1.Reflection on establishment of long-term mechanism of medical ethics construction in hospitals
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2008;24(6):410-412
The paper discusses the connotation of the medical ethics and style, and analyzes the problems existed in present medical ethiCS construction.Based on systemic thinking on the medical ethics construction,it proposes that from the height of hospital culture construction and under the principle of combining the belief cultivation with practice of medical ethics, the management mechanism involving education, supervision, examination and evaluation, rewards and punishment should be established.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) is a potentially curative therapy for patients with relapsed and refractory or aggressive non Hodgkin ' s lymphoma, relapse is still common and is caused by high levels of tumour cell burden in the host and contamination of the stem cells with tumour cell. To improve effect of ASCT, ① in vivo puring with riluximab in pre transplant, depletion of B cells from the peripheral blood and clear the contamination of the malignant cells; ②the combination chemotherapy replace with rilumixab and non cross resistance drug in post transplant, killing tumour cells in the host; (3)involved field radiation therapy(IFRT) as a adjunct to pre or post transplant, reducing the relapse rate.
3.Recent progress in molecular pathogenesis of B-cell lymphoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
B-cell lymphomas(BCL) are the most frequent types of lymphoma and encompasses different entites with variable clinical behavior and diverse molecular features. In general terms, it can be subdivided into 2 main groups, low- and high-growth fraction lymphomas. In low-growth fraction lymphomas, cell accumulation can be achieved through the inhibition of apoptosis without a very severe deregulation of cell proliferation. In contrast, high-growth fraction BCL are characterized by an enhanced proliferative activity, as a result of the deregulation of oncogenes with cell cycle regulatory functions, such as Bcl 6 and c-myc. A fraction of both low- and high-growth lymphomas acquire additional alterations in cell cycle control, usually involving cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors and evolve to highly aggressive tumors.
4.?-cell Early Insulin Secretion Function and Insulin Resistance in Various Durations and Grades in Patients with Hypertension
Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(07):-
Objective To investigate ?-cell early insulin secretion function and insulin resistance in different durations and grades patients with hypertension. Methods One hundred and six middle and old age(58.4?8.5) years hypertension patients were enrolled.According to hypertension durations, patients were categorized as ≤1 year group(n=35),1.1-4.9 years group(n=34),≥5 years group(n=37);while based on grades of hypertension, patients were divided as 1st grade(140-159/90-99 mmHg,n=53),2nd grade(160-179/100-109 mmHg,n=30),3rd grade(≥180/≥110 mmHg,n=23).Plasm glucose,HOMA-IR,?I30/?G30 were determined and compared among groups. Results Patients with longer duration(≥5 years) had most seriously impairment of ?-cell early secretion(?I30/?G30)[≥5 years(2.1?4.5) vs 1.1-4.9 years(10.9?4.2),vs ≤1 year(10.3?4.2),all P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
Objective To find out about the attitudes of hospital runners, academic leaders and key members of the technical force in public hospitals about structural reform in their institutions and to explore modes and methods for such reform. Methods Survey questionnaires were designed, anonymous surveys were conducted on the spot, and statistical analyses were made of the data collected. Results Surveys on 1904 people in 55 second- and third-tier hospitals indicated that 84.9% were in favor of structural reform in their institutions; 89.7% played an active part in the reform; 86.8% held that structural reform should first be carried out in large and medium-sized hospitals; 96.6% were in favor of such reform modes as government-controlled stock systems, government-owned and civilian-run hospitals, and non-governmental hospitals, with 66% of them supporting the mode of government-controlled stock systems. Conclusion The majority of hospital runners, academic leaders and key members of the technical force in public hospitals actively support structural reform in their institutions and their views with regard to the modes and methods for such reform are in accordance with the guidelines put forward by the government. Sound ideological foundations have been laid for duly promoting structural reform in public hospitals.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(17):2332-2333
Objective To investigate the relationship of iPTH levels, calcium and phosphorus metabolism with cardiovascular event status in the chronic renal failure (CRF) patients. Methods This article retrospectivly studied the clinical and laboratory data of 87 CRF patients. 66 patients of A group didnt occur cardiovascular events, and 21 cases of B group occurred cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. This article analyzed iPTH levels, serum calcium, phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus product and therelationship between cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events between the two groups. Results Decreased iPTH,increased serum C reactive protein and increased lipoprotein(a) had relationship with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with chronic renal failure, but calcium, phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus product has nothing to do with the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events increased significantly in dialysis patients than in non - dialysis patients. Conclusiou Chronic renal failure patients on dialysis levels of serum iPTH, CRP level, LP(a) level and dialysis could lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of WWOX regulating immunosuppression in Lewis lung cancer cells. Methods:Transfected pCDNA4.0/myc-WWOX plasmid was transfected into Lewis lung cancer cells to detected the effect of cell supernatant on generation of lymphocytes by MTT method, and mRNA expression of immunosuppression factors by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.Function change of NK,CTL to kill tumor and lymphocte proliferation were analyzed by MTT and tumor volume. Results:The suppression of the supernatant to generation of lymphocytes was present compared with control group(P

OBJECTIVE To discuss the methods to control hospital infection in stroke unit and care strategies.METHODS Analyzing the causes and factors for hospital infection in stroke unit with prospective, objective and retrospective methods,we found control methods and improvements for clinical care.RESULTS The infection rate in test group was 9.13%(113 cases)and in control group was 14.60%(174 cases). The former was significantly lower than the letter(?2=17.44,P

China Oncology 2016;26(4):351-357
Ovarian cancer bears the highest mortality in gynecologic cancer, and its 5-year survival rate is about 30%. Although 70% to 80% ovarian cancer is epithelial origin, increasing evidence indicates that reciprocal interactions between tumor cells and various types of stromal cells also play important roles in driving ovarian tumor progression and that these stromal cells represent attractive therapeutic targets. This review discusses the biological signiifcance of the cross-talk between ovarian cancer cells and three major types of stromal cells (endothelial cells, ifbroblasts and macrophages) and the development of new-generation therapies that target the ovarian tumor micro-environment.
