Objective To study the effects of integrated liposomal prostaglandin E_1(PGE_1)and calcium dobesilate on aristolochic acid nephropathy(AAN).Methods Forty-six patients of AAN who came from the First Affiliated Hospital,China Medical University from 2003 to 2005 were randomly divided into control group(PGE_1)and treatment group(PGE_1+calcium dobesilate).Scr and Hb were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results Scr had been decreased significantly and Hb had been increased in both groups,but more significantly in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion Integrated liposomal prostaglandin E_1 and calcium dobesilate can ameliorate renal function in AAN.

Objective To observe the effect of limbal incision before and after phacoemulsification corneal astigmatism degree.Methods 46 patients with cataract (76 eyes) were randomly divided into two groups.23 cases (40 eyes) in group A received a temporal clear corneal incision phacoemulsification.23 cases (36 eyes) in group B received the upper clear corneal incision cataract ultrasound breast surgery.Results In group A,preoperative corrected visual acuity was (0.13 ±0.10)D,after 3 months of corrected visual acuity was (0.79 ± 0.13)D.In group B,preoperative corrected visual acuity was (0.14 ± 0.11)D,after 3 months of corrected visual acuity was (0.76 ± 0.15)D,the patients after 3 months corrected visual acuity was significantly improved than before treatment (t =4.127,P ＜0.01),the postoperative visual acuity was not statistically significant(t =0.605,P ＞ 0.05).Two groups postoperative corneal anterior surface,surface astigmatism values were gradually reduced,3 months after operation in group A after corneal anterior surface,surface astigmatism value were (0.45 ± 0.24) D,(0.09 ± 0.06) D ; those in B group were (0.52 ± 0.25) D,(0.09 ± 0.07) D,which were significantly lower than 1 week after operation and postoperation(t =2.232,2.128,all P ＜ 0.05).The remaining time two groups of corneal astigmatism value had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Temporal clear corneal incision phacoemulsification recovery of visual acuity is better,and less than the above changes of corneal astigmatism corneal incision operation.

Objective To determine antiturbulent effect of the third-generation anti-HCV ELISA kit.Methods Anti-HCV ELISA kits from domestic and foreign manufacturer were used to detect the samles.Thost samples with positive results obtained using different anti-HCV ELISA kits from five manufacturers were further tested by HCV BLOT to determine which result would be true.Then RT-PCR would be done on the samples with anti-HCV “Indeterminate” by HCV BLOT.Results False positive rate of five kinds of anti-HCV ELISA kits on 268 selected weak positive samples were 0.37%～12.68%.The results from different anti-HCV ELISA kits showed markedly inconsistent.If any two kinds were combined to detect the samples,the false positive rates declined 0～2.2%(P

Objective To explore the regulatory effects of thioredoxin on chemosensitivity of gastric cancer cells. Methods RT-PCR was employed to clone the full-length cDNA of thioredoxin (Trx) from human drug-resistant gastric cancer cell line SGC7901/VCR. The sense and antisense eukaryotic expression vectors corresponding Trx were constructed and transduced into gastric cancer cells SGC7901 and SGC7901/VCR by lipofectamine, respectively. MTT assay was used to evaluate the sensitivity of gene-transfected gastric cancer cells and control cells to anti-cancer drugs in vitro. Results The results indicated that SGC7901 cells transfected with Trx sense vector showed significantly decreased sensitivity to vincristine, cisplatin and adriamycin, while SGC7901/VCR transfected with Trx antisense vector showed significantly increased sensitivity to these drugs. Conclusion All these data suggested that Trx might participate in the formation of multidrug resistance of gastric cancer cells and alteration of Trx could regulate chemosensitivity of gastric cancer cells.

Objective To observe the effect of different doses of propofol injection and propofol medium/long-chain fat emulsion injection in short time infusion on plasma ketone body ratio,to eva-lute its effecton hepatic energy metabolism.Methods Forty patients,aged 18-50 years old,ASA Ⅰ orⅡ undergoing selective surgery were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 cases in each;propofol injection 4 mg·kg-1·h-1 maintain anesthesia (group L4 ),propofol injection 6 mg·kg-1·h-1 maintain anesthesia (group L6 ),propofol medium/long-chain fat emulsion injection 4 mg·kg-1·h-1 maintain anesthesia (group M4 ),propofol medium/long-chain fat emulsion injection 6 mg·kg-1·h-1 maintain anesthesia (group M6 ).MAP,HR,SpO2 and PET CO2 were recorded before anesthesia induction (T0 ),after tracheal intubation (T1 ),after 2 hours infusion of propofol (T2 )and operation completed (T3 ).The blood samples were collected at T1 and T2 to detect the level of acetoacetate,β-hydroxybu-tyrate and to calculate the blood ketone body ratio (the ratio of acetoacetate andβ-hydroxybutyrate). Results MAP,HR,SpO2 ,PET CO2 at T0-T3 and acetoacetate,β-hydroxybutyrate,blood ketone body ratio at T1 ,T2 showed no significant statistic difference.Conclusion Different doses of propofol and different doses of propofol medium/long-chain fat emulsion injection in short time continuous in-fusion has no obvious effect on hepatic energy metabolism;same dose of propofol injection and propo-fol medium/long-chain fat emulsion injection in short time continuous infusion has no obvious effect on hepatic energy metabolism.

Objective To explore the value of 2 dimension and color Doppler flow imaging (2D CDFI) in detection of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. Methods One hundred and one patients, 118 limbs clinically suspected as deep venous thrombosis were examined by CDFI and ascending phlebography. Results The sensitivity of ultrasonogram was 94 4% and accuracy was 98 4%. The highest incidence is 30 4% in the femoral vein. With the ratio 2 2∶1, the incidence of left lower limbs was much higher than the right. Because of different pathological changes in acute, subacute and chronic thrombosis, there are diverse character in 2D CDFI. Conclusions Deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs can be diagnosed by 2D CDFI, which is a noninvasive, easy and accurate method.

Multiple myeloma is a more common malignant disease in blood medicine,which is characterized by hyper-proliferation and accumulation of malignant plasma cells in the bone marrow,resulting in a large number of monoclonal immunoglobulins and their fragments,leading to damage to the terminal organs.Of which about 80％ of patients have multiple myeloma bone diseases (MBD),which seriously affected the quality of life and prognosis of patients.We have found that the main cause of MBD are contributed to inhibition of osteoblasts,activation of osteoclast and affecting the occurrence by a variety of cytokines and pathways.This article will review and introduce the occurrence and development of MBD related to the latest factors and treatment.

Objective To explore the relevance of safety culture in hospital nursing and the head nurse leadership behavior.Method The study adopts the method of convenience sampling to diversify the head nurse leadership behavior and nursing safety culture of 344 nurses in 3 first-class tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang Province.All survey data were entered into the SPSS17.0 software for analysis.Finally,conclusion was got.Result The head nurse leadership behavior is the highest score for leadership charm,followed by passive exception management,personalized care,active exception management,charisma,contingent reward and intellectual stimulation.Safety culture of nursing is slightly higher than medium level,in wh ch the team atmosphere,the satisfaction of the work,the unit security atmosphere,the management experience is higher than the medium level.The cognitive score of the pressure is lower than the medium level.Conclusion All dimensions of nurses' perception of head nurse leadership behavior has a positive correlation with each dimension of safety culture in hospital nursing.

Purpose To explore the effect of speckle tracking imaging (STI) in early detection of coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with hypertension (HT),and to intervene early to alleviate or delay the progression of CAD.This would provide theoretical evidence in controlling the development and improving the prognosis of CAD.Materials and Methods From January 2013 to April 2015,a total of 166 cases of hospitalized patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen and Jiangmen Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed,including HT group (n=42),CAD group (n=35),HT+CAD group (n=49) and control group (n=40).Conventional measurement and STI were used to analyze the conventional values and the 17 section peak strain value of the left ventricle.Results The total mean strain,average peak strain of lesion segment and minimum peak strain in CAD group and HT+CAD group were significantly lower (P＜0.05) compared to the control group.ROC analyses showed that the AUC for total mean strain,average peak strain of lesion segment and minimum peak strain value were 0.71,0.76,and 0.70,respectively.Using a combined cut-off of ≥-18％ of average peak strain of lesion segment,≥-19％ of total mean strain and ≥-6％ of minimum peak strain value,the performance of CHD diagnosis had a sensitivity of 91.3％ and a specificity of 83.5％.Conclusion Speckle tracking automatic function imaging can be used to quantitatively analyze abnormal left ventricular segmental wall movement.It improves the detection in hypertension patients with coronary artery disease.
