1.Development of Investigative Study According to Cycles of Self-regulated Learning
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
There exists different view in the goal of investigative study.Based on the self-fulfilling cycles of self-regulated learning, the author of the article puts forward that developing the ability of self-regulated learning by doing investigative study according to each phase characteristic of self-regulated learning is one of the important goals of investigative study.
2.The Factors Influencing the Permeability of Blood-Brain Barrier After Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(12):-
The increase of blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability is a key link in causing the pathological changes in vasogenic brain edema and inflammatory reaction. In recent years, a number of studies have indicaded that a lot of mediators participated in the structural and functional changes and damage of BBB during the process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(06):-
ObjectiveTo study the characteristics of nonfunctioning parathyroid cysts (NFPTC) for its diagnosis and treatment. Methods 5 cases of NFPTC were hospitalized during 1985~1999. The clinical features, serum calcium evaluation ultrasonography and nuclide scanning were performed. Postoperative pathologic and immunihistochemistry detection in NFPTC were made.ResultsTumours in the 5 cases were removed by operation and diagnosis was verified by pathology. Tumors were all positive for chromogranin A (CgA),synaptophysin(Syn),and neuron specific enolase(NSE). Follow up found no recurrence. ConclusionsSurgical resection is most effective in treating NFPTC and diagnosis is made by pathologic examination.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(12):1137-1138
A case of pyogenic granuloma occurred in inferior turbinate was reported and the literatures were reviewed. A 32 years old male patient with left side progressive stuffy nose and repeated epistaxis. Nasal endoscopic examination showed a dark red neoplasm in left nasal cavity and blocked the anterior naris. Nasal cavity enhanced CT showed the neoplasm located in the front of left nasal cavity with marked enhancement. Bilateral sinuses were normal and there was no significant bone destruction. Nasal endoscopic surgery was performed under local anesthesia. Postoperative pathology report showed pyogenic granuloma (granulation tissue type of angioneoplasm).

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(6):1-3
Objective To observe the occurrence of vascular calcification in maintenance hemedialysis (MHD) patients. Method Sixty-nine MHD patients were enrolled in this study. Vascular calcification was evaluated by plain X-my films of chest, upper and lower extremites. Analyzed the relationship of vascular calcification and cardiovascular disease. Results Vascular calcification on X-ray films presented in 38 cases (55%). Of the 23 cases with calcification on arteries of extremites, 14 cases were found to have both intimal calcification and medial calcification. Patients with vascular calcification were older. Ischemic heart disease and cardiac failure appeared more frequently in the patients with vascular calcification. Conclusions Both intimal calcification and medial calcification are frequently found in the MHD patients. Vascular calcification is probablly associated with cardiovascular disease in MHD patients.

Objective To explore the information distribution of PM2.5 periodical paper both in English and Chinese in China. Methods Comprehensive analysis result was made based on the overall output of literature, academic attention trend, literature distribution and growth trend, authority institution and author ranking using high volume database, data mining, clustering analysis and visualization technology. Results There has been a rapid rise in the Chinese PM2.5 periodical paper in recent 5 years, with a sharp rise during the year 2011 to 2013 and the biggest rise in 2012.The periodicals that carry Chinese PM2.5 literature are mainly in the subjects of environment, health, resources.Researching organizations are mainly domestic famous comprehensive universities or research institutions.Core journal lists include those of China science and technology information institute,Peking University, and Chinese academy of science.Research terms mainly include PM2.5 air pollution, haze, particulate matter.Compared to the PM2.5 literature in Chinese, there has been slower development of literature in English in recent 5 years.Research organizations mainly include famous comprehensive universities or research institutions, and most of the literature are embodied in SCI,EI and Medline. Conclusions Some certain achievements have been made towards the PM2.5 research in China and the overall academic level of periodical paper is high, laying solid foundation for having a scientific knowledge of PM2.5 and taking countermeasure for haze.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(9):1370-1372
Objective To study the significance of Wnt5a gene expression in gastric carcinoma (GC). Methods The Wnt5a mRNA expressions in SGC7901 cell line and normal gastric mucosa GES-1 cell line were detected by RT-PCR. The Wnt5a protein expressions in 60 GC and 30 matched tumor-adjacent normal tissue samples were examined by immunohistochemistry using the streptavidin-peroxidase method.χ2 test was used to analyze Wnt5a expression on the clinical pathologic features of gastric carcinoma. Results Both Wnt5a mRNA and Wnt5a protein were significantly higher in SGC7901 cells than those in GES-1 cells. The positive rate of Wnt5a protein expression was also significantly higher in GC than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissue (P < 0.05). Positive expression of Wnt5a was associated with higher degree of regional lymph node metastasis and the later TNM stage (P < 0.05). Conclusion Higher expression of Wnt5a seems to promote invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and Wnt5a might play an oncogene-like role in the development of gastric carcinoma.

Objective To report successful nursing experience of cardiac arrest caused by amniotic fluid embolism. Methods 3 pregnant women with cardiac arrest caused by amniotic fluid embolism from January to August 2012 were successfully rescued, the nursing measures included observation of labor course, mechanical ventilation, rapid establishment of intravenous injection route,anti-shock and prevention of DIC and renal failure. Results 3 cases of pregnant women were given timely rescue and pulled through. All rehabilitated and were discharged. Conclusions Amniotic fluid embolism is the most serious, dramatic, and the most difficult to control complications in obstetric department.Prevention is the key for amniotic fluid embolism, once happened, medical workers should carry out rescue work calmly and implement effective interventions.

To study the initiatives and progress of African nations in promoting the development of traditional medicine to determine if these measures can be applied to the protection of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge. Information research methods were used to collect and analyze relevant literature. The development of African traditional medicine has been effectively promoted through various measures taken by African organizations and governments. In recent years, Africa has achieved remarkable results in promoting the development of traditional medicine. Many other countries will benefit from studying their examples and adopting similar measures.
