2.Effect of sodium ozagrel combined with cobamamide and pancreatic kininogenase on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(6):575-577
Objective To observe curative effect of sodium ozagrel combined with cobamamide and pancreatic kininogenase in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DNP). Methods Seventy-two diabetes patients with DNP in our hospital from September, 2008 to September, 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients were treated with cobamamide by intramuscular injection and pancreatic kininogenase taken orally. In the observation group sodium ozagrel injection were added to the treatment used in the control group. Results After one course of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 91. 7% (31/36),which was better than the control group (63. 9% ,23/36) (x =7. 6, P<0. 05). Motor nerve conduction velocity of median nerve before and after treatment was (42.9 ± 1.9)m/s and(45. 9 ± 3. 0) m/s in the observation group, and (42. 2 ± 1. 7) m/s and (43. 1 ± 2. 1) m/s in the control group. Motor nerve conduction velocity of peroneal nerve before and after treatment was (34. 9 ± 3. 9) m/s and (46. 1 ±3.0)m/s in the observation group, ,and (35. 6 ±3.4)m/s and(36. 8 ±2. 5)m/s in the control group;Sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve was (41.2 ±3.2) m/s and (48. 5 ±4.0) m/s in the observation group, and (41. 5 ±3. 8)m/s and(42.4 ±3. 6) m/s in the control group, sensory nerve conduction velocity of peroneal nerve was(35.4 ±3. 4) m/s and(44. 8 ± 3. 2) m/s in the observation group, and (35. 9 ± 4.4) m/s and(37. 6 ± 3. 3) m/s in the control group. The difference of nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment in the observation group reached the statistical significance(P<0. 05), whereas not significant in the control group (P > 0. 05). After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity in the observation group significant better than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatments of sodium ozagrel combined with cobamamide and pancreatic kininogenase in diabetic peripheral neuropathy is safe and effective.
3.An Improved Silver Staining Method
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
A new modification of Merril's silver staining of proteins in sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gels is introduced. The use of a prolonged period step after fixation and adjusting of oxidant incubation time considerably decrease the background, therefore increase the sensitivity. The detection limit is fivefold lower than original method.
4.My viewpoints on strategies of international dissemination and development Of traditional Chinese medical culture
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(3):215-216
The development of the international spread of Chinese medicine facing the serious challenge of the global competition with the tentacles of Chinese medica;communication in the world are spreading even wider. How to make countermeasures.seize an opportunity and receive the challenge to improve international competitiveness effectively and promote sound and rapid development of the internationalization of Chinese medicine have become the focus of common attention. In this paper,I'll discuss some problems in the development of the international communication of the culture of Chinese medicine such as the main task and the principles.
5.Effects of ganglioside GM3 on proliferation and cell cycle of multiple myeloma cell line U266
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(8):457-460
Objective To observe the effect of ganglioside GM3 on the proliferation and cell cycle of multiple myeloma (MM) cell line U266. Methods The experimental groups were treated with 20, 40, 80, 160μmol/L GM3, while the control group was not given GM3. The growth inhibition effect of GM3 on U266 cells after 48 hours were measured by using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method. The cell cycle was tested by flow cytometry with PI labeling. Results The results indicated that the GM3 displayed anti-proliferative effects on U266 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The cell inhibition rates were (13±4) %, (26± 4) %, (47 ±6) %, (55 ±10) % in different dose of GM3 (20, 40, 80, 160 μmol/L), respectively. There was a difference between the experimental group and the control group (F= 93.063, P< 0.05). At the same time, the cell cycle analysis results showed that the U266 cell ratio in S phase was increased from (22.6 ±3.7) % to (71.5±3.8) %(P<0.01) and in G2/M phase was decreased from (42.6±2.5) %to (0.8±0.6) %(P<0.05) while in G0/G1 phase was not significantly changed. Conclusion GM3 can inhibit the proliferation of MM cell line U266 by blocking them in the S phase.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate varied electromyographic types in the patients with hemimasticatory spasm(HMS).Methods:Surface electromyography was recorded to study electromyographic features of 16 cases with HMS.Results:Spasm was found in mandibular rest position in 2 cases and in tooth contact position in 14 cases.During the involuntary spasm of the 14 cases, motor unit potential could be classified into three types:continuous(8 cases), rhythmic(3 cases) and irregular(3 cases). Conclusion:The electromyographic feature of hemimasticatory spasm is characterized by continuous motor unit potential discharge. The spasm is mostly triggered by tooth contact.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(33):2636-2640
Peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) has become internationally widespread in various healthcare settings (hospital, clinics ,homecare, et al), mainly used for administration of chemotherapy drugs, hypertonic parenteral nutrition solution and infusion therapy in two extreme age patients (neonates, especially in premature infants;elderly), which provides necessary vascular access for medium to longer term transfusion therapy. The risks of complications related with PICC are still existed, and PICC site with impaired skin integrity is prevalent, but described by only paucity of literature. International evidence-based guidelines provide little strategy. Our study was to review PICC site with skin injury in order to better understand the etiology, evolution and familiar with the international nursing dynamics, and identify directions for future research in this field, promote to overcome the nursing conundrum, and provide a basis for construction of guidelines for the skin management of PICC.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 2017;25(4):206-209
Objective To evaluate the NuMED covered CP stent for the treatment of adult aortic coarctation. Methods 6 patients with coarctation of the aorta received covered CP stent implantation. There were 4 males and 2 females cases with mean age of (20.13±5.16) years old.The size of the covered CP stents and balloons were determined by preoperative aortic CTA assessment.Stent implantation was per formed through femoral approach and the puncture site was sealed by vascular closure device after the operation. Results All the NuMED covered CP stents were implanted successfully. The pressure gradient dropped from (59.32±15.78) mmHg to (10.83±3.66) mmHg (P<0.001) after stenting. The diameter of the coarcation at the narrowest point increased from preoperative (5.1±1.2) mm to (19.7±2.4) mm after stenting (P<0.001).In 2 cases with PDA, the shunting disappeared spontaneously after operation with normalized of lower limb blood pressure. All the patients were followed up clinically for 12-36 months and all of them reported improvement in clinical symptoms post operation.Follow up Doppler echo or aorta CTA examinations at 3 months showed no restenosis. No mortality recorded during follow up.Conclusions NuMED covered CP stent for the treatment of aortic coarctation in adults showed satispactony short term outcome. Its long term outcome still requires further in vestigation.
