Objective To explore the role of LiCl in microbial suppurative keratitis .Methods Western-blot assay was used to detect the efficacy of LiCl .Inflammatory cytokine levels were examined using Real-time PCR .Cell apoptosis was detected by using TUNEL and flow cytometry assays .Results LiCl promoted corneal resistance to PA infection .Real-time PCR data showed that LiCl enhanced IL-10 expression ,but suppressed TNF-expression .TUNEL and flow cytometry data showed that LiCl promoted the apoptosis of infiltrating cells .Conclusion LiCl promoted host resistance against microbial suppurative keratitis ,via regulating in-flammatory cytokine expression and cell apoptosis .

Clinical data of 899 patients, who received colposcopic examination, were retrospectively analyzed. Both Reid's colposcopic index(RCI)score and biopsy were performed. The study showed that the value of RCI score was positively related to the severity of cervical lesions(F=2.043,P=0.03).The specificity of RCI for cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)Ⅰ were 98.8%,95.7% respectively;while sensitivity and negative predictive value for CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ were 77.7%,70.0%and 96.8%.97.4%,respectively.So RCI scoring can increase the diagnostic value of colposcope.

Objective To analyse clinical application of hepatitis B virus core antibody(HBcAb)detected by using the chemilu-minescence microparticle immunoassay. Methods A total of 1 6 830 specimen with positive HBcAb detected by using the two pairs of semi-hepatitis test from January 2012 to November 2014 were collected, and divided into three groups according to the cut off in-dex(COI)of detection results of HBcAb,including group 1.0-<9.0,group 9.0-<1 1.0 and group COI≥1 1.0,and detection re-sults were statistically analysed. The hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA test was carried out in specimen with negative hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)and hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb)and COI≥1 1.0.Results The detection rate of HBsAg(+)HBsAb(-) (13.84%)was significantly higher than other expression patterns in group ≥1 1.0(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant differences in positive rate among all expression patterns of HBsAg and HBsAb in the group 9.0-<1 1.0(P >0.05).The detec-tion rate of HBsAg(+)HBsAb(-)of group 9.0-<1 1.0 was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P <0.05).A total of 304 specimen were HBsAg(-)HBsAb(-)and COI≥1 1,among them 64 specimen were HBV DNA postive and the posi-tive rate was 21.0%.Conclusion In the detection of HBcAb,COI≥1 1 and 1.0-<9.0 could be reference indicators for diagnosiing current and past HBV infection respectively, which should be combined with other laboratory indicators of HBV clinical data for comprehensive analysis.

Heart rate variability (HRV) is the difference between the successive changes in the heartbeat cycle, and it is produced in the autonomic nervous system modulation of the sinus node of the heart. The HRV is a valuable indicator in predicting the sudden cardiac death and arrhythmic events. Traditional analysis of HRV is based on a multielectrocardiogram (ECG), but the ECG signal acquisition is complex, so we have designed an HRV analysis system based on photoplethysmography (PPG). PPG signal is collected by a microcontroller from human's finger, and it is sent to the terminal via USB-Serial module. The terminal software not only collects the data and plot waveforms, but also stores the data for future HRV analysis. The system is small in size, low in power consumption, and easy for operation. It is suitable for daily care no matter whether it is used at home or in a hospital.

Objective:By comparing the diagnotic results and complications of pneumoconiosis patients with work-related injury insurance and non-work-related injury insurance, to provide reference for improving the medical insurance of pneumoconiosis patients. Methods:In May 2019, the diagnotic results and complications of 3204 patients with pneumoconiosis who were hospitalized in the second department of Hunan Prevention and Treatment Institute for Occupational Diseases from January 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Among the 3204 patients, 896 cases (28.0%) were in stage I, 790 cases (24.6%) were in stage II, and 1518 cases (47.4%) were in stage III. 1490 cases (46.5%) of pneumoconiosis patients have complications, mainly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (42.3%, 1354/3204) and lung infection (23.6%, 755/3204) . 584 cases (18.2%) were covered by work-related injury insurance, and the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis patients was mainly in the stage I (61.0%, 356/584) . 2620 cases (81.8%) were covered by non-work-related injury insurance, and the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis patients was mainly in the stage III (56.0%, 1466/2620) . The complication rate of non-work-related injury insurance patients (50.1%, 1312/2620) was higher than that of work-related injury insurance patients (30.5%, 178/584) (χ 2=73.72, P<0.01) . Conclusion:The inpatients with pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province are still mainly covered by non-work-related injury insurance, and the diagnotic period and complication rate are significantly higher than those of work-related injury insurance patients. Therefore, pneumoconiosis patients should be provided with medical security, early diagnosis and early intervention, to prevent and delay the occurrence of complications.
