strains that could produce raw starch-digesting glucoamylase were isolated from soil and mildewed rice. The highest raw starch-digesting glucoamylase activity strain named OR-1 was identified as Rhizopus.sp.The raw starch-digesting glucoamylase activity of the strain is 90U/mL.Through UV and NTG mutagenesis, the raw starch-digesting glucoamylase activity raised to 200U/mL and 325U/mL respectively. The RDA were 70% and 65% respectively.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2010;26(2):260-261
In order to evaluate the accuracy of RayPex5 apex locator in measuring root canal working length in clinical practice and to analyze the possible factor resulting in deviation, the working length of total 211 root canals were measured by handing method and electronic method respectively. The exact working length of those root canals were determined by X-ray method. The accuracy rate of electronic method and handing method was 96.21% and 78.2% respectively, with significant difference(P<0.001). The accuracy rate of front teeth group and molar group measured by electronic method was 100% and 92.5% respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05), while the apical paradentitis group and the apical non-paradentitis group, the front teeth group and the premolar group, and the premolar group and the molar group didn' t differ from each other, respectively. The study showed that the accuracy rate of electronic method was high for determining root canal working length, and Raypex 5 apex locator could define apical seat to measure root canal working length accurately.
5.Expression of p53,PCNA and Bcl-2in Trichilemmal Carcinoma of Skin
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features and the expression of p53,PCNA and Bcl-2in tricholemmal carcinoma. Methods Skin lesions were studied with HE staining and immunohis-tochemical markers for p53,PCNA and Bcl-2(S-P method)in22cases of skin tricholemmal carcinoma. Both morphological manifestations and immunohistochemical expression were observed. Results There were15fe-male and7male cases of tricholemmal carcinoma with the ages of40-79y,including16cases whose scalp were involved.Positive staining of p53,PCNA and Bcl-2was found in72%,100%and63%of patients,re-spectively.The positive cells of p53were diffusely distributed.PCNA-positive cells were increased along with the degree of differentiation.Significant differences of Bcl-2expression were found among the various degrees of differentiation(P

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(05):-
Ojective To evalute the efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids (grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ?) Methods 60 cases of hemorrhoids at the third or fourth degree were operated on by PPH. Results The mean operation time was 9 minutes and mean hospitalization time was 2.5 days. Postoperative bleeding was noted in 8 cases (13.3%) at the 1 st and 7 th day after operation, which was cured by conservative methods. 24 patients had no annal spasm following the procedure. Follow-up period lasting for 1-7 months showed no complications Conclusions PPH is a safe and effective treatment for hemorrhoids at the third or fourth degree with the advantages of shorter hsopitaliztion time and quicker recovery.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2014;(3):474-477
Objective:To investigate the marginal microleakage after cavity preparation by Er:YAG la-ser and conventional bur applying different adhesive systems , conditioning surface with acid etching or not. Methods:In the study, 50 primary teeth were divided into 5 groups.(1) Bur+etch-and-rinse sys-tem, (2) Bur+self-etching system, (3) Er:YAG laser+etch-and-rinse system, (4) Er:YAG laser+self-etching system, (5) Er:YAG laser+none-etched.The class V cavities were all filled with composite resin. The microleakage tests were performed , observed and scored under stereomicroscope .Results:Bur+etch-and-rinse group had higher microleakage than Er:YAG laser +etch-and-rinse group , and Bur+self-etching group had higher microleakage than Er:YAG laser +self-etching group ( P<0 .05 ) . There was no difference between Er:YAG laser+etch-and-rinse group and Er:YAG laser+self-etching group, while they had significantly lower microleakage than that of Er:YAG+none-etched group.Con-clusion:Composite resin restoration showed less marginal microleakage when all-in-one self-etch system was used after irradiation by Er:YAG laser on primary teeth .

Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2010;30(11):998-1003
Objective To investigate the interaction between uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) and host uroepithelial cells, define the role uroepithelial cells play in initiating and modulating the host response to infection with UPEC strain. Methods The human bladder transitional epithelial EJ cells were evaluated for their capacities to allow the adherence and invasion by UPEC132, a clinical strain isolated from Tianjin, China, and a cDNA microarray for 22 000 human genes was used to identify the gene expression differences between EJ cells infected with UPEC132 and uninfected EJ cells. Results Microscope observation showed that UPEC132 could adhere to EJ cells with the adherence rate of (73.20 ± 5.26)%. And visualization by confocal microscope revealed that this microorganism could be seen within the cells. EJ cells infected with UPEC132 changed mRNA expression of a total of 29 genes, including 28 genes up-regulated and 1 gene down-regulated. Of these, regulators of growth and proliferation, cytokines, and modulators of apoptotic responses were the most prominent. Conclusion The gene expression profiling of EJ cells is affected by the infection of UPEC strain. The differentially expressed genes may contribute to further investigate the interaction of UPEC and uroepithelial cells.
