Objective To discuss the effective nursing measures in interventional therapy for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremities in order to improve the successful rate of the procedure and to decrease the occurrence of complications. Methods Comprehensive nursing measures, including general nursing care, specific nursing care and emergency nursing care, were employed in 63 DVT patients receiving interventional therapy. Clinical response and complications were observed. Results After the treatment, the disorder was cured in 31 cases, while excellent result was seen in 26 cases and obvious improvement in 6 cases. During the procedure, bleeding at puncture site occurred in 16 cases, pulmonary embolism in 2 cases and cerebral hemorrhage in one case. No death occurred. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications, decrease the mortality rate. Therefore, Comprehensive nursing measures are the most helpful nursing care for DVT patients receiving interventional therapy.

Objective To investigate the value of critical scoring system in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction after exposure to poisoning by analyzing 3 cases of industrial organic fluorine gas poisoning. Methods Clinical data of symptoms, signs, treatments, outcome and the changes in the scores as APACHE Ⅱ,SOFA,MODS were collected, the differences among the patients were compared and the relevance was analyzed. Results The first APACHE Ⅱ was 19-26.Scores of case 1 in the three scoring systems constantly increased and different components were found, with the suggestion of sequential organ dysfunction.Other two patients' scores decreased and survived without complications.Conclusiorn Multiple critical scoring systems can be used to evaluate the outcome of multiple organ dysfunction due to organic fluorine gas poisoning.System evaluation and individualized treatment are both important.More studies can help to set up a special critical scoring system.

To develop an UPLC-UV method for the determination of aristolochic acid A in the aerial and underground parts of Asarum, an AcquityUPLC HSST3 column (50 mm x 2.1 mm ID, 1.8 microm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% FA and eluted in gradient mode. The flow rate was 0.5 mL min(-1), the detection wavelength was 251 nm, and the column temperature was 40 degrees C. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 18 - 1450 ng of aristolochic acid A with correlation coefficient of 0. 9999 and the minimum detective concentration was 18.25 ng mL (-1). The method developed is accurate and reproducible, and can be applied in the determination of aristolochic acid A in Asarum.

At present, acellular matrix is an effective replacement material for the treatment of skin damage, but there are few systematic evaluation studies on its performance. The experimental group of this study used two decellularization methods to prepare the matrix: one was the acellular matrix which sterilized with peracetic acid first (0.2% PAA/4% ethanol solution) and then treated with hypertonic saline (group A), the other was 0.05% trypsin/EDTA decellularization after γ irradiation (group B); and the control group was soaked in PBS (Group C). Then physical properties and chemical composition of the three groups were detected. Hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining showed that the acellular effect of group B was good. The porosity of group A and B were both above 84.9%. In group A, the compressive modulus of elasticity was (9.94 ± 3.81) MPa, and the compressive modulus of elasticity was (12.59 ± 5.50) MPa in group B. There was no significant difference between group A or B and group C. The total content of collagen in acellular matrix of group A and B was significantly lower than that of group C (1. 662 ± 0.229) mg/g, but there was no significant difference in the ratio of collagen Ⅰ/Ⅲ between group B and group C. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) showed that there was no significant difference in microstructure. Qualitative detection of fibronectin and elastin in each group was basically consistent with that in group C. Therefore, acellular matrix of group B had better performance as scaffold material. The experimental results show that the acellular matrix prepared by γ-ray sterilization and decellularization of 0.05% Trypsin enzyme/EDTA could be used for the construction of tissue-engineered skin. It could also provide reference for the preparation and mounting of heterogeneous dermal acellular matrix. It was also could be used for electrostatic spinning or three-dimensional printed tissue engineered skin scaffold which could provide physical and chemical parameters for it.

Objective:
To investigate the strong expression (S+) of P53 and BCL2 proteins in MYC/BCL2 double-expression DLBCL (DEL) and whether they can be used for the prognostic evaluation and stratified diagnosis of DELs.
Methods:
Tissue microarray were made by filed FFPE blocks of 174 DLBCL cases. The translocation of MYC, BCL2 and BCL6 genes were detected by FISH, and the proteins were detected by IHC. Data of clinicopathologic features and follow up of patients were collected and OS (overall survival) and PFS (progression free survival) were analyzed by statistics.
Results:
Eight double-hit lymphomas (DHLs) were identified in all cases, and 45 DELs were selected from 166 remaining cases, which have no significant difference in OS and PFS compared with non-DEL cases (
