Objective To explore the relationship between the change of serum β-HCG and the effect of　conservative treatment in tubal ectopic pregnancy.Methods 95 patients with tubal ectopic pregnancy were treated with single dose methotrexate injection.Among them,87 patients were successfully cured,16 patients were treated with the 2nd dose and Chinese herbal medicine orally:8 patients failed.The change of serum β-HCG levels after the first and 2nd course of treatment were measured.Results It showed that after the first or 2nd course of treatment,the cases which serum β-HCG level reducing less than 15%in patients who had successful treatment were signiflcantly lower than that in patients who failed(P＜0.05).Conclusion Detecting the change of serum β-HCG concentration can evaluate the therapeutic effect in tubal ectopic pregnancy with conservative treatment,and according that surgical operation should be chosen if serum β-HCG reduce less than 15%after two courses of treatment.

These biomarkers are helpful to understand the pathogenesisofoccupationalpneumoconiosisandguidethediagnosis,treatmentandprognosis.However,moreresearchneedsto-bedoneontherepeatabilitytestofbiomarkers,combinedapplicationandtheminingofnoncodingRNAastargetsfordisease diagnosisandtreatment.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Weixuening granule combined with prednisone for treatment of patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and its impact on platelet-associated antibodies(PAIgG, PAIgM, PAIgA). Methods Sixty patients with ITP were randomly divided into a observation group (30 cases, Weixuening granule combined with prednisone) and a control group (30 cases, prednisone therapy alone), 3 months constituting a therapeutic course. The clinical effects, platelet count (PLT) and PAIgG, PAIgM, PAIgA of two groups were observed after two courses of treatment. The time of withdrawing prednisone, relapse rate in 1 year and adverse reactions were also monitored. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [90.00%(27/30) vs. 73.33%(22/30), P<0.05]. The time of withdrawing prednisone was significantly shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(days:39.8±7.8 vs. 55.3±6.5, P<0.05). The relapse rate in 1 year in the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group [23.3%(7/30) vs. 50.0%(15/30), P < 0.05]. The PLT levels were markedly increased after treatment in the two groups, the levels of platelet-associated antibodies PAIgM and PAIgA after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the degree of improvement in observation group was superior to that of the control group [PLT (×109/L):113.25±15.47 vs. 84.79±20.37, PAIgM:(28.91±10.42)%vs. (30.75±9.37)%, PAIgA:(19.32±11.54)%vs. (21.15±15.16)%]. The level of PAIgG in the observation group was decreased obviously after treatment, while in the control group, it did not have significant change before and after treatment, and in the comparison of the level of PAIgG after treatment between the two groups, there was statistical significant difference [(15.29±9.02)%vs (32.41±9.34)%, P<0.05]. There were adverse reactions in the two groups, including centrality obesity, polytrichosis, acne, and hyperglycemia;the incidence of the above side effects in observation group was lower than that of the control group [73.3%(22/30) vs. 86.7%(26/30)], but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions The combined use of Weixuening granule and prednisone for treatment of patients with primary ITP is more effective than administration of prednisone alone;the adverse reactions are less in combined therapy group. Possibly, the better therapeutic effect of combined therapy is related to the decrease of platelet-associated antibodies and increase of the platelet generation.

Objective To investigate the constituent ratio, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic acute abdomen in patients age under 18. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 237 patients under 18 years old who had been admitted in Rizhao People's Hospital from June 2013 to November 2016. The patients were divided into two groups:groupⅠ(under ten years old, 49 cases) and groupⅡ(ten to eighteen years old, 188 cases). The first visit departments, constituent ratio, clinical manifestations and treatment methods of the two groups were summarized and analyzed. Results The proportion of first visit department was gynecology department in the groupⅠwas lower than that in groupⅡ[18.4%(9/49)versus 69.1%(130/188), P<0.01]. The proportion of diseases in the two groups was different;the proportion of ovarian tumors(59.2%, 29/49), genital malformations(10.2%, 5/49)and ovarian torsions (10.2%, 5/49)in group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅱ, while the pregnancy related diseases in groupⅡ(37.2%, 70/188)was significantly higher than that in groupⅠ(P<0.01). Conclusions Clinicians should pay enough attention to the acute abdomen caused by gynecological factors in childhood and adolescence. The differential diagnosis of acute abdomen should pay attention to. In the choice of treatment methods, we should give full consideration to the special age, and try to maintain their normal growth and physiological function.
