High -resolution non -standard medical video roentgenoscoped by X -ray can't make use of universal video interfaces such as VGA, S - Video. Based on non - standard video feature transition algorithm library, high - speed field integration technology for FPGA digital system and VHDL hardware description language, this paper develops a real-time transition system for high-resolution non-standard medical video roentgenoscoped by X-ray.

The physicians and surgeons working in modern hospital should get achievement in the clinic,research,teaching,and prevention.In the past,scientific impact was assessed by the citation number of published papers in domestic and foreign journals,which obviously has many limitations.Hirsch JE,a physics professor from the United States proposed the h-index for the evaluation of the scientific impact of individual scientists in 2005.The h-index has been now been introduced in China.The applicability,limitations,and usage of h-index are discussed in this article.

Objective To explore the health effects of organic extracts from ambient air particulates with various diameters on the DNA damage of human peripheral blood lymphoctys. Methods Using a 5-stage air sampler, the ambient air particulats samples were collected in a residential area of Taiyuan city and were extracted with dichloromethane, acetone and methanol. The damage of DNA in human peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by organic extracts from ambient air particulates with various diameters at doses of 25, 50, 100 ,200 ?g/ml were detected by sigle cell gelelectrophoresis assay. Results The toxic efficiency of organic extraction of ambient air particulates increased with the decreases of the diameters of particulates. The tail lengthes of the comets induced by organic extracts from ambient air particulcctes with various diameters

Objective To explore the expression of p130Cas and c-erbB-2 in human breast carcinoma and the relationship between p130Cas and c-erbB-2 levels with clinical and pathological characteristics. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP staining was applied to detect the expression of p130Cas and c-erbB-2 in tumor tissues from 53 cases of human primary breast carcinoma,10 cases of breast fibroadenoma and in 10 cases of normal breast tissues. Results Breast carcinoma tissues showed higher levels of p130Cas and c-erbB-2 than normal and fibroadenoma tissues(both P＜0.01).The expression of p130Cas was related with age, menopausal status, ER, PR status and histological grades, but not related with tumor size, lymph node status and pathological stages. The expression of c-erbB-2 was related with ER status, histological grades and lymph node status, but not related with age, menopausal status, PR status, tumor size and pathological stages. There were no significant correlations between p130Cas and c-erbB-2. Conclusion p130Cas and c-erbB-2 have relations with the malignant transformation and differentiation of breast carcinoma.c-erbB-2 is associated with metastasis of breast carcinoma.p130Cas and c-erbB-2 can be served as useful indicators in the prognosis of breast carcinoma.

This paper discusses the design of a special digital manometer for air-pocket in manual air-way. Integrated silicon pressure sensor MPX5010 with high precision and sensitivity is adopted in the device. It can not only measure and display air pressure of air-pocket,but also give the alarm for excessive pressure,thus providing a timely and convenient way for clinician to control air-pocket pressure,which ensures the safety and precision for clinic.

Objective To develop integrative Medical Video Network Real-time Communication System based on hospital LAN.Methods According to the practical features in clinical application and the design principles of miniaturization and low power waste,SOPC software and hardware design technologies were utilized to design the system hardware,which mainly includes such 5 function modules as A/D conversion,automatic selection of digital interface,video codec,CPU and system control.The system control software,including transmission module,interception module and control module,was designed under embedded system.Results The integrative Medical Video Network Real-time Communication System based on hospital LAN could encode and decode medical video in real-time,and the transmission and reception parts could automatic position without manual setting,thus facilitating network real-time transmission of clinical medical video.Conclusion Completely meeting the requirement of medical video real-time transmission in hospital scientific research,teaching and academic exchanges,Medical Video Network Real-time Communication System supports hospital scientific research and teaching greatly.

XML dynamic swapper of network data applied, a network management platform for medial equipment maintenance is developed, which is based on hospital LAN communication. J2EE-based multiplayer B/S structure is adopted. With the platform, routine management, malfunction declaration, maintenance service and data totaling can be carried out effectively.
