Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hypertension in Chifeng. Methods 6 015 subjects aged over 15 years old were selected with stratified randomized sampling. The history of hypertension and social-economic status were investigated by face-to-face interview and blood pressure, body height, body weight and waistline were measured at the same time. Results The prevalence of hypertension in Chifeng was 28.5%.The age-adjusted prevalence was 19.09%.Thereinto,the prevalence of hypertension in urban area, rural area, pasturing area were 23.15%,19.85%,32.03%,respectively.The Hypertension prevalence in male was increased with age.The prevalence in male was higher than in female among people who lived in urban and pasturing area(P0.05).The prevalence were higher in illiterate person and semiliterate than people in other educational level(P

Objective To explore the distribution and development characters of the accidental injury and death in urban residents in Chifeng city.Method The data came from the annals of death caused by illness or injury and of the demography of the residents from Hongshan district of the Chifeng city(urban area),Ningcheng county(rural area) and Balin You Banner(pasturing area) during 2001-2003.The causes of the death were classified with ICD-9.Results The mortality of the accidental injury during 2001-2003 were 14.17/100 000 in urban area,48.13/100 000 in rural area and 38.02/100 000 in pasturing area, respectively;and which accounted for 5.63%,10.42% and 9.83% of the total deaths, respectively. The death caused by accidental injury ranked the top 5th in urban and rural areas, and the 4th in pasturing area. The main cause for the potential life losing was traffic accidents of the motor vehicles for men and suicides for women. The mortality of the accidental injury in urban and rural residents of over 20 s yrs was higher, and it was higher in male that in female. Conclusion The main causes for the death of the residents in Chifeng city were traffic accidents, suicides and accidental poisoning. It is necessary to adopt correspond measures and make prevention for it according to the epidemic and different ages and sex characters.

Objective To investigate the influence of mindfulness exercises on sleep quality for patients with chronic kidney disease , and to provide clinical basis for improving the sleep quality of the patients . Methods Totals of 60 patients with chronic kidney disease were selected from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital , and randomly divided them into the research group and the control group , with 30 cases in each . The two groups of patients were given routine nursing care , besides the research group was given mindfulness exercises on the basis of conventional nursing , including body scanning technology , walking, breathing exercise awareness and awareness to eat raisins practice , etc.Patients’ sleep quality was evaluated by PSQI scale before and after 2 months treatment and the results obtained by the statistical analysis were compared .Results Before the intervention, the scores of each factor and total score had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of sleep time, sleep quality, time to fall asleep, sleep efficiency, daytime function and the total score of the research group were (1.31 ±0.32),(0.78 ±0.35),(1.09 ±0.35), (1.15 ±0.31), (0.53 ±0.17) and (6.68 ±0.62), which were significantly lower than those of control group (t=3.130, 3.921, 3.843, 3.114, 2.996, 8.564, respectively;P <0.01).Conclusions Mindfulness exercise can remarkably improve the sleep quality of patients with chronic kidney disease .

Objective: To describe the clinical characteristics with long-term prognosis in patients with mid-ventricular obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (MVOHCM).
Methods: A total of 66 MVOHCM patients treated in our hospital were retrospectively studied for their morbidity, clinical characteristics and mortality. The cumulative survival rate was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method; the risk factors for cardiac death and cardiovascular events were analyzed by uni- and multivariate Cox proportional hazard model.
Results: There were 66 (2.74%) patients suffering from MVOHCM among 2413 patients of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and the average diagnostic age was (40.16 ± 14.64) years. With (7.30 ± 6.25) years of follow-up study, the cardiovascular mortality was 13.6% and unexplained syncope (HR=13.37, 95% CI: 1.65-114.46, P=0.015) was the independent predictor for cardiovascular death. There were 45.45% (30/66) patients experienced at least 1 time of cardiovascular event and the most frequent one was non-sustained ventricular tachycardia (NSVT); 19.70% (13/66) of patients combined with apical aneurysms, and they were more inclined to experience NSVT.
Conclusion: MVOHCM patients usually have unfavorable prognosis with the higher incidence of cardiovascular events, some patients may develop apical aneurysm. The early diagnosis of MVOHCM is important for appropriate treatment.

The Genome Sequence Archive (GSA) is a data repository for archiving raw sequence data, which provides data storage and sharing services for worldwide scientific communities. Considering explosive data growth with diverse data types, here we present the GSA family by expanding into a set of resources for raw data archive with different purposes, namely, GSA (https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gsa/), GSA for Human (GSA-Human, https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gsa-human/), and Open Archive for Miscellaneous Data (OMIX, https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/omix/). Compared with the 2017 version, GSA has been significantly updated in data model, online functionalities, and web interfaces. GSA-Human, as a new partner of GSA, is a data repository specialized in human genetics-related data with controlled access and security. OMIX, as a critical complement to the two resources mentioned above, is an open archive for miscellaneous data. Together, all these resources form a family of resources dedicated to archiving explosive data with diverse types, accepting data submissions from all over the world, and providing free open access to all publicly available data in support of worldwide research activities.
