Objective To investigate the effects of clinical pharmacist intervention in the clinical application of antibiotics combined with the index management.Methods The data of antibiotics usage rate and intensity, the microbial test sample submission rate, and the clean incision preventive usage rate of inpatients and outpatients were analyzed by chi-square test in the same period before (2015) and after (2016) the clinical pharmacist intervention.Results After intervention, the antibiotics usage rate of inpatients and outpatients were lower than that of 2015 (50.02% and 25.72%, P<0.05).In 2016, the usage intensity of antibiotics was 50.59%, while it was 62.39% in 2015.At the same time, the microbial test sample submission rate increased from 13.96% to 27.49%(P<0.05).In 2016, the clean operation preventive usage rate of antibiotics decreased month by month.In the meantime, the reasonable rate of delivery timing, variety selection, and administration time of clean operation preventive usage of antibiotics were on the rise.Conclusions The professional intervention of clinical pharmacistis benefit for the routine, standardization, and professionalization of clinical antibiotics application.It also promotes the rational use of drugs and the progress of hospital pharmacy.

Objective To observe the effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on cell proliferation and cell cycle of cultured bovine corneal endothelial cells. Methods Bovine corneal endothelial cells were cultured with different concentrations of hEGF (1, 10 and 100 ng/mL). MTT test was performed to evaluate the cell proliferation. The bovine corneal endothelial cells were divided into two groups:control group (cultured in DMEM) and EGF-stimulated group (cultured in DMEM with EGF). Flow cytometry was performed to determine the cell cycle phases on the third and seventh day. Results Compared with the control, EGF enhanced the cell proliferation in a dose-related response. 10 ng/mL and 100 ng/mL EGF were much more effective than 1 ng/mL.On the third day, S phase cells accounted for 24.5% and G_2-M phase cells 0.08% in the control group,while 24.6% and 0.06%, respectively in the EGF-stimulated group. Abstract?AlM: To compare the in- the- bag lOL stability of different size of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis ( CCC) in super high myopic eyes with cataract underwent phacoemulsification.?METHODS: A total of fourteen cataract patients with bilateral super high myopia were included, Phaco+lOL implantation were performed on both eyes, one eye was randomly classified into 5mm diameter CCC observation group, the fellow eye was 6mm diameter CCC observation group. Cataract extraction combined with in-the-bag intraocular lens implantation ( lOL ) with the type of hydrophilic acrylic aspheric intraocular lens ( MCX11 ) by well experienced surgeon. The operation was running smoothly, the next day after operation, all patients were confirmed by lmage-pro plus6. 0 image analysis software for the measurement of main meridian sac diameter with target capsulorhexis diameter no more than ±0. 2mm. Slit lamp examination of lOL shape and position, changes of anterior capculorhexis edge, refraction, anterior chamber depth was measured and observed of all eyes after operation 1wk;1, 3, 6mo.? Unusual refraction change or shift after operation 1mo could suggest instability of lOL, early noticing or interruption could prevent further complications.

Objective To evaluate the anti-infection effects of biodegradable implant for sustained release of cefuroxime,which can be implanted into the anterior chamber in rabbits. Methods The implants for sustained release of cefuroxime were prepared with appropriate mixtures of cefuroxime axetil(CAE),poly(lactic-glycolic) acid(PLGA) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone by solvent evaporation method.Fifty rabbits were selected and divided into experiment group(n=35) and control group(n=15).The concentrations of cefuroxime in aqueous humor 0.5,1,2,6 and 24 h after subconjunctival injection of 125 mg cefuroxime were measured in control group,and those in aqueous humor and plasma 1,2,3,5,7,14 and 28 d after implantation into anterior chamber were detected in experiment group.Besides,for experiment group,the intraocular pressure before and after the implantation were obtained;the inflammation of anterior chamber was routinely observed by slit lamp;and cornea tissues were harvested for scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy. We describe two cases in which a forceps imprintdeveloped in the AcrySof ReSTOR IOL optic whileinserting these IOLs into the cartridge with straightclamping forceps. In case 1 ,the AcrySof ReSTOR IOL wasexplanted and observed under scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM). The SEM showed that the stepdesign of ReSTOR Multifocal IOL was well maintained. Incase 2, visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and wavefrontmeasurements were performed and no specific changeswere found. Strong evidence does not exist that suggeststhe on-axis forceps imprint can significantly compromisevisual acuity.

Objective Explore the clinical application values of Golgi Protein 73 ( GP73 ) , AFP variants (AFP-L3) , Alpha fetoprotein ( AFP) and α-l-Fucosidase ( AFU) detection in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) .Methods From January of 2013 to June of 2014, 84 case of HCC Patients( HCC group ) who presented at interventional department; 64 case of cirrhotic patients ( liver cirrhosis group ) , 86 case of chronic hepatitis patients ( chronic hepatitis group ) and 120 healthy people ( normal control group) were selected from Shanghai Tongren Hospital.GP73 was detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), AFP-L3 was isolated with ACSC, AFP and AFP-L3 were detected with ECLIA and calculated the percentage content of AFP-L3 ( AFP-L3%) , AFU was detected with enzyme kinetic method.Adopted the SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data analysis.The rank sum test was used in the multi group comparison;the chi square test was used in the comparison group.Results Serum levels of GP73, AFP-L3, AFP and AFU in HCC group were 202.1 μg/L, 9.5%, 68.3 μg/L, 33.2 μg/L respectively.Their difference from those of the normal control group(69.0 μg/L,2.5%,4.5 μg/L,24.2μg/L) was of statistical significance (U was 1126.59, 204.67,1247.68,564.08,respectively,all P <0.05).GP73 and AFP in the hepatic carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in the cirrhosis group(151.1 μg/L、18.5 μg/L) (U was 463.47, 368.56,respectively, P<0.05).GP73, AFP-L3 and AFP in the hepatic carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in the chronic hepatitis group(93.6μg/L,3.5%,5.7μg/L) (U was 1 116.52,213.42,1 166.52, respectively, all P<0.05).The content of AFU in HCC group (33.2 μg/L), normal control group and chronic hepatitis group were compared (24.2μg/L,24.1 μg/L), respectively ,no significance was found(U was 564.08,487.24,P>0.05) Sensitivity of GP73 and AFP in individual inspection was 95.24%, significantly higher than that of AFU, AFP-L3. Specificity of AFP-L3 was 94.81%respectively, with an accuracy of 85.88% respectively.Specificity and accuracy of the allied detection of GP73, AFP-L3, AFP and AFU for HCC diagnosis were 98.52% and 84.75% respectively.Conclusions The allied combination of serum GP73, AFP-L3, AFP and AFU makes up for the insufficient clinical applications of individual serum markers. It is of great clinical significance to improve the diagnosis of HCC.

Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of blunt cardiac rupture in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region from July 2006 to June 2013 were retrospectively re-viewed.All of the 16 patients were diagnosed by physical examination , chest CT and cardiac ultrasound accurately in the emergency room.The treatment of emergency chest operation was conducted to repair the broken sites of heart .One case with left ventricular rup-ture was treated with emergency repair through cardiopulmonary bypass .The remaining 15 cases were repaired without cardiopulmonary bypass.Nine cases suffered rupture of right ventricle were treated with interrupted mattress sutures , 1 case suffered accompanying inju-ry of the right coronary artery was treated with emergency right coronary artery bypass grafting , 4 cases suffered rupture of right atrium were treated with direct sutures , 2 cases suffered rupture of the opening of pulmonary vein were treated with interrupted mattress su -tures.Two cases combining rupture of mitral chordae tendineae did not receive any special treatmen simultaneously and two cases combining with splenic rupture received laparotomy and splenectomy after cardiosurgery .Thoracic drainage tube , ECG monitoring , ventila-tor assisted breathing and so on were used in all patients .
