Methods:The cells in marrow as the precurosor of the dendritic cells were taken from mouse in bioclean condition. Then the iDC were induced by the precurosor of DCs with GM-CSF and IL-4 in medium. Objective To detect the serum level of interleukin (IL)-1 1, lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), and explore the related factors in the pathogenesis of ITP. Methods The serum level of IL-11, lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and flow cytometry in 50 ITP patients (ITP group) and 30 controls (control group). Results The platelet in ITP group [ (30.21 ± 19.40) ×109/L] was lower than that in control group [ (207.21 ± 31.55 ) × 109/L] obviously (P ＜ 0.05 ); the serum level of IL-11 in ITP group [(255.72 ± 163.43) ng/L] was significantly higher than that in control group [ (40.60 ± 5.57 ) ng/L ] (P ＜ 0.05 ). The correlation analysis indicated that the blood serum levels of IL- 11 had negative relationship with the platelet (r = -0.557 ,P ＜ 0.05). The percentage of CD3+ and CD4+ T lymphocyte percentage, CD4+/CD8+ in ITP group were lower and the percentage of CD8+ T lymphocyte was higher than those in control group obviously (P ＜ 0.05 ). The percentage of CD3- CD(16+56) +NK cell in ITP group was lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion IL-11, lymphocyte subgroup and NK cell change correlate with ITP morbidity closely, and the IL-11 level and the platelet possibly have the negative feedback control action.

Objective To analyze the clinical feature and diagnostic methods of patients with ischemic colitis(IC) for improving the recognition and the efficacy of therapeutic treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 30 cases of IC,including the medical history,clinical symptomatology,endoscopic appearance, histopa-thology,treatment and prognosis. Results IC occurred most of frequently in mid-aged and elders,the male-female ra-tio was 1:2.3,83.3% of the patients were over 60 years old, and most them had underlying disease. The most com-mon presenting features were sudden abdominal pain and bloody stools. Endoscopic lesions located mainly in left co-lon. Mucosal edema,erosin and submucosal bleeding were common pathological feature. Vasodilator drugs and compre-hensive medical therapy had good effects. The average duration for healing or improving was 10 days. Conclusions IC should be suspected in all elder patients with sudden abdominal pain and bloody stools. Colonoscopy is helpful for diagnosis. The prognosis is good in most cases and with rapid recovery.

Objective evaluate the mechanism that bacteria growing in biofilm always resist to antimicrobial agents,and to provide the theoretical basis for selecting antimicrobial agents in clinic.Methods Model of klebsiella pneumoniae bacterial biofilm were built up with the modified flat-board method and identified with the method staining with AgNO3 and confocal scanning laser microscopy.We used imipenem to induce the ESBLs production of BF bacteria.ESBLs production was performed by the standard disk diffusion method.Results The isolation rate of ESBLs producting strains in klebsiella planktonically planktonically were 20.0%(8/40).The isolation rate of ESBLs producting strains in klebsiella biofilm were 42.5%(17/40).The isolation rate of ESBLs producting strains in klebsiella biofilm being induced by imipenem were 65.0%(26/40).The isolation rate of group A and group B,groupB and group C was different from each other significantly with the statistic method of ?2-test.Conclusion One of the main reasons that klebsiella and escherichia coli resist to antibiotics is the synergetic effect of BF and ESBLs.

Objective: To evaluate the mechanical properties of Rene95 alloy component made by laser engineered net shaping (LENS). Methods: The component was fabricated from Rene95 alloy powder by LENS, then the mechanical properties of the component, Rene95 alloy casting and dental Ni-Cr alloy casting were studied. Results: The tensile strength(MPa), yield strength(MPa), elongations(%) and the microhardness(Hv) of Rene 95 alloy component made by LENS were 1 354.27?63.44, 1 175.29?34.32, 16.53?5.85, and 464.33?10.95, those of Rene95 alloy casting 1 430.28?55.73, 1 145.52?29.78, 10.31?4.25 and 457.56? 11.38, those of dental Ni-Cr alloy casting 612.05?18.46, 426.06?12.70, 6.21?1.21 and 260.14? 6.08, respectively.Conclusion: The mechanical properties of Rene95 alloy component made by LENS were same as those of Rene95 alloy casting, better than dental Ni-Cr alloy casting.

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of transperineal ultrasound in women in late pregnancy with stress urinary inconti?nence. Method Totally 66 cases of women in late pregnancy were selected,who did not suffer from SUI(groupⅠ),and 54 cases of women in late pregnancy who suffered from SUI(groupⅡ). Another 63 cases of healthy childless women were used as normal control(groupⅢ). Transperineal ultrasound was used to dynamically observe their pelvic floor structure,and the ultrasonic parameters were recorded and analyzed,including the posi?tion of bladder neck in X axis and Y axis((Djx,Dzx,Djy,Dzy)during resting period and tension period,the vesicourethral angle(αj,αz),the Bladder angle(βj,βz). The moving of the bladder neck in X axis(ΔDx=Dzx-Djx)and Y axis(ΔDy=Dzy-Djy),as well as the bladder rotation an?gle(Δβ=βz-βj)were calculated and the movement of the bladder neck(ΔD)was measured,followed by comparative analysis. The threshold val?ues of all ultrasonic parameters were determined by the ROC curve analysis. Results The bladder neck of all three groups were backward during tension period. Compared with groupⅢ,ΔDy,Djx,Dzx obviously decreased in groupⅠand groupⅡ,whileβj,βz,αj increased significantly.ΔDx of groupⅡwas significantly larger than that of groupⅢ(P<0.05);There was significant difference in Djy,Dzy,ΔD,Δβandαz among the three groups(P<0.05);In ROC curve analysis,when the critical value of Djy,Dzy,ΔDy,ΔD,αz andΔβwas-1.75 cm,-1.71 cm,0.25 cm,0.29 cm,131.5° and 3.5° ,their sensitivity was 88.9%,88.9%,72.2%,83.3%,88.9%and 72.2%,and the specificity was 72.2%,81.8%,72.7%, 95.5%,86.3%and 68.2%,respectively. Conclusions The transperineal ultrasound could clearly show the pelvic floor of the women in late preg?nancy,the bladder urethral support structure damage or defect was more serious in the women in late pregnancy who were suffering from SUI,and the determination of the critical values of all ultrasonic parameters helped the screening of SUI in women in late pregnancy.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH).Method Totally 120 LIDH patients were randomized into a treatment group, control group 1, and control group 2, 40 cases in each group. Control group 2 was intervened by dehydration therapy; the treatment group was by acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor in addition to the intervention given to control group 2; control group 1 was by muscular injection of Trivitamin B in addition to the intervention given to control group 2. The common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve conduction velocities and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacies were compared among the three groups.Result The recovery and markedly effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group, versus 92.5% in control group 1 and 85.0% in control group 2, and the rate in the treatment group was significantly different from that in control group 1 and 2 (P<0.05). Respectively 14 d and a month after intervention, the VAS scores were significantly different from that before treatment in the three groups (P<0.05). Respectively 14 d and 1 month after the intervention, the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in control group 1 and 2 (P<0.05). The common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve conduction velocities a month after the intervention were significantly different from that before the intervention in the three groups (P<0.05). A month after the intervention, the posterior tibial nerve and peroneal nerve conduction velocities in the treatment group were significantly different from that in control group 1 and 2 (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor is an effective way in treating LIDH.

In this paper,we analyze the current situation of the national standardization on acupuncture needles and related patents.Through analyzing the international research focus on the acupuncture needle patents,we give some strategic suggestions on the intellectual property protection of acupuncture needles and traditional Chinese medicine.
