Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):217-218,221
Objective To explore the clinical psychological intervention and edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods In the period from January 2016 to December 2016, 335 patients were treated with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital, and these patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, control group A total of 168 cases, the observation group of patients a total of 167 cases. First, the control group of patients using conventional medical treatment for treatment, the observation group of patients will need in the conventional medical treatment based on the increase in the use of edaravone intravenous infusion. And then the two groups of patients are using clinical psychological intervention care for nursing work. Through the follow-up approach, the two groups of patients to observe the effect of treatment, comparison, need to rely on daily living ability (ADL) and the Chinese Stroke Scale (CSS) two assessment indicators to evaluate the patient's treatment. Results Before treatment, the daily living ability (ADL) and the Chinese stroke scale (CSS) two evaluation indicators score, the difference was not statistically significant; After treatment, the observation group of patients with daily living ability (ADL) and the Chinese stroke scale (CSS) two evaluation indicators were significantly better than the corresponding value of the control group, the difference between the two groups statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 94.61% in the observation group, the total treatment effective rate was 72.02%of control group, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction on the basis of the use of conventional medical treatment on the basis of increased use of edaravone intravenous infusion, compared to conventional medical treatment is better, while after treatment for patients with clinical psychological intervention Care for the nursing work, the improvement of the treatment effect has a positive effect, help to improve the patient's daily life ability.
2.The Inhibitory Mechanism of Imatinib Mesylate on Bleomycin-Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis in Mice
Chinese Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine 2009;8(4):365-370
Objective To explore the inhibitory mechanism of Imatinib mesylate on pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin in mice. Methods A total of 120 C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups,ie, a control group, a model group, a dexamethasone group, and an Imatinib group. The model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by a single intratracheal instillation of bleomycin in the rats. Then dexamethasone or Imatinib were given intraperitoneally respectively. On day 7,14,21 after the treatment, 10 mice of each group were sacrificed respectively. The expressions of TGF-β1 and α-SMA in lung tissue were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The mRNA expression of TGF-β1 was measured by RT-PCR.Results The expressions of TGF-β1 and α-SMA in lung tissue at each time point were significantly increased in the model group compared with the control group. And the expressions were obviously decreased in the dexamethasone group and the lmatinib group compared with the model group, with no significant differences between the two treatment groups. The expression of TGF-β1 was positively correlated with the α-SMA expression (r = 0.251, P < 0.05).Conclusion The inhibitory effect of Imatinib on pulmonary fibrosis may be related to the inhibition of TGF-β1 and α-SMA expressions.
3.Effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on adrenomedulin and calcitonin-gene-related peptide
Clinical Medicine of China 2009;25(11):1207-1208
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of adrenomedulin(ADM) and calcitonin-gene-relat-ed peptide(CGRP) at different time before, during and after laparoscopic operation for treating CO2 pneumoperitone-urn. Methods 47 cases undergoing laparoscopic operation in our hospital were selected. Plasma ADM and CGRP levels were determined by RIA before anesthesia(T0),10 min before (T1) and 10 min (T2) ,30 min (T3),60 min (T4),and 30 min (TS) after CO2 pneumoperitoneum was treated. Results There was statistical significance in ADM and CGRP level at the different time points before and after CO2 pneumoperitoneum (F=9.686 and 49.804, P<0.01). There was no significance in ADM and CGRP level at TO and T1 (P>0.05);ADM level would decrease at T2 (P<0.05) but CGRP level decrease slowly with no remarkable change as compared with that before CO2 pneumoperitoneum(P>0.05). With time going on, ADM and CGRP level at T3 and T4 was remarkably lower than that at T1 (P<0.01);ADM and CGRP level at T5 would come to that at T1. Conclusions CO2 pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopic operation is the major factor causing decreased ADM and CGRP level; The decrease of ADM and CGRP level will influence the cardiac endocrine function,so CO2 pneumoperitoneum operation should be taken seri-ously when the patients have heart disease and cryptorrhea.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2001;13(1):70-73
Objective To find out the present situation of complementary feeding, breast-feeding and children nutrition, and further explore the relationship between them. Methods Random sampling was adopted and 7302pairs of mothers and their children under 36 months were investigated by means of questionnaires. Results Breastfeeding rate was 96.8% ,but exclusive breast-feeding rate was only 37.6% . Breast-feeding rate over 12 months was 34.7% ,breast-feeding rate over 24 months was only 15.8%. Timely sucking rate was 8.4% ,19.2% of children had too early complementary feeding, 26.8% had too late, and 43. 1% had appropriate feeding . To the children over 6months, the feeding rates of meat and eggs per week were 36. 3% and 49. 3 % , respectively. The stunting-rate was 24.0%, underweight-rate 22. 1 % ,and wasting-rate 8. 9 %. The incidence rate of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) was 23.3 %. Multivariable analysis showed that growth of children was associated with diet diversity, intake frequency of eggs and meat, too early complementary feeding, prolonged breast-feeding and diarrhea, etc. Conclusion In rural areas of western China ,breast-feeding has been fundamentally popularized ,however ,the unfit complementary feeding and malnutrition of children under 36 months are common and serious ,important complementary feeding recommendations and good hygiene condition are strongly needed.
