Objective To analyse the color ranges of 3 kinds of imported composite resin and to compare the color range of imported composite resin with that of Chinese teeth in the southwest of China. Methods The color of 3 kinds of imported composite resin was mearsured with the spectrophotonery system of human tooth color which had a fiber optic heading. The color range of imported composite resin was compared with that of Chinese teeth. Results The color distribution spaces of 3 kinds of imported compositeresin had different color ranges that were smaller than that of Chinese teeth. Being compared with Chinese teeth color, imported composite resin was short of higher and lower light color, and imported composite resin was short of greener and redder color either. Conclusions The color distribution spaces of imported composite resin are different from that of Chinese teeth in the southwest of China, and any kind of composite resin can not meet the color demand from dental clinic.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective:To evaluate the influence on root resorption after distalizing molars with face bow.Methods:15 cases whose molars were distalized with face bow were selected in present research. Root lengths were measured on pre-treatment and post-treatment dental films taken with the oral positioner. The distances of molar distalization were measured on cephalometric radiographs. The differences of the pre-treatment and post-treatment root lengths were evaluated by the Paired t-test.The correlation between the distance of molars distalization and the root resorption of the maxillary molars was analyzed with Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results:The root lengths between the pre-treatment and post-treatment showed a statistically significant difference(P

Objective To explore effect of ginkgetin injection on brain damage factor in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 180 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were selected from June 2014 to February 2015, and divided into experiment group and control group.88 cases in control group were treated with clinical routine therapy, 92 cases in experimental group were treated on base of the control with ginkgetin injection, 2 weeks for a course. The clinical efficacy, MESS and serum HIF-1α, TNF-α, Caspase-3, were detected and compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the experiment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05),and the MESS of the experiment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Serum HIF-1α, Caspase-3, TNF-αlevels were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgetin injection can effectively improve the patient’s neurological symptoms, it is of great significance to the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction.

Objective To analyse the suspected hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) in mismatch repair protein (MMR) expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2. Methods Immunohistochemical staining method was used for the detection of hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein expression in 193 cases suspected HNPCC patients, the deletion of MMR proteins was identified as highly suspected HNPCC cases. Results Of the 193 patients with suspected HNPCC hMLH1/hMSH2 abnormal expression rate was 29.02%; ≤30 years old was 40%, 31 ~ 40 years old was 28.05%, 41 ~ 50 years old was 28.71%,3 suspected HNPCC showed the deletion of hMLH1/hMSH2 protein expression at the same time ,; In the right colon , the left half colon and rectal anomaly detection rates were 40.74%, 32.65%and 18.89%; hMLH1/hMSH2 deletion was 46.15%with family history. Conclusions The deletion of MMR protein is closely related to age, site and family history in suspected HNPCC, and the deletion of hMLH1 is an important factor to induce early-set colorectal cancer. The deletion of hMLH1/hMSH2 at the same time indicates that hMLH1/hMSH2 genes may play important role in the incidence of HNPCC.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2007;0(S2):-
Humanistic spirit advocates the concern for human, and the medical value of people foremost. Now status quo of oral medical students' humanities concern is worrying. This paper aims to analyze the reason, and the best way to culture oral medical students' humanities concern is not only to have an aim of training medical professionals who have oral medical knowledge and skills, but also to look upon the education of medical humanistic spirit as important educative content,to improve teachers' humanities diathesis,to enhance the contact between medical students' and society or patients,to foster affection,to train skills, and to establish the good environment of humanities education.

Background and purpose:Colorectal serrated adenoma (SA) was ofifcially named in 2000 by the WHO as a separate disease, with unique properties compared with traditional adenoma (TA), and its relationship with colorectal cancer (CRC) is very concerned. This study was to analyze and compare the telomerase, p53 and Ki-67 immunohistochemical expression on the tissues of SA, TA and CRC. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was adopted to analyze the expression of telomerase, p53, and Ki-67 in 37 cases of SA, 36 cases of TA and 34 cases of CRC. Results:The p53-positive percentage of SA was signiifcantly lower than that of TA (P<0.01), and the p53-positive percentage of TA was signiifcantly lower than that of CRC (P<0.01). No signiifcant difference of Ki-67 expression was found between SA and TA, and the Ki-67-positive percentage of SA and TA was lower than that of CRC (P<0.01). The telomerase-positive percentage of TA was signiifcantly lower than that of SA (P<0.01), and the telomerase-positive percentage of SA was signiifcantly lower than that of CRC (P<0.05). Conclusion:Telomerase, P53, and Ki-67 immunohisto chemical analysis indicated that SA is a kind of proliferative adenoma, and telomerase activation may play a role in the cancer process.

Objective To establish analysis methods for fingerprint of Chuanxiong Rhizoma by HPLC. Methods Thermo C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with methanol-0.1% Formic acid in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 323 nm, and the temperature was 25 ℃. The similarities of the 18 batches of samples were compared by similarity evaluation, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results Based on the fingerprints of 18 batches of Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 11 common peaks were identified, the similarities were almost greater than 0.9 among all batches. The samples were clustered into 3 categories. Conclusion The method is simple, steady and repeatable. It provides a basis for the quality control and evaluation of Chuanxiong Rhizoma.
