0.05), hinted that the tenocyte's function was not disturbed. The DNA index of cells of TDBM group was 0.96, 10.1% higher than the control group, indicating that the tenocytes grow and proliferate faster when being combine cultured on TDBM. Non malproliferation of tenocytes were founded, and lots of collagen formed among TDBM fibers within 2 months in vitro culture. Conclusion TDBM show good biocompatibility combined with tenocytes because of more similarity of surface and component with tendon. It could be promising extracellular matrix scaffold for cell transplantation in tendon tissue engineering.

[Objective]To study the stability function of Luschka Joint(LJ) of lower cervical spine.[Method]C_(3、4) and C_(5、6) as a funtional spinal unit(FSU) were taken from 16 fresh adult cadavers and randomly divided into experimental group, its LJ was cut out and in control group,LJ was maintained. The FSU of C_(3、4) and C_(5、6)was loaded and tested on the AG-10 AT automatic electronic versatile machine in normal, flexion ≤10? and extension ≤7.5? positions.Data of sigattal horizontal displacement(SHD),rotational angulation(RA) and coronary laterral displacement(CLD) were collected, counted and 3-dimesionally analyzed by computer.[Result]The SHD,RA and CLD of FSU experimental group were significantly different with that of control group(P

Objective The histological features of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection with persistently normal serum transaminases has not been will studied. The aim of this study was to investigate clinical significance of liver biopsy for these patients. Methods A total of 452 HBsAg positive patients and clinical course of more than six months undergone percutaneous liver biopsy. All liver biopsy specimens were assessed by experienced liver pathologists blinded to the liver biochemistry and scored according to standard criteria. Results None of patients had normal liver pathology. Patients with elevated serum transaminases had significant higher degree of hepatic necrosis inflammation grade (G) and fibrosis stage (S) compared with pateitns with normal transaminase ( P

Objective To investigate the changes of uveoscleral pathway by an I1 receptor agonist, moxonidine, and with pretreatment of antagonists topical administration, and to study the mechanism that moxonidine improves uveoscleral outflow. Methods Moxonidine was administered unilaterally and topically to rabbits and with pretreatment of the antagonists, namely, prazosin, yohimbine and efaroxan.FITC-BSA,a tracer agent, was injected into the anterior chamber after moxonidine treatment or with pretreatment of the antagonists.Frozen sections were undertaken at different time points between 2 to 10 h.Fluorescence intensity was observed in the sites of uveoscleral pathway in the sections by fluorescence microscopy. Results Bilateral fluorescence intensity treated with moxonidine was more intense than that with placebo, and the most intense regions of fluorescence were ciliary body and superchoroidal space.Fluorescence intensity by prazosin pretreatment was not significantly different compared to that by moxonidine, while yohimbine and efaroxan pretreatment decreased the intensity compared with moxonidine(P

Salvia miltiorrhiza is a traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases .Recently, increasing evidence demonstrates that the water-soluble compounds isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza, including tanshinol and salvianolic acid B, exert a regulatory influence on bone metabolism .The under-lying mechanism of these compounds involves various pathways , such as Wnt/β-catenin, ERK, BMP, OPG/RANKL/RANK and FoxO mediated oxidative stress pathway .This paper reviews pre-vious effects and mechanism of polyphenolic acids in Salvia milt-iorrhiza , which may provide the base for the research and devel-opment of the new agents to treat osteoporosis .

In order to train the clinical ophthalmic seven-year students to further comprehend their professional knowledge and further stimulate their imagination and creation ability, we developed several steps to promote these students' patent designing ability. These steps include: trained targets selection, theoretical knowledge training, clinical practice training, comprehensive quality control, et al. In the implementation of the concrete steps, we put emphasis on the elements such as step by step training, the high quality computer assisted mapping and the internationally compatible contents, et al., and encouraged the students to propose the assumption of solving the problems in the clinical and sci-entific research. And the stimulation mechanism and medical humanity were infiltrated all the while.

Clinical Medicine of China 2016;32(9):815-819
Objective To investigate the associated risk factors of postoperative complications after rad?ical resecting of colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 237 patients with colorectal cancer performed radical resection in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2011 to Decem?ber 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. The incidence of postoperative complications was analyzed, and the relat?ed factors were analyzed by single factor and multi factor correlation analysis. Results The postoperative com?plications occurred in 114 cases of 237 patients( 48. 1%) . Univariate analysis showed that the age more than 70 years old, preoperative comorbidity, intraoperative blood loss, surgeon’ s experience, combined evisceration or en?larged evisceration were related to postoperative complications ( P = 0. 033, 0. 014, 0. 045, 0. 028, 0. 040 ) . Compared with the patients without complications, the postoperative anal exhaust time, length of stay was longer of the patients with complications((3. 7±1. 6) d vs. (3. 2±1. 4) d,P=0. 035;(21. 3±6. 5) d vs. (12. 1 ±2. 4) d,P=0. 001). Logistic regression analysis showed that depth of tumor invasion(P=0. 001),preoperative comorbidity including NRS>3 points (χ2 =8. 903, P=0. 003 ) , anemia and hypoproteinemia (χ2 =3. 494, P=0. 048) ,hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(χ2=5. 418,P=0. 026) ,not complete intesti?nal obstruction(χ2=8. 376,P=0. 003),mild and severe ventilation dysfunction(χ2=6. 331,P=0. 011) and WBC<3. 9×109(χ2=4. 256,P=0. 041) were closely related to the occurrence of complications. The rate of post?operative complication of laparoscopic group and open group had no significant difference( 44. 4%( 64/144) vs. 47. 3%(44/93),P>0. 05) . Conclusion Age>70 years old, preoperative comorbidity, intraoperative blood loss, surgeon`s experience, combined evisceration or enlarged evisceration are main risk factors for patients per?formed colorectal cancer radical resection, but laparoscopy?assisted radical resection is not the risk factor.
