfusion of the 3 groups before the therapy. After the therapy, the perfusion was decreased in the low pressure group, but there are no statistical changes compared to before the therapy (P > 0.05), while the perfusion was decreased in the normal pressure and high pressure groups (P < 0.05), which was lower in the high pressure group than the normal pressure group (P < 0.05). When the pressure increased to 3.33-6.67 kPa, the patients feel much more uncomfortable and the swelled signs appear, and 2 patients quit the experiment. CONCLUSIONS: The scar tissue perfusion is decreased obviously when adding the pressure to 3.33 kPa by using tension bandage. Using this method, the pressure should gradually increase to the maximum if patients can bear.

Objective To study direct economic loss of healthcare-associated infection (HAI)in hospitalized children with acute respiratory infection (ARI),and the influence in satisfaction degree of children’relatives.Methods Clinical data of 1 039 children with ARI in a pediatrics ward between April 1,2012 to March 31,2013 were analyzed retrospective-ly.50 patients with HAI were in case group and 50 patients without HAI were in control group.The difference in medical cost and the degree of satisfaction of children’s relatives were compared between two groups.Results Medical cost of pa-tients in case group was significantly higher than control group([P 25 - P 75 :￥3 095.54 - ￥4 779.48]vs [P 25 -P 75 :￥1 744.14-￥2 382.07],Z =5.89,P <0.01).The expenses in medicine,laboratory examination,diagnosis and treatment,and nursing in case group were all higher than control group,there were significant differences between two groups(all P <0.01 );Hospitalization day of case group was significantly longer than control group ([P 25 -P 75 :9 d-15 d]vs[P 25 -P 75 :6 d-8 d],Z =5.79,P <0.01 ).Satisfaction degree of patients’relatives in case group was significantly lower than control group (Z =8.22,P <0.01).Conclusion HAI occurred in ARI children can increase medical cost,prolong length of hospital stay and decrease satisfaction degree of patients’relatives.

Objective To investigate the effects of high-fat diet on pancreatic acinar cells' IP3 expression and CCK-induced amylase release in rats.Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into high-fat diet group and normal diet group,they were fed for 4 weeks.Blood triglycerides,cholesterol,amylase and glucose levels were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer.Pancreatic tissues were taken for histopathological observations.Pancreatic acinar cells were isolated and cultured,and intracellular inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) was detected using a commercial kit.Amylase release rates were measured after CCK-8 stimulation.Results The rats in high-fat diet group appeared hyperlipidemia,vacuolization of acinar cells and the lymphocytes appeared around the acinar cells can be seen on the pancreatic tissue pathology staining.The levels of IP3 in acinar cells of rats fed a high-fat diet were higher than that of normal rats [(31.807 ± 3.448) pmol/106 cells vs (24.632 ± 3.649) pmol/106 cells,t=7.479,P＜0.001];and amylase release rate in these rats'acinar cells were also higher than those of normal rats [when CCK-8=0.01 nmol/L:( 11.056 ±3.369)％ vs (7.354 ± 2.181) ％,t=3.912,P＜0.001;when CCK-8=1 nmol/L:( 13.854 ± 4.087 ) ％ vs (9.432 ±2.477) ％,t=3.939,P＜0.001 ) after CCK-8 stimulation in different concentrations.Additionally,there was a positive co-relationship between acinar cell's IP3 level and amylase release (r=0.896,P＜0.001 ).Conclusion Chronic high-fat diet induces hypersensitivity for pancreatic acinar cells' exocrine function,and IP3 as a signal molecule may play an important role in this process.

Objective To investigate the applicability of zebra fish thrombosis model in antithrombotic activity screening of Chinese materia medica.Methods The living zebra fish thrombosis model was induced by adrenaline hydrochloride. Zebra fish were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, positive medicine group and medication group. Each group was given the corresponding medicine or embryo culture water. O-anisidine staining solution was used to stain and calculate the staining intensity of erythrocytes in zebra fish heart, and quantitative analysis was carried out. The platelet aggregation of transgenic zebra fish was observed and under qualitative analysis. Results Compared with the model group, 100μg/mL salvianolic acid B, 300, 900μg/mL aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 45μg/mL 95% ethanol extract and 400, 1200μg/mL hypothalamus could significantly inhibited the formation of zebra fish thrombosis (P<0.01).ConclusionZebra fish thrombosis model has good applicability in antithrombotic activity screening of Chinese materia medica.
