Lateral habenula ( LHb ) , which is situated in the dorsal diencephalon of all vertebrates, is an important component of the habenular complex. The neural network outlined in previ-ous studies indicates that LHb acts not only as an important relay station to link the forebrain with the midbrain regions that in-volved in regulating behavioral responses to reward and mediating the transmassion of negative feedback information, but also is closely connected with 5-HT system. Indeed, recently studies demonstrate that experimental manipulations of LHb are followed by behavioural alterations in relation to drug addiction, reward-a-version responses, pain, sleep, depression and so on. This arti-cle mainly reviews the mechanisms of LHb involved in all kinds of physiological activities.

Objective To explore the daily management mode of hygienic materials of locomotive logistics unit. Methods Through the method of building deposit area and buffer area in regular depot, hygienic materials with validity regulation such as drugs could be included in hospital regular inventory manage ment; the hygienic materials were dynamically replaced according to the hospital's daily cost. Results Under the condition of ensuring the adequateness of hygienic materials, the method was able to meet the validity requirement and avoid wasting as well. Conclusion Hospitals have favorable condition and professional management in reserving different types of hygienic materials. As it costs time to assemble materials, this management mode is more suitable for the management of hygienic materials of locomotive logistics unit.

The dysfunction of the upper limbs in tetraplegia depends on the level of spinal cord injury, and needs different type of upper limb orthosis.

Objective To study the inlfuence factors on detection of activity of four coagulation factors in prothrombin complex concentrates (PCC) by several factors. Methods Using Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2010) as reference, the activity of four coagulation factors in PCC were investigated by choosing different pre-treatments, different diluents, different salt concentration, different standard human plasma and different company reagents. Results The activity of FII, FVII, FX were decreased and FIX was increased in the condition of adding protamine sulfate, and there were no differences of four coagulation factors whether warm bath in 37 for 15 min or not. However, the differences of four coagulation factors were significant by using deficient plasma, saline, distilled water and commercial dilution buffer(P<0.05). The activity of coagulation factor II, X in 1 mol/L salt concentration of PCC were significantly lower than in 0.25 mol/L(P<0.05), while coagulation factor VII, IX were not. The activity of FII, FVII, FIX, and FX were different by using different standard human plasma to make standard curve. The activity of four coagulation factors existed significant difference(P=0.00) by using SIEMENS company reagents and domestic reagents. Conclusion Choosing different pre-treatments, different dilution buffers, salt concentration, standard human plasma and commercial kits will inlfuence the detection result of coagulation factors.

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of Endu combined with intrapleural injection of cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods80 patients with malignant pleural effusion were selected from January 2014 to December 2015.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=40).The control group was given Endu(40mg/time, 1 time/week) combined with cisplatin (40mg/time, 1 time/week) intraperitoneal injection treatment, the treatment group was given Endu intraperitoneal injection therapy, After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.ResultsThe clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (50.00%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00% higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant.The improvement rate of life quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (52.50%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of Endu combined with intrapleural injection of cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer is superior to that of simple analgesia, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life.It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of Doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with bronchial asthma treated in Jiaxing Second Hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group(56 cases), the use of doxofylline treatment, and the control group(56 cases), the use of aminophylline treatment.After 1 w treatment, the curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups to observe the changes of lung function before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.07% and 76.79% respectively(P<0.05).After treatment, the FVC of the treatment group was(2.24±0.63)L, FEV1 was(1.59±0.47)L, VC was(2.94±0.77)L, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.71%, which was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline treatment of bronchial asthma clinical efficacy is remarkable, worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To assess the therapeutic effects of Yiqifumai combined with Alprostadil injection on patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and angina pectoris.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with heart dysfunction (NYHA [Ⅱ-Ⅲ) and angina pectoris were randomly divided into three groups,the control group (n=50),the Yiqifumai group (n=50),and the Yiqifumai plus Alprostadil group (n=50).Parameters including clinical effectiveness,electrocardiograph (ECG),heart function and hemodynamics were evaluated.Results The overall clinical effectiveness rate in the Yiqifumai plus Alprostadil group (94 ％) was higher than those in the Yiqifumai group (78 ％) and the control group (54％) (P＜0.05 for both).The overall effectiveness rate in ECG changes was higher in the Yiqifumai plus Alprostadil group (84％) than in the Yiqifunai group (58％) and the control group (42％) (P＜0.05 for both).While no significant difference in the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was found among the three groups before treatment,evident improvement in LVEF was observed in the Yiqifunai group and the Yiqifumai plus Alprostadil group 14 days after treatment,compared with pre-treatment data [(49±9)％ vs.(40±10)％ and (59±9)％ vs.(41±10) ％,respectively; P＜0.05 for both].However,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).There was no improvement in LVEF in the control group after treatment (P ＞0.05).No difference in hemodynamic parameters,including cardiac output,cardiac index and left ventricular stroke work index,was found among the three groups before treatment (P＞0.05),but they showed improvement in the Yiqifunai group and the Yiqifumai plus Alprostadil group after treatment (P＜0.05 for both),with greater improvement in the latter group.The improvement was not significant in the control group before and after treatment (P＞0.05).Conclusions Yiqifumai combined with Alprostadil in the treatment of cardiac insufficiency with unstable angina pectoris has advantages in improving clinical symptoms,heart function and hemodynamics.

Aim To investigate the effects of Vam3 on ATP-induced inflammatory response in macrophages and the underlying mechanisms. Methods LPS primed mouse peritoneal macrophages were stimulated with ATP,and IL-1βlevel in supernatants was meas-ured by ELISA.Activity of caspase 1 was measured u-sing caspase 1 activity assay kit.Reactive oxygen spe-cies (ROS )level was detected with fluorescent probe DCFH-DA.MTT assay was used to detect cell prolifer-ation,and intracellular Ca2+concentration was meas-ured using laser scanning confocal microscope.Results Extracellular ATP led to increase in IL-1βrelease, caspase 1 activity and ROS production.It also led to rapid increase in intracellular Ca2+concentration and induced cell death.These effects were inhibited by Vam3 .Conclusion Vam3 inhibits ATP-induced in-flammatory response in macrophages,which may sug-gest the blocking effect of Vam3 on caspase 1 ~IL-1βinflammatory signaling pathway in macrophages.

Objective To observe the distribution of aerobic bacteria in conjunctival sac of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and the sensitive antimicrobial agents in order to master the distribution of bacteria in the conjunctival sac and select sensitive antibiotics to decrease the infection rate and improve the therapeutic effect. Methods From March 2013 to August 2016, 248 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were treated with aerobic bacterial culture and antibiotic susceptibility test. The distribution characteristics of aerobic bacteria in conjunctival sac and the sensitivity of antibiotics were observed. Results There were 112 strains in this study, the positive rate was 45.16% (including 8 cases of mixed infection), including 104 strains of gram-positive bacteria, 92.86% of gram-negative bacteria and 7.14% of gram-negative bacteria, the difference was statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Among them, the positive rate of staphylococcus epidermidis higher than other types of strains, the difference were all significant differences (P all<0.05). The sensitivity of vancomycin to gram-positive bacteria 100% was higher than that of, ofloxacin 13.46%,ciprofloxacin 21.15%,gentamicin 69.23% and rifampicin 88.46%, (P all<0.05). The sensitivity of gentamicin to gram-negative bacteria 87.50% was higher than that of rifampicin 0 and vancomycin 12.50%, (P all<0.05). Positive rate of culture results and staphylococcal multidrug resistance rate were 72.94%,31.76%, the incidence of >65 years of age were higher than ≤ 65 years old 30.67%,12.27%, male 51.61%,23.12% than female 25.81%,6.45%, there are basic diseases 69.15%,31.91% were higher than those without underlying diseases30.54%,11.04%, (P<0.05). Staphylococcus number composition ratio, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion To strengthen the observation of aerobic bacteria and the sensitivity of commonly used antimicrobial agents in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy, especially the high risk population, it is helpful to master the distribution characteristics of bacterial conjunctival sac and sensitive antimicrobial agents, so as to achieve the preoperative conjunctival sac Bacteria and reduce the rate of infection and other purposes.
