Objective To analyse the expressions and clinical significances of CXCR4,CXCL12 and PTEN in breast cancer.Methods The expressions of CXCR4,CXCL12 and PTEN in 60 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry technique SABC method.The correlations of levels of CXCR4,CXCL12 and PTEN expression and the age of patient,tumor diameter,histological grade,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,ER status,Her-2 status,and vessel invasion were analysed.Twenty cases of breast fibroadenoma tissues and 20 cases of normal breast tissues were analysed as controls.Results The expressions of CXCR4 (x2 =48.754,P =0.000),CXCL12 (x2 =47.611,P =0.000) and PTEN (x2 =19.994,P =0.000) in breast cancer,normal breast tissues and breast fobroadenoma showed significant differences.The positive expressions of CXCR and CXCL12 were significantly correlated with histological grade (x2 =11.080,P =0.004;x2 =6.978,P =0.031),TNM stage (x2 =9.819,P =0.007;X2 =10.163,P =0.006),lymph node metastasis (x2 =6.213,P =0.013;x2 =8.031,P =0.005),ER (x2 =12.774,P =0.000;x2 =7.330,P=0.007),vessel invasion (x2 =5.860,P=0.013; x2 =5.185,P=0.020) and Her-2 (x2 =5.487,P =0.019;x2 =4.689,P =0.030).The expression of PTEN in breast cancer was significantly correlated with TNM stage (x2=7.366,P =0.025),lymph node metastasis (x2 =5.511,P =0.019) and ER state (x2 =4.077,P =0.043).There was a positive correlation between the expression of CXCR4 and the expression of CXCL12 in breast cancer (r =0.336,P =0.004).There was a negative correlation between the expression of CXCR4 and the expression of PTEN in breast cancer (r =-0.362,P =0.004).There was a negative correlation between the expression of CXCL12 and the expression of PTEN in breast cancer (r =-0.360,P =0.004).Conclusion The high expression of the chemokine CXCL12 and its receptor CXCR4 and the low expression of PTEN are closely related to the carcinogenesis and metastasis of breast cancer,which may play an important role in the development of breast cancer.

Objective The aim of the study is to investigate whether the progressive incremental exercise can induce the change in bone maximum force.Methods One hundred and seventy healthy SD rats,aged 3 months,were used as samples after adaptive exercise for one week,and then they were divided to a basic control group(C_0),8 control groups and 8 exercise groups according to the training duration(2W,4W,6W,8W,9W,11W,13W and 15W).Based on Bedford and our pre-study.the longest training duration of the rats was 15 weeks.The maximum force(F) of femoral bone and the 2nd lumbar vertebrae(L_2)were tested by three-point bending test and compressive test separately.Results It was shown that there was no pronounced difference in F of femoral bone between con trol groups and exercise groups.But significant differences in F of L_2 were found between the control groups and exercise groups(P<0.001).Conclusions Changes in different degree were found in the F of femoral bone and L_2 during the process of growth.The differential effects of incremental exercise on F were caused by the difference in training intensities and in the bone types.

Fifty cases of mild - moderate cerebrovascular dementia selected by referring to the diagnositic criterion DSM- I -R for cerebrovascular dementia (VaD) established by America Society of Psychoneurology issued by WHO were randomly divided into Shen Tong Capsule treatment group (30 cases) and hydergine treatment group (20 cases). Modified Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Blessed Behavior Scale (BBS) were used to calculate changes of marks before and after treatment for assessment of therapeutic effects. Results show that Shen Tong Capsule has therapeutic effect on key symptoms and clinical behaviour of mild - moderate disturbance of intelligence, with the total effective rate of 86. 67%. Differences of accumulated marks in both MMSE and BBS before and after treatment in the treatment group are superior to those of the control group respectively.

Objective To observe the effect of electric-impulse stimulation to Jiaji points (EX-B2) on spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods Totally 126 eligible SCI patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 63 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional rehabilitation training plus acupuncture, while based on which the treatment group additionally received electric-impulse stimulation to Jiaji points (EX-B2). The spasticity, function, and activities of daily living (ADL) were evaluated 90 d later. Results The spasticity score was significantly changed after intervention in the treatment group(P＜0.01). Tendon reflex and spasticity score were significantly changed in the control group (P＜0.01). After intervention, there was a significant difference between the two groups in comparing spasticity score (P＜0.01). The changes of motor function and sensory function scores in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P＜0.01, P＜0.05). The Barthel Index (BI) scores were significantly changed in both groups after intervention (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in comparing the BI score between the two groups after intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion Electric-impulse stimulation to Jiaji (EX-B2) plus conventional rehabilitation training can significantly improve spasticity, and the motor and sensory functions, and promote the recovery of activities of daily living.

Fasting levels of blood glucose (FBG), insulin (Ins) , C peptide (Cp) , cholesterol (Cho) , triglyceride (TG), lower-density lipoprotein cholesterin ( LDL-C) , higher-density lipoprotein cholesterin ( HDL -C), lipoprotein a (Lpa), serum IGF1, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose (PBG), and BMI were measured in these persons. Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of tutors' guidance satisfaction of medical postgraduates.Methods:Te satisfaction of tutors' guidance of 149 medical postgraduates from a class Ⅲ teaching hospital in Beijing who would graduate were investigated with questionnaires and statistically analyzed. SPSS 22.0 software was used for data statistical.Results:The rate of satisfaction of tutors' guidance was 92.62%. The satisfaction with the training of ideological ethics and academic integrity was relatively higher (94.97%), and the satisfaction with career planning guidance was lower (89.71%). The tutors' guiding frequency and contents, tutor's attention to postgraduates and the relationship between them, and so on had certain influence on the tutors' guidance satisfaction.Conclusion:The mechanism of tutor management should be strengthened and the management level of postgraduate should be improved.

Objective To investigate the dosimetric difference of organ at risk (OAR) for planning and actual estimated during intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Thirteen patients were enrolled to accept full course of IMRT.CT scans were acquired in the 10th,20th,and 30th fractions during radiotherapy,respectively.OAR,including brain stem,spinal cord,parotid gland and submandibular gland,were delineated on repeated CT scans.The volume change of OAR were investigated.After that,the plans were copied to the new CT image to calculate the escalated average dose of OAR during radiotherapy (Actual estimated receiving dose minus planning dose).Results The change trend of volume was decreasing gradually for parotid gland and submandibular gland during the 10th,20th,and 30th times radiotherapy (all P =0.000).The maximum dose (Dmax) of brain stem and spinal cord and the 50％ volume receiving dose (D50) of parotid gland increased significantly in the 10th,20th,and 30th times during radiotherapy,respectively.The escalated average dose were 3.76 and 3.68 Gy for Dmax of brain stem and spinal cord (P =0.000,0.000),5.11 and 3.54 Gy for D50 of left and right parotid (P =0.001,0.023),and 0.49 and 0.75 Gy for D50 of left and right submandibular gland (P =0.220,0.230),respectively.Conclusions The volume of parotid gland and submandibular gland significantly decreased after radiotherapy The actual receiving dose of brain stem,spinal cord,and parotid gland increased significantly during radiotherapy.However,there was no significant change for the actual receiving dose of submandibular gland.
