Pseudomonas fluorescens is one of the most common contaminative bacteria of the stored blood. Ps. fluorescens No. 10-36 was cultured at 4℃, 22℃ and 37℃ for studying its growth phase and logarithmic growth phase. The results showed that this strain grew slowly at 37℃ with a generative rate of 900 minutes, but had no difference between the lag phase and the logarithmic growth phase. At 22℃ the lag phase were 5 hours, and the logarithmic growth phase were 29minutes, while at 4℃, the lag phase was 30 hours and the logarithmic growth phase was 300 minutes.

The afferent connections to the nucleus amygdaloideus centralis and nucleusamygdaloideus medialis in 42 albino rats were examined by means of retrogradetransport method of horseradish peroxidase(HRP).The microinjection syringe needle or microelectrophoretic pipette was insertedstereotaxically from vertical or oblipue approaches.The injections of HRP weregiven in the central and medial nuclei of the amygdaloid complex.The results were as follows:Following the injections of HRP into the nucleus amygdaloideus centralis,label-ed cells were always found in prepiriform cortex,periamygdaloid cortex,entorhinalcortex,ventral part the caudoputamen and globus pallidus,nucleus lateralis hy-pothalami,nucleus parafascicularis,corporis geniculati medialis,nucleus raphe dosalis,nucleus parabrachialis,locus coeruleus and zona reticulate substantia nigra.While HRP was injected into the nucleus amygdaloideus medialis,the labeledcells were always found in bed nucleus of stria terminalis,nucleus ventromedialis(hypothalami)and substantia nigra pars compacta.As the injections were given from lateral oblique approaches,labeled cells werenot found in the neo-cortex.There were no labeled cells demonstrated in the nuc-leus solitarius.In the above-mentioned areas nucleus ventromedialis(hypothalami),nucleusparabrachialis and locus coeruleus were often labeled bilaterally while others,ipsila-terally.

Objective To study and analyze the treatment effect of routine western medicine combined with psychological intervention on senile hypertension. Methods 100 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given Kato Pury treatment, and the experimental group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group, and pay attention to the psychological state of the patients. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were (41.09±2.26), respectively (38.92±2.15). The SAS score and SDS score of the control group were (53.18±2.41), respectively (48.19±2.56). The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental group patients with diastolic blood pressure (84.19±3.18) mmHg, systolic blood pressure (131.92±11.64) mmHg diastolic blood pressure was significantly better than the control group (90.11±4.11) mmHg and systolic blood pressure (148.28±12.39) mmHg, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The conventional western medicine combined with psychological intervention in treatment of senile hypertension treatment effect is better, can significantly improve the depression and anxiety of patients, blood pressure control, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with Jingangteng particle in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods According to the random number table, sixty -four patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into control group(n =32)which were treated with levofloxacin and treatment group(n =32)which were treated with levofloxacin and Jingangteng particle for three weeks.The clinical effect,symptoms and signs were evaluated and the adverse reactions between the two groups were observed as well as serum C reactive protein(CRP)were measured before and after treatment.Results The score of symptoms and signs of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant [(2.61 ±2.09 )points vs.(5.32 ±3.28)points,t =3.941,P =0.000;(1.47 ± 1.02)points vs.(2.56 ±2.04)points,t =2.703,P =0.008].The level of serum CRP of the control group was (5.46 ± 1.93)mg/L,which was statistically higher than (3.76 ±1.06)mg/L of the treatment group after treatment,the differ-ence was statistically significant (t =4.367,P =0.000).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.9%, which of the control group was 78.1%,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(χ2 =5.142,P =0.023).There was no significant adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion Levofloxacin com-bined with Jingangteng particle can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, they have good safety and are worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Household questionnaire survey was conducted in 200 residents of Tilan and Zhanhqiao neighborhoods, Xingang community, Shanghai to know their awareness of knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) prevention and treatment. Results showed that 87.0% of the residents surveyed knew TB symptoms, but only 42. 5% knew cough and expectoration were pulmonary TB symptoms, 76. 5 % knew that TB could not be transmitted by use something that was used by TB patients, 85.5 % knew government policy of free and payment reduction for TB treatment, and 82. 0% knew there existed some hospitals for TB treatment designated by local health administrations. There was significant difference in the awareness between the two neighborhoods ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Factors related to their awareness of TB prevention and treatment knowledge included family annual income, educational level, publicity by telecision and broadcasting.

OCT angiography (OCTA) is a non-invasive imaging technique for detecting blood flow information of the retina and choroid.Dye injection is not needed with OCTA,which is different from fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA).OCTA is able to observe blood flow in different retinal and choroidal segmentation slab.This revolutionary breakthrough in OCTA algorithm provides more and more accurate blood flow informations in the diagnosis of ocular vessel diseases and the study on pathogenesis of some vessel-related eye diseases.However,like other biometric technology,OCTA has its limitations and shortcomings,for example,OCTA presents a smaller observational area than FFA and ICGA,and some factors affect the imaging quality and cause misdiagnosis during the examination and reading image.Fully understanding the principle of OCTA and its image features are helpful for eye doctors to better interpret the blood flow changes of retinal diseases,choroidal diseases,glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmic diseases.Ophthalmologists should correctly apply this imaging tool for a better monitoring and following up of these diseases.

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG)in patients with low blood potassium.Methods From January 2015 to October 2015,patients with low blood potassium were given ECG examination in Yueqing Maternal And Child Health Care Hospital.The relationship between low blood potassium and ECG changes was analyzed.Results The concentration of serum potassium in patients with 0.9 -2.5mmol/L electrocardiogram U wave change,T wave change,ST segment changes,Q -T prolongation,arrhythmia were significantly higher than that of serum potassium concentration in 2.6 -3.4mmol/L patients,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.63,4.10,4.47,5.01,4.92,all P <0.05).Of patients with hypokalemic ECG showed characteristics of U wave amplitude increased,ST segment depression,T wave amplitude decreased,QT interval prolongation,arrhythmia,of which the most common was premature ventricular contractions,severe low blood potassium could also be occurrence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia.Conclusion Low blood potassium has characteristic changes of ECG,ECG as a noninvasive,simple and quick examination,which is helpful for the rapid diagnosis of low blood potassium.

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic mini probe(UMP) in the diagnosis of lower digestive tract lesions . Methods one hundred and fifteen patients with lesions of lower digestive tract were undergone EUS with UMP (Olympus UM-3R, 20MHz; UM-2R, 12MHz). Results Eighty one cases with colorectal carcinoma appeared as a hypoechoic mass under UMP. UMP had an overall accuracy rate of 82. 7% (67/81) in the diagnosis of depth of infiltrative colorectal carcinoma. The sensitivity and specificity of UMP in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis were 55. 4% and 68. 8% respectively. All 15 cases with submucosal tumors were diagnosed correctly under EUS except one leiomyoma misdiagnosed as leiomyosarcoma and other 10 and 9 cases were ulcerative colitis and Crohn's diseases respectively. Conclusions UMP has a high accuracy in determining the invasive depth of colorectal carcinoma and submucosal tumors. The preoperative UMP may provide much information and influence on the choice of therapy for colorectal carcinoma and submucosal tumors.
