Objective To observe the degradation pattern of tubulin in the cardiac muscle and lung tissue of rats after death. Methods 24 young male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups averagely. After being killed by bleeding, the rats were kept in an artificial climate incubator;the experimental temperature was kept at 20℃ and humidity at 50%.Proteins in cardiac muscle and lung tissue were extracted and tubulin was then examined by Western blot.Thereafter, the semi-quantitative analysis of the Western blot images was performed. Results Tubulin can be detected in the normal cardiac muscle and lung tissue of rats. After 1d postmortem, the tubulin content in these tissues began to decline, and it might still be detected at 7d postmortem, but the tubulin content in lung decreased faster than that in cardiac muscle.A linear relationship between tubulin content in cardiac muscle and lung of rats and the postmortem interval was determined. The linear regression equations and coefficients for integral optic density in relation to PMI were y=-1726.1x+14083 with correlative coefficient r=0.9684 for cardiac muscle and y=-1439.89x+12041 with correlative coefficient r=0.9808 for lung, respectively. Conclusion The level of tubulin in cardiac muscle and lung tissue of rats varied with PMI and the time dependent degradation of this protein was potentially useful for the PMI estimation.

Objective:To investigate the stress distribution of mandibular implant-supported complete overdenture and supporting tissue with different location of implants. Methods:By three-dimentional finite element method, the stress distribution in the supporting tissue and overdenture supported by implants located in the interforaminal region or bilateral canines and first molars area was analyzed. Results:The overdenture supported by implants located in the interforaminal region showed poor oblique loading resistance, the peak value of stress in implant-bone interface was 2.4-9.2 times higher than that of vertial loading. Under vertical or oblique loading conditions, there was higher stress concentration in implants and base plates. The overdenture supported by implants located in bilateral canions and first molars area manifested better mechanical characteristic, the peak value of stress in supporting tissue was in the physiological range of bone. Conclusion:The location of implants in molar area can enhance the ability of overdenture to resist oblique loading, reduce the peak value of stress in implant-bone interface.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with vibroacoustic therapy on upper limb spasticity post stroke. Methods From November, 2014 to November, 2015, 90 patients with upper limb spasticity post stroke were randomized into treat-ment group (acupuncture combined with vibroacoustic therapy), control 1 group (simple vibroacoustic therapy) and control 2 group (simple acupuncture) with 30 cases in each group. All the patients accepted routine fundamental treatment and rehabilitation training. The modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and modified Barthel Index (MBI) were used to assess the upper limb muscle ten-sion, motor function and activities of daily living before and four weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, MAS score decreased in all groups (Z>3.067, P<0.001), and FMA score and MBI score increased (t>3.326, P<0.01). MAS score decreased more (Z>2.919, P<0.01), and FMA score and MBI score increased more (P<0.05) in the treatment group than in the control groups after treatment. However, there was no significant difference between the control groups (P>0.05). The total effective rate was 80%in the treatment group, 50%in the control group 1 and 53%in the control group 2 (χ2=8.573, P=0.014), respectively. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with vibroacoustic therapy can alleviate the upper limb spasticity, and promote the recovery of motor function and activities of daily living.
