Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective In order to optimize patient's medical treatment processes, and to improve the working efficiency of health care professionals and the quality of medical services. Methods The design and application of the electronic prescription module were introduced, and its advantages and existing problems were discussed. Results The electronic prescription module were applied generally. Orthodox patient's medical treatment processes were changed and the prescription management was normalized. Conclusion The electronic prescription module is one of the core components of the workstation system for the out-patient physicians. It optimizes the patient's medical treatment processes and improves the efficiency and the quality of medical services.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1601-1603
Objective:To assess the clinical use of dezocine injection. Methods:The application of dezocine injection in the in-patients during December 2015 and November 2016 in a hospital was statistically analyzed and evaluated from indications, dosage, treatment course and combined drug use, etc. Results:A total of 12847 patients with the age range of 0-97 and the average age of (49 ± 15. 6) years old were treated with dezocine injection. The top three departments using dezocine injection were orthopaedics (12. 70%), hand surgery (10. 30%) and liver surgery (9. 39%). Totally 132 patients were with overdose(1. 03%), and mainly in cardiac surgery. The medication course of 1042 patients was more than one week(8. 11%), which was too long, while most of the pa-tients were with tumor. Conclusion:The clinical use of dezocine injection in the hospital is basically reasonable. However, clinicians still need more training to minimize the risks involved in the process of clinical medicine application.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(08):-
AIM: To investigate the role of phosphoinositide pathway in the formation of pressure-overload cardiac hypertrophy. METHODS: Cardiac hypertrophy was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats with coarctation of abdominal aorta, whole heart weight/body weight ratio was tested after 10 or 30 days of operation. Content of G?q/11 protein in left ventricle was detected by immunoblot analysis and concentration of IP 3 was measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: At 10 and 30 days, whole heart weight/body weight ratio of coarctation aorta (CA) group was higher than that of sham-operated (SO) rats ( P 0.05). At 10 days, the level of IP 3 significantly increased in left ventricle of CA rats compared with the control animals ( P

China Pharmacist 2014;(4):690-691
Objective:To introduce the application and practice of information technology in the pharmacy management of our hos-pital in order to provide reference for fine hospital management. Methods: The difficulties and application experience of information technology in the practice of hospital storeroom, pharmacy and medication management were summarized and analyzed. Results: The introduction of information and automation technology was beneficial to the improvement of work efficiency, prevention of medication er-rors, reduction of the incidence of clinical irrational drug use and improvement of patient treatment service quality. Conclusion:Imple-menting information-based pharmacy management is not only a new idea and method in hospital pharmacy development, but also the in-evitable tendency of the times.
6. Advances in the research of cold atmosphere plasma in the treatment of chronic wounds
Chinese Journal of Burns 2020;36(2):142-146
Chronic wounds are characterized by complex pathogenesis, long course of disease, and occur mostly in middle-aged and elderly people. As the population ages, chronic wounds have gradually become significant burden on the affected patients and the healthcare system. In the past decade, cold atmosphere plasma (CAP) was found to have the effects of resisting infection and promoting wound healing. By reviewing recent researches on the treatment of chronic wounds and biological effects of CAP at home and abroad, this article summarizes the research progress of CAP in the treatment of chronic wounds, aiming at providing a reference for the treatment of chronic wounds.

Chinese Journal of Hematology 2018;39(11):912-916
Objective:
To investigate the relationship between the erythrocyte membrane protein gene mutations and the clinical severity of hereditary spherocytosis (HS).
Methods:
Targeted sequencings were performed on 25 HS patients, correlation between HS mutations and patients’ clinical characteristics were evaluated.
Results:
A total of 25 HS patients were enrolled, including 13 males and 12 females with median age of 20 (4-55) years, including 9 compensatory hemolysis patients, 9 patients with mild anemia, 3 patients with moderate anemia and 4 patients with severe anemia. Of them, 18 patients (72%) harbored HS-related mutations, including ANK1 mutation in 6 cases, SLC4A1 mutation in 6 cases, SPTB mutation in 5 cases and 1 case with EPB41 mutation. Seven patients (28%) didn’t carry common HS mutations. SPTB and SLC4A1 mutations mainly affected male patients. There was no significant difference between the age of diagnosis (

Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2019;37(8):596-602
Objective:
To investigate the expression change, biological role and action mechanism of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) LINC00978 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Methods:
The expression levels of LINC00978 in tumor tissues and serum samples of NSCLC patients were detected by the qRT-PCR. The effects of knockdown and overexpression of LINC00978 on the biological function of A549 cells were determined by the CCK-8, colony formation, Transwell migration and invasion assays. The action mechanisms of LINC00978 in NSCLC were investigated by the flow cytometry, qRT-PCR and western blot, respectively.
Results:
The expression levels of LINC00978 in the tissues ( t =2.465, P <0.05) and serum samples ( t =8.781, P <0.01) of NSCLC patients increased. The knockdown of LINC00978 inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of A549 cells ( P <0.01) and induced cell cycle arrest at G1 phase and apoptosis of A549 cells ( P <0.01). The knockdown of LINC00978 downregulated the expression of Cyclin D1 and Bcl-2 , and upregulated the expression of Bax ( P <0.05). In addition, the knockdown of LINC00978 inhibited the expression of N-cadherin, Vimentin, Snail, Slug and Twist, and promoted the expression of E-cadherin ( P <0.05). The overexpression of LINC00978 had the opposite effect.
Conclusion
LINC00978 is highly expressed in NSCLC and can promote the occurrence and progression of NSCLC, which may serve as a potential target for the diagnosis and therapy of NSCLC.
