This paper explores the problems of theory and practice of the system for all-round employment education on the basis of ideological and political education,the teaching of employment preparation,the culture of student's employment awareness and ability,the evaluation of employment education and the test approaches to employment education.

School spirit, teaching atmosphere and academic discipline are in close association with school education. This paper, based on the study of educational administration, moral education and education, explores their interrelation and presents a constructive perspective . Construction of research-based university of Traditional Chinese Medicine is an important orientation of running our university,and more importantly,is the strategy of developing our university.This article analyses the strategies of building a research-based University of Traditional Chinese Medicine form the idea of running schools,characteristics of development,deepening reform,and other perspectives.

With the empirical research methods,the author conducted detailed research into the school-running characteristics of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.From the connotational perspective,the school-running characteristics can be summarized as follows: the progressive autonomy of the scientific orientation,developing the advantaged academic disciplines,advocating classic and the applied characteristics and the doctor-teacher characteristics.

The article introduced detailed research in the school-running characteristics of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and from the extensional perspective summarize the school-running characteristics as follows:cultivating and training disease-cured Chinese clinical doctor,carrying out modernizational research of Chinese medicine; and establishing the southern-characteristic Chinese medicinal institute.

LUO Yuan-kai's caring about Chinese medicine, taking his responsibility on teaching Chinese medicine and of course, his great knowledge, all made him a good educator. He made great contribution to Chinese higher medical education. His idea of education is the valuable spiritual wealth of Chinese higher medical education and has also profound inspiration to the development and innovation of 21st century's Chinese medical education.

LUO Yuan-kai's idea on running the school, the school orientation, education and management and also the concept medical subject development is the most important part of his educational ideas, and it is the real practice and development of his educational ideas on higher Chinese medical education, and it is the practical support on how he became the famous Chinese medical educator and made his greatest educational achievement.

Professor OUYANG Hui-qing's gradually formed her own teaching concept of traditional Chinese medicine through long-term teaching practice:the most important teaching aim is to cultivate talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical practice together with classroom teaching can promote the growing knowledge of medical students.Clinical practices are necessary and should penetrate culture and academic tradition of traditional Chinese medicine.OUYANG Hui-qing's concepts on talents are:cultivating teaching faculties is the key to the development of the teaching team,the core of construction of the teaching and research section,and the basis of construction of the discipline.OUYANG Hui-qing's management concepts are:the dean of the teaching and research section is the practitioner of personnel training practice and the undertaker of teaching team development.

Teaching of clinical practice is the most important part of education of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM).We plan to make clinical rotation internships,standardize the whole process of internships,standardized management of clinical teaching,in order to achieve our objectives of TCM Clinical teaching.We hope to guide the medical students to link theory with clinical practice during clinical rotation internships,set up clinical thinking of intern,and practice the basic skills and operating specifications of intern.
