Objective To discuss real time three-dimensional reconstruction techniques of spiral CT in the detection of tracheoesophageal groove lymph node metastasis and its diagnostic value. Methods Spiral CT RT3D reconstruction of the supraclaviculrar region were applied to 45 patients with scanning and post-processing on the workstation.Mediastinum, color in chest, clip planes 3D images were obtained by adjusting the CT value threshold and encoding pseudo color techniques. Results RT3D images can correctly reveal the macroscopic morphology of lymphatic metastasis and it's pressure to the trachea and carotid artery. There were significant differennces of visualization capabilities of radiological signs among different 3D techniques. Conclusion With the utilization of multiple methods,RT3D reconstruction can play an important role in detecting tracheoesophageal groove lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer. It is an important complement to the axial CT images and the basis of clinical treatment.

At present the shortage of the resources of wild and rare medicinal plants is very serious in China. So grasping the situation and change tendency of medicinal plant resources comprehensive and real-timely, is vital significance to realize the sustainable using of medicinal plant resources. In order to use the remote sensing monitor technology and method to study the resources of the wild and rare medicinal plants, this article discusses the principle, method, technology and the principle and standard based on the operation and experiment of remote sensing monitor on the resources of wild rare medicinal plant.

OBJECTIVETo study the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of ginkgolides sustained-release tablet and conventional tablet in Beagle dogs.
METHODThe concentrations of ginkgolides in plasma were determined by LC-MS. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of ginkgolides sustained-release tablet and conventional tablet in vivo were obtained using Pharmacokinetic software DAS 2.0.
RESULTThe C(max) of grinkgolide A in ginkgolide sustained-release tablet and conventional tablet were 443.51, 1 039.30 microg x L(-1), respecitvely. t(max) were 2.92, 1.08 h, respectively. AUC(0-12h) were 1 808.21, 2 041.37 h x microg(-1) x L(-1), respectively. MRT were 5.18, 3.18 h, respectively. The relative bioavailability of ginkgolides A was 88.58%. The C(max) of ginkgolide B in ginkgolide sustained-release tablet and conventional tablet were 407.13, 547.38 microg x L(-1), respectively. t(max) were 2.92, 1.08 h, respectively. AUC(01-12 h) were 1 987.31, 1 748.04 h x microg(-1) x L(-1), respectively. MRT were 6.05, 4.98 h, respectively. The relative bioavailability of ginkgolides B was 113.69%.
CONCLUSIONThe ginkgolides sustained-release tablets have good sustained release characteristics and are bioequivalent to the reference formulation.

Objective To screen and identify mRNAs targeted by human cytomegalovirus-encoded miR-US33-1-5p (HCMV miR-US33-1-5p) for understanding the biological functions of HCMV miR-US33-1-5p. Methods Potential target mRNAs of HCMV miR-US33-1-5p were screened out by using hybrid-PCR, a simple and effective method. Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay System was used to identify the binding abili-ties of HCMV miR-US33-1-5p to 3′-UTRs of these potential target mRNAs. Results Twelve potential mRNAs targeted by HCMV miR-US33-1-5p were screened out in human embryo lung fibroblast cells infected with HCMV. Luciferase activities of 3′-UTRs of seven target mRNAs were significantly down-regulated. Conclusion Proteins encoded by these target mRNAs are involved in virus replication, immune system reg-ulation,protein synthesis, cell cycle regulation, energy metabolism and so on. Identification of mRNAs tar-geted by HCMV miR-US33-1-5p is helpful for further studies on biological functions of miR-US33-1-5p.
