1.Ribozymes and deoxyribozymes in targeted cancer therapy

In recent years, with the introduction of novel vectors capable of highly efficient transduction ,ribozymes and dexyribozymes have been become an ideal approach to anticancer therapy due to their high efficiency and lack of severe adverse effects. As many high efficiency targets have been found for cancer therapy, targeted therapy using ribozymes and deoxyribozymes may have multiple effects such as induction of tumor apoptosis and inhibition of tumor growth, metastasis, and angiogenesis.
2.Research advances of CD+4CD+25 Treg cell and it's function in GVHD

CD+4 CD+25 regulatory T cell (Treg) has immune incompetent and immune suppression functions, and is a kind of suppressor T-cell subsets. It can inhibit the activation and proliferation of CD+4 T cells and CD+8 T cells, so as to effectively suppress the immune system to foreign organ and reduce the graftversus-host disease (GVHD) after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), without affecting the role of graft-versus-leukemia (GVL), which plays an important role in the transplantation immune tolerance.
4.Meta-analysis of oxygen inhalation therapy with humidifying and non-humidifying oxygen

Objective To evaluate patient outcomes of sustained low flow oxygen inhalation therapy with humidifying and non-humidifying oxygen.Methods Randomized controlled trial (RCT) about sustained low flow oxygen therapy with humidifying and non-humidifying oxygen were searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed on line.Literatures were searched from the database had been established till now.The primary outcome of the rate of unpleasant respiratory symptoms,oxygen humidification cylinder pollution as well as secondary lower respiratory tract infections were attached importance to.Two reviewers evaluated the literatures independently according to the RCT authentic assessment manual of Cochrane Collaboration.Negotiation took as the measure to attach an agreement.RevMan 5.2 was used to analyses the result of the study.Results A total of 15 met the inclusion criteria,Meta-analysis showed that humidifying and non-humidifying oxygen was not statistically significant with the rate of unpleasant respiratory symptoms (P > 0.05).Non-humidifying group was better than humidity group at the rate of oxygen humidification cylinder pollution and the secondary lower respiratory symptoms (Z=2.50,2.44,P < 0.05).Conclusions Low flow nasal oxygen inhalation therapy may not have to use humidifying oxygen.
5.Risk factors of central lymph node metastasis and significance of prophylactic central lymph node dissection for cN0 papillary thyroid carcinoma

Objective To investigate the risk factors of central lymph node metastasis and significance of prophylactic central lymph node dissection for clinical N0 (cN0) patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).Methods The clinical data of 315 patients with cN0 PTC in Department of General surgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from Jan.2012 to Jan.2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results (Iumor size,infiltration of thyroid capsule,and tumor number were associated with central lymph node metastasis in patients with cN0 PTC(P<0.05),and the high risk factors of central lymph node metastasis were infiltration of thyroid capsule and multiple lesions (P<0.05);()The overall complication rate was 3.17% (10/315),the rate of transient recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis was 0.63% (2/315),and the rate of transient hypoparathyroidism was 2.54% (8/315).All patients with complications recovered after treatment.No patient developed permanent recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis or hypoparathyroidism;()The follow-up time was 6 to 30 months,and 2 cases were lost.No patient developed local tumor recurrence,distant metastasis,or death.Conclusions The high risk factors of central lymph node metastasis in patients with cN0 PTC were infiltration of thyroid capsule and multiple lesions.No patient developed local tumor recurrence,distant metastasis,or death.It is preferable and necessary to perform prophylactic central lymph node dissection in patients with cN0 PTC.
6.Effects of the concentrations of glutathione and the related mechanisms of arsenic trioxide (As2 O3) on Multidrug Resist-ance-associated Pr otein

Objective To investigate the apoptosis-inducing effect , inhibiting MRP-1 and mRNA expression of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) and buthionine sulfoximine (BSO) on multidrug-resistant cell-K562A/DM cell .To compare the effect of As2O3 and the com-bined group .To determine the effect of intracellular GSH content on the arsenic effect .Methods To investigate the effect of the arse-nic group (0.5,2.0,5.0μmol/L)and/or BSO (100μmol/L) on multidrug-resistant cell -K562/ADM cell.To detect the change of the correlated index .⑴Intracellular GSH contents were measured using Glutathione Assay Kit by spectrophotometry .⑵MRP-1 expression were determined by flow cytometry .⑶MRP-1 mRNA expression were directed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.Results After the GSH contents were degraded by the combination of clinic dose arsenic group (0.5,2μmol/L) and BSO(100μmol/L), in 48 hours and 72 hours, the effect of the combination group ( clinic dose arsenic group ) was obviously stronger than the clinic dose arsenic group and the high dose arsenic group .In 48 hours, the MRP-1 mRNA depressive effect of the combination group ( clinic dose arsenic group ) was obviously stronger than high dose arsenic group .In 72 hours, the MRP-1 depressive effect of the combination group ( clinic dose arsenic group ) was obviously stronger than high dose arsenic group .Conclusions The intracellular GSH contents closely correlated with the arsenic effect .The combination of clinic dose arsenic and BSO inhibit obviously MRP-1 expression and MRP-1 mRNA expres-sion in K562/ADM cell.
7.Growth inhibition and apoptosis induction to imatinib-resistant cell line K562/G01 by Bortezomib

Objective To explore the effect of proteasome inhibitor bortezomib (BOR) on proliferation inhibition and apoptosis in imatinib-resistant chronic myeloid leukemia cell line K562/G01. Methods MTT assay was used to observe the effect of growth inhibitory of cells; flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle and apoptosis. Results K562/G01 cells was not sensitive to imatinib,1C50 values of imatinib to K562 and K562/G01 cells was (20.09±1.38) and (0.54±0.13) μmol/L,respectively; BOR could inhibit proliferation in K562/G01 cell,peaked at 48 h,and IC50 value of BOR to K562/G01 was (23.10±2.71) nmol/L. G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and significant apoptosis peak could be seen by flow cytometry with increased in the concentration and action time of BOR. Conclusion BOR can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis in imatinib-resistant K562/G01 cell,the mechanism may be related to cell cycle G2/M phase arrest.
8.Drug Resistance of Pathogens in Blood Culture Specimens in Shaanxi Antimicrobial Resistant Investigation Net from 2013 to 2015

Objective To explore the Gram-positive bacterial drug resistance in blood culture in 2013 to 2015 from the members of Antimicrobial Resistant Investigation Net of Shaanxi province,and guide the clinicians touse antimicrobial drugs rationally.Methods All the objective bacterial isolates were collected and identified susceptibility date by software WHONET 5.6.Results 8 824 Gran positive bacterial isolates and their antibacterial susceptibilitydata were collected.The top five populations of Gram-positive bacterial isolates were Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus hominis,Staphylococcus haemolyticus,Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus feacium.The isolating rates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus(MRCNS) were 33.9 ~ 54.9% and 72.1 ~88.6 % respectively.No vancomycin,Linezolid and teicoplanin resistant Staphylococcus isolates were found.There were 0.9 ~2% E.faecium vancomycin-resistant isolates.Conclusion The composition of blood culture from 2013 to 2015 was not changed,The rate of MRSA and MRSE showed downward trend.But it was severe that the situation of bacterial drug resistance in blood culture in Shaanxi province.Should fully use bacterial drug resistance surveillance results for supervision and administration,and take effective measures for controlling the spread of resistant isolates.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving safety of clinical pharmacy admixture service(PIVAS?DDS).METHODS:The main safety control measures for PIVAS?DDS in our hospital were introduced in respects of system establishment,staff,environment,safety of drug dispensing.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The safety of drug dispensing is greatly inhanced through bettering working system and operational procedure,improving the cleanliness of staff,standardizing regional plan and orientation of human and material resource,which plays an important role in safety of drug use in the clinic and occupational protection,etc.
10.Effects of three stains on the expression of tumor necrosis fator-αlpha in carrageenan-induced synovitis in Rats

Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of three stains. Methods Airpouch induced acute inflammation rat model was developed by subcutaneous injection of carrageenan.Inflammatory invasion and tumor necrosis fator-alpha (TNF-α) expression levels of the inflammed skins were examined by immunohistochemical methods and digital image analysis. The anti-inflammatory action of the 3 different statins was compared. Results Stains could inhibit inflammatory invasion and the expression of TNF-α. Conclusion The statins have demonstrated strong inhibition of inflammation.
