BACKGROUND:How to preserve the fertility and ovarian function in patients with procreation needs has important significance and broad application prospects. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the recent studies about ovarian tissue cryopreservation, preservation and evaluation methods, and to explore the best solution for ovarian tissue freezing. METHODS:An online computer-based retrieval of PubMed database and Wanfang database between January 1994 and January 2014 was performed by the first author. The key words were ovarian tissue, ovarian tissue cryopreservation, freezing factors in English and Chinese. Final y 59 literatures on the ovarian tissue cryopreservation technique, influencing factor of cryopreservation, resuscitation, and human ovarian tissue transplantation were included. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Currently, laboratory methods of ovarian tissue cryopreservation are divided into slow-rate freezing, ultra-rapid cooling and vitrification technology. The freezing effect may vary in different patients, tissue sections, cryoprotectants species, penetration time and frozen carrier. After the recovery, the histological morphology of granulosa cells and fol icles was observed. The fol icles were counted to evaluate ovarian tissue. Freeze-thaw effects were evaluated by observing the changes of subcellular structures. The apoptotic signals were also detected. Immunohistochemical analysis was applied to detect the proliferation after recovery and apoptosis-related information. Variation in the in vitro culture reflected endocrine levels. Genetic level detection was also performed. In recent years, frozen ovarian tissue is clinical y applied for the transplantation, to restore reproductive endocrine function of the patients, or get mature germ cells, thereby preserving female fertility. However, there are stil some questions about cryopreservation of ovarian tissue, which need further study.

China Pharmacy 2015;(22):3159-3161
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the problems about the prescription review by the monitoring system for rational drug use (PASS 1.6.1.7) and discuss the countermeasures. METHODS:A retrospective method was adopted. A total of 4 942 prescriptions of our hospital in the first quarter of 2015 were selected at random, and reviewed by PASS and the pharmacist respectively. The re-view results were analyzed, and then countermeasures were put forward for the problems found to exist in the software review. RE-SULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The conformity rates of prescriptions which had been determined as acceptable through PASS review and pharmacist review were 81.20% and 97.40% respectively. PASS misjudged 929 (18.80%) rational prescriptions as irrational ones, mainly concerning administration and dosage, simultaneous existence of Western medicine and Chinese patent medicine on one prescription, repeated drug use and use with caution, etc. PASS misjudged 122(2.47%)irrational prescriptions as rational pre-scriptions,mainly concerning administration and dosage, inconformity between diagnosis and drug use, etc. The above-said prob-lem was attributed to imperfect hospital management and insufficient software intelligence. It is suggested that the hospital should strengthen the data maintenance and management of information system and PASS developer should improve software rules to in-crease the accuracy rate of prescription review.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(11):1577-1583
BACKGROUND:Studies have found that sodium arsenite can cause the malignant transformation and tumorigenicity of HaCaT cels, but whether low concentrations of sodium arsenite can cause the malignant transformation is rarely reported.
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of sodium arsenite on the malignant transformation of human immortalized keratinocyte cel lines.
METHODS:HaCaT cels were treated with different concentrations of sodium arsenite. MTT assay was used to determine the effect of sodium arsenite on HaCaT cel morphology and proliferation, flow cytometry used to detect the effect of sodium arsenite on HaCaT cel cycle, and soft agar colony formation experiments assay used to determine the effect of sodium arsenite on HaCaT cel colony formation capacity.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: HaCaT cels grew wel when the concentration of sodium arsenite was 5 mol/L, but the cel growth was inhibited under intervention with 10 and 50 mol/L sodium arsenite. HaCaT cels treated with 0.1 mol/L sodium arsenite were passaged to the 20th generation, and cel morphology had no notable changes; cels at passage 25 exhibited enlarged size and multiple nucleoli, which had a continued proliferation trend. Compared with the primarily cultured cels, 0.1 mol/L sodium arsenite-treated HaCaT cels at passages 15 and 25 had an increased proportion at S phase and G2/M phase, with strengthened proliferation ability and increased colony-forming efficiency, and moreover, the proliferation ability and colony-forming efficiency of passage 25 cels were higher than those of passage 15 cels. These experimental data show that high concentrations of sodium arsenite reduce HaCaT cel viability, and low concentrations of sodium sulfite have a certain influence on the morphology, cel cycle, proliferation ability and colony-forming efficiency of HaCaT cels, and moreover, the proliferation ability and colony-forming efficiency of human immortalized keratinocytes wil be strengthened with the increase of passage.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
AIM To study the effects of ?-opioid receptor activation on the cardiac hypertrophy, cultured cardiomyocytes were to used study the inhibitory effects of U58,488H on cellular volume and norepinephrine(NE)-induced hypertrophy in the presence or absence of norbinaltorphimine(nor-BNI). METHODS The protein content was assayed with Lowry's method. The cardiomyocytes'volumes was measured by an eyepiece graticule of inverted microscope. The contracting frequency of cultured myocytes was counted by the inverted microscope. RESULTS A ?-opioid receptor agonist U50,488H at (0.1~10 ?mol?L -1 ) inhibited the protein content of cultured myocardial cells in normal serum medium in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effects of U50,488H were completely blocked by pretreatment with nor-BNI, a specific ?-opioid receptor antagonist at 1 ?mol?L -1 . U50,488H (0.1~10 ?mol?L -1 ) also inhibited NE-induced cellular hypertrophy in low serum medium, which also were abolished by nor-BNI(1 ?mol?L -1 ). CONCLUSIONS U50,488H inhibited NE-induced hypertrophy. The inhibitory effects of U50,488H are involved in mediating the action of NE-induced cardiac hypertrophy.

China Pharmacy 2015;(23):3195-3196,3197
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the rational use of haemocoagulase hemostatic drugs in the clinic by under-standing the perioperative utilization. METHODS:In retrospective study,1 200 discharge records of perioperative prophylactic ap-plication of haemocoagulase hemostatic drugs were collected randomly during Jan.-Dec. 2014.,and then analyzed statistically in re-spects of consumption sum and amount, application, irrational drug use, etc. The cost of hemocoagulase accounted for 7.39% of total drug cost, among which Haemocoagulase agkistrodon for injection had the highest consumption amount and sum, with utiliza-tion ratio of 51.44%. Average medication time of hemocoagulase during perioperative period was 2.36d;maximal average cost of hemocoagulase was 684.52 yuan in ENT and head and neck surgery department/ stomatology department;ENT and head and neck surgery department/ stomatology department, urinary surgery department had long average medication time, being 3.85d and 3.50d. RESULTS:Only 39.42% haemocoagulase hemostatic drugs were reasonably used during perioperative period. The unreasonable manifestation included:improper medication time(52.15%), too long medication course after operation(35.75%),wrong usage (5.61%)and replacing various haemocoagulase hemostatic drugs without reason(5.06%). CONCLUSIONS:The striking phenome-non of irrational use of haemocoagulase hemostatic drugs during perioperative period is severely worrying,so we need to strength-en the standard management and pharmaceutical supervision and intervention by clinical pharmacists.
