1.THE PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT OF HIGH PROTEIN DIET ON THE NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF PERITONEAL DIALYSIS PATIENTS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(05):-
Objective To observe the effect of adjusting high dietary profein intake on nutritional status of peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients. Method Thirty three PD patients whose daily protein intake (DPI) was over 1.2g/(kg? d) were included in study from July, 2005 to November, 2006. A recipe was given by a professional dietitian for every patient to reduce DPI meanwhile maintaining sufficient daily energy intake (DEI). DPI, DEI, serum albumin (ALB), lean body mass(LBM) and subjective global assessment(SGA) and the prevalence of hyperphosphatemia, hyperkalemia and metabolic acidosis were evaluated before and after 3 and 6 mo adjustment. Results At the end of observation, 28 patients were enrolled in the study. Their mean age was 61.37?12.25 yrs, 11 males and 17 females with dialysis period 8.8 mon (1~66 mo). DPI and DEI were significantly decreased during 6 mo (P=0.000). Nobody complained about gastrointestinal symptoms, and the quality and satisfaction of life during the study were not significantly different. Serum Alb at 3 rd month was higher than the start of study (36.22?2.79g/L vs 37.34?3.32 g/L,P

5.Analysis on Medication Principles of Formulas in Treating Insomnia from Spleen and Stomach Based on Literatures
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(7):51-53
Objective To discuss the medication principles of diagnosis and treatment for insomnia from spleen and stomach; To provide references for clinical treatment for insomnia. Methods Relevant articles about diagnosis and treatment forinsomnia from spleen and stomach were searched in CNKI and Wanfang Data through computers, the data were input into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supporting System (V2.5) and then association rules, apriori arithmetic, improved mutual information method, and complex system entropy cluster methods were used to analyze the medication principles of diagnosis and treatment for insomnia from spleen and stomach. Results Through screening, totally 87 prescriptions were included, involving 165 herbal medicine. Data mining results showed that there were 30 high-frequency herbal medicine, 19 high-frequency medicinal combinations, and 4 medicinal association rules. Evolution led to 13 medicinal combinations of 2 herbal medicine and 3 new prescriptions. Conclusion The main method of diagnosis and treatment for insomnia from the spleen and stomach is regulating qi activity of spleen and stomach. The features of common medicine are invigorating spleen to reduce phlegm, clearing stomach and calming the adverse-rising energy, and tonifying qi and soothing nerves, which can offer references for clinical treatment for insomnia.

Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;0(05):-
Baseline shift has severe effects on the analysis and processing of ECG. Filter and baseline polynomial-fitting are the main methods for removing baseline interference. This paper discussed the filtering ways of morphology filter, median filter,Linear-phase finite impulse response (FIR) filter, wavelet transform, morphology and wavelet combined method, median filter and wavelet combined method, comparing with the approach of baseline polynomial fitted way which composed of differential method and coordinates method. Experimental results showed that the poly-fitting approach are more efficient, had certain adaptive quality and little distortion, while filter ways were easy to implement but not accurate enough. As for real time and accuracy, polynomial fitted way has an advantage over filtering ways. Under the circumstances of having great difficulty in extracting baseline points,it is more appropriate to use filter ways to eliminate baseline wandering. This paper compared the methods in common use for suppressing baseline wander so as to help users to choose the proper way.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
2?l 10% ricin were injected into the pelvic nerve of cats. After 3~5 survival days 20% HRP solution was injected into the ipsilateral lateral parabrachial nucleus, 2~3 days later the animals were perfused with paraformaldehyde and glutaraldehyde, the brain and spinal cord were removed and processed for light and electron microscopy. It was confirmed that the primary afferent terminals (degenerated) of pelvic nerve formed axo-dendritic and axo-somatic synapses with the retrograde labelled neurons projected to the lateral parabrachial nucleus which were located in the dorsal commissure nucleus (DCN), intermediolateral nucleus (IML) and lamina Ⅰ of sacral spinal cord. Hence, the secondary afferent pathway of pelvic visceral sensation, as. indicated at the ultrastructural level, might originate from DCN, IML and lamina Ⅰ of sacral spinal cord and project to the lateral parabrachial nucleus.
