Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of LiQiDingChuan pill combined with Dexamethasone on the treatment of patients with acute asthma.Methods 93 patients with acute asthma from July 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(46 cases).The control group were received dexamethasone, and the observation group were given LiQiDingChuan pill combined with Dexamethasone.The main symptoms disappeared time, forced expiratory volume in 1 second, peak expiratory flow rate value, hs-CRP, TNF-α and clinical efficacy were recorded and analyzed.Results ①After treatment, wheezing cough, chest tightness and wheezing disappeared time were(4.71±0.59)d,(2.85±0.49)d,(4.93±0.70)d in the observation group, which were shorter than(7.76±1.02)d,(5.16±0.74)d,(8.67±1.12)d in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).② After treatment, FEV1 and PEF levels were(65.69±3.74)V/L,(218.92±16.09)L/s, which were better than(57.45±3.62)V/L,(176.34±15.14)L/s in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).③ After treatment, hs-CRP and TNF-α levels were(6.76±0.78)mg/L,(7.99±1.87)pg/mL, which were better than(6.76±0.78)mg/L,(7.99±1.87)pg/Ml in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).④The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.49%, which was significantly higher than 71.74% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liqidingchuan pills combined with dexamethasone treatment has a good therapeutic effect on acute phase of asthma, which can reduce asthma related symptoms, reduce the inflammation level in the patients, optimize the forced expiratory volume in 1 second and peak expiratory flow rate.The combination is better than the single drug.

Objective To prepare monoclonal antibodies against human leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor subfamilyB2(LILRB2) by hybridoma technique and preliminarily identify their activity in vitro, so as to provide a new strategy for targeting“cold”tumor therapy.MethodsThe extracellular region of human LILRB2 protein was expressed, purified by affinity chro-matography, and then used to immunize BALB/c mice to prepare anti-LILRB2 monoclonal antibodies with high specificityand affinity. The variable regions of light chain and heavy chain of mouse monoclonal antibodies were inserted into an expres-sion vector containing human constant regions by DNA recombination technique to produce chimeric antibodies, and theactivity in vitro was identified by ELISA, flow cytometry and bio-layer interferometry(BLI).ResultsSeven anti-LILRB2monoclonal antibodies with high purity were successfully prepared by hybridoma technique, all of which could recognizeLILRB2 protein with high specificity. Among them, 11C6-8, 43H7-2 and 53A6-11 had superior performance, with the EC_(50)values of 0. 272 3, 0. 431 8 and 0. 344 0 μg/mL, respectively. The chimeric antibodies obtained by humanized modificationexhibited higher binding ability to LILRB2 and effectively blocked the binding of LILRB2 to its ligand, human leukocyteantigen-G(HLA-G), among which the IC_(50)values of 11C6-8 and 53A6-11 were 0. 429 2 and 0. 283 6 μg/mL.ConclusionThe specific monoclonal antibodies against LILRB2 were successfully prepared, and expected to be developed into new anti-tumor immune antibody drugs, which provides a new idea for the development of therapy strategy targeting tumors.

Objective:To investigate the rationality of prophylactic antibiotics application during perioperative period in the pa-tients with type Ⅱ incision operation in gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital after the intervention. Methods:Totally 274 medical records of obstetrics and gynecology patients with typeⅡincision operation in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2013 were collect-ed as the control group, another 321 medical records of obstetrics and gynecology patients with typeⅡincision operation in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2014 were collected as the intervention group. The rationality of prophylactic antibiotics application before and after the intervention was compared. Results:Compared with those in the control group, the average administration time, the hos-pitalization time and the cost of antimicrobial agents were significantly decreased in the intervention group (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions and operation incision infection between the two groups was not significant difference (P>0. 05). Compared with those in the control group, the incidence of irrational choice of antibacterial drugs, the combined use without indication, irrational medication time,over-time use, inappropriate use and improper choice of solvents in the intervention group was significantly reduced ( P<0. 05). Conclusion:After the intervention, the rationality of prophylactic antibiotics application during perioperative period in the patients with type Ⅱ incision operation in gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital is improved significantly.

Objective To observe the clinical contraeeption effects of GyneFix IN IUD,MCu IUD and TCu220C IUD.Methods From January 2005 to December 2006,comparative study was carried out by randomly applying 3 different types of IUDs(GyneFix IN,MCu and TCu220C IUD) for 300 healthy women.Follow-up survey was taken after 1,3,6,and 12 months.Results The pregnancy rates with IUD among 3 types of IUDs showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The expulsion rates of GyneFix IN IUD and MCu IUD were lower than that of TCu220C IUD(P<0.01).The removal rate of GyneFix IN IUD and MCu IUD were lower than that of TCu220C IUD(P<0.05).The 12 months cumulative continuation rates of GyneFix IN IUD and MCu IUD were higher than that of TCu220C IUD(P<0.01).Conclusions GyneFix IN IUD and MCu IUD can be recommended for clinical use based upon the advantages of lower pregnancy rate,lower removsl rate because of side-effect and higher cumulative continuation rate.Proper IUD should be selected depending on individuals,in order to increase the contraception effects and decrease the side-effects.

Objective To discuss the effect of community nursing intervention on medication compliance and control rates of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Community nursing intervention was conducted to 73 community patients with essential hypertension. The patients' medication compliance was compared before and after intervention and their control of blood pressure was also observed. Results The difference was statistically significant in the comparison of patients' knowledge of antihypertension and the proper use of antihypertensive drugs before and after intervention. Blood pressure control rate was 80.82%.Conclusions Community nursing intervention can improve patients' medication compliance and effectively control the blood pressure of the patients.
