1.Self-asembled Gold Nanoparticles Coating for Solid-Phase Microextraction of Ultraviolet Filters in Environmental Water

Self-assembled gold nanoparticles ( AuNPs) coating was fabricated using an etched stainless steel wire as a support on which AuNPs were first deposited, then after modified with mercaptan, another layer of AuNPs was self-assembled. The AuNPs modified stainless steel wire was used in solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of ultraviolet ( UV) filters in environmental water. The best extraction efficiencies were achieved within 30 min at 55℃ and at pH 7 with stirring rate of 800 r/min. Under the optimized conditions, the established AuNPs-SPME-HPLC method for the determination of UV filters benzophnone-3 ( BP-3 ) , 2-ethylhexyl-4-( N, N-dimethylamino ) benzoate ( OD-PABA) , 2-ethylhexyl-4-trimethoxycinnamate ( EHMC) and 2-ethylhexyl salicylate ( EHS) was linear in the range of 0. 004-200 μg/L. The limits of detection of the method were 0. 43-570 ng/L ( S/N=3 ) . The relative standard deviation ( RSD ) of AuNPs-SPME-HPLC was 1 . 9%-4 . 2% ( n=5 ) for spiked water samples of 20 μg/L each UV filter. In the case of real water samples analyses, the recoveries of spiked UV filters were 77 . 9%-108% with RSDs of 3 . 1%-8 . 0% ( n=5 ) .

Objective:To investigate the effect of the mechanism of lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 derived from tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) exosomes on the proliferation and invasion of breast cancer (BC) cells.Methods:GEO microarray analysis was used to screen out the differentially expressed lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 in BC. qRT-PCR was performed to determine the expression level of lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 and miR-296-5p in tissue and cells. Then TAMs and exosomes were isolated. After, interfering the expression level of lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 in exosomes and miR-296-5p expression in cells, then cell proliferation and invasion were detected with the help of MTT and Transwell assays.Results:Compared with adjacent tissues, lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 was significantly up-regulated in BC tissues ( t=7.09, P<0.001) . Compared with normal breast cells, the expression of lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 in T47D and MDA-MB-468 cells was significantly up-regulated ( t=9.90, P<0.001) ( t=12.18, P<0.001) . lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 could act as a ceRNA of miR-296-5p. Knockdown of lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 inhibited BC cell proliferation and invasion, miR-296-5p inhibitor promoted BC cell proliferation and invasion, but this effect could be partially rescued by si--lnc-SLC2A12-10:1-Exo (all P<0.05) . Conclusion:lnc-SLC2A12-10:1 derived from TAMs exosomes promotes BC cell proliferation, invasion and thus advance BC progression.
4.The role of creative mind mapping combined with PBL in the teaching of standardized residency training of oncologists

Objective:To explore the role of creative mind mapping combined with problem-based learning (PBL) in the teaching of standardized residency training of oncologists.Methods:A total of 37 doctors who were trained in the Department of Oncology of Linyi People's Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from July 2018 to June 2019 were included in the control group, receiving traditional clinical teaching; 39 doctors who were trained from July 2019 to June 2020 were included in the observation group, having creative mind mapping combined with PBL teaching. The two groups were compared with each other in terms of the examination scores (theoretical and practical operation), each dimensional scores and the total score of the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI-CV) before and after teaching, clinical quality and teaching satisfaction. SPSS 22.0 was used for t test, chi-square test and Z test. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills between the two groups before the regular training. After the training, the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group [(93.42±4.21) vs. (86.58±5.32), (92.81±4.39) vs. (87.96±5.89), ( P<0.05)]. There was no significant difference between the scores of all dimensions of the CTDI-CV and the total scores of the two groups before the training ( P>0.05). After the training, the scores of the two groups were both improved, and the improvement of the observation group was more significant ( P<0.05). After the training, the scores of the doctors in the observation group on expression and communication ability, humanistic care and literacy, inductive analysis ability, clinical work adaptability, contingency handling ability, hands-on ability, and autonomous learning ability were significantly higher than those of doctors in the control group ( P<0.05). After the training, the total satisfaction of the doctors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [97.44% (38/39) vs. 81.08% (30/37)], and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of creative mind mapping combined with PBL in the teaching of standardized residency training of oncologists can significantly improve the learning effect of the training doctors, improve their critical thinking ability and clinical comprehensive ability, and can also improve their total satisfaction with teaching.
