OBJECTIVE:To compare the effectiveness and safety of low-molecular-weight-heparin(LMWH)calcium and rivar-oxaban in preventing lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the elderly patients after surgery of replacement of frac-ture. METHODS:A total of 58 elderly patients underwent hip or artificial femoral head replacement were randomly divided into LMWH group (29 cases) and Rivaroxaban group (29 cases). All patients received basic prevention and physical prevention for DVT after surgery. Based on this,LMWH group was given Heparin calcium injection 4100 IU subcutaneously 10 h after surgery, for 10 d. Rivaroxabar group was given Rivaroxaban tablet 10 mg 10 h after surgery, once a day,for consecutive 10 d. The occur-rence of DVT and positive D-dimer were observed in 2 groups after surgery. The PT,APTT,TT,FIB and platelet counts abnormal-ity were also observed in 2 groups. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in the incidence of DVT,the occarrence of pos-itive D-dimer,PT,APTT,TT,FIB and platelet counts abnormality 4,10 d after surgery between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLU-SIONS:LMWH and rivaroxaban both can be used for lower extremity DVT in the elderly patients after replacement of fracture sur-gery of and have similar therapeutic efficacy and safety.

Polyacrylamide resin was synthesized via surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization ( SI-ATRP) method. Acrylic amide ( AM) was grafted onto the surface of the chloromethyl polystyrene resin via SI-ATRP in the CuBr/2, 2'-bipyridine ( Bpy) system as catalyst at room temperature. The compositions of polyacrylamide resin were determined by means of elementary analysis, FT-IR analysis and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) . The adsorption properties, the parameters of kinetics and the thermodynamics of the resin were evaluated in details, respectively. As the results, adsorption capacity of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) increased with the initial concentrations of solution increasing at room temperature, and its highest adsorption capacity was 111. 0 mg/g with solution concentration of 8 mmol/L. Adsorption isotherm at room temperature was determined and modeled with Langmuir and Freundlich equations. The thermodynamic equilibrium functions were calculated to be ΔG<0,ΔH=268. 2 kJ/mol, ΔS>0, hence, the adsorption was spontaneous, endothermic and entropy increasing. The kinetics fitted the pseudo-second-order well. The polyacrylamide-chloromethyl polystyrene (PAM-CMCPS) resin was used for the adsorption of 2,4-D in orange sample, and good results were obtained.

Objective:To explore the application and effect of flipped classroom in community clinical pharmacist training. Methods:Seventeen pharmacists trained in 2017-2018 were used as the control group and received traditional teaching mode. Fourteen pharmacists trained in 2019-2020 were used as the experimental group and received the flipped classroom teaching mode. Finally, the teaching effect was evaluated through the trainees' graduation examination results and satisfaction degree. The SPSS 25.0 was used to conduct the t test and chi-square test. Results:The task performance, prescription audit scores, clinical practice scores, and total scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in usual performance between the two groups ( P>0.05). For satisfaction survey, the total score of Likert scale in the experimental group was (20.1±3.4), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (16.9±3.4). However, there was no significant difference in the satisfaction of clinical practice and teachers' level between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Flipped classroom can improve the enthusiasm of community clinical pharmacist trainees to participate in learning, increase the level of the trainees' theoretical knowledge and professional practice, and is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality community clinical pharmacists.

Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the expression profile of miRNAs in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and to discuss the clinical significance of differentially expressed miRNAs.Methods:MiRNA microarray was used to analyze the expression of miRNA in peripheral blood of 3 pairs of ASD patients-healthy controls; 17 pairs of ASD patients-healthy controls were used to verify the differentially expressed miRNA; Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the differential expression the value of miRNA in the diagnosis of ASD.Results:A total of 32 differentially expressed genes were screened by 3 pairs of miRNA microarray including 12 up-regulated miRNAs and 20 down-regulated miRNAs. miRNA verification of 20 differentially expressed miRNAs showed miR-15a-5p, miR-27a-3p , miR-142-3p and miR-142-5p were significantly down-regulated in children with ASD, with statistically significant difference (all P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of the above four miRNAs diagnosing ASD were all greater than 0.70, with sensitivities 94.12%, 100%, 100%, and 82.35%, respectively. Conclusions:The expression of miR-142-3p, miR-27a-3p/miR-15a-5p, and miR-142-5p is down-regulated in the peripheral blood of ASD patients, and has the potential as biomarkers for early screening of ASD.

Objective:To study the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of persistent sciatic vein(PSV).Methods:A retrospective study was performed on 17 patients who were diagnosed with PSV by color Doppler ultrasound in the Second Hospital of Shandong University and the Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from May 2010 to December 2021. Their sonographic features were analyzed, summarized and classified. Results:In all the 17 cases, the sciatic vein showed a vein adjacent to the sciatic nerve in the pelvis or back of the thigh. According to anatomy, persistent sciatic vein could be divided into three types: complete PSV, upper PSV and lower PSV. There were 7 cases of complete PSV, 2 cases of upper PSV and 8 cases of lower PSV. Femoral vein dysplasia was found in 11 of 17 patients with PSV. In addition to 1 case of bilateral PSV, the diameter of the femoral vein on the affected side was (0.36±0.19)cm in 16 cases, and the diameter of femoral vein at the corresponding position on the healthy side was (0.61±0.11)cm, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.001). Conclusions:Color Doppler ultrasonography is the effective imaging method for diagnosis of the PSV.
