Objective To investigate the efficacy of ganciclovir in viral keratitis and its influence on serum related indicators.Methods Patients with viral keratitis from May 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into control and observation groups, each group had 62 cases.Patients in control group were treated with acyclovir eye drops, and those in observation group were treated with ganci-clovir ophthalmic gel.The difference in efficacy of two groups was compared.The levels of serum inflamma-tory cytokines of interleukin-2 (IL-2), IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and interferon-γ( IFN-γ) of two groups before and after treatment were compared, the serum levels of nitric oxide ( NO) , super oxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), C3, and C-reactive protein (CRP) were been compared.Results The pain relief time and corneal healing time of observation group [(3.41 ±0.89)d and (4.02 ±1.11)d] were all shorter than control group [(4.52 ±1.21)d and (6.30 ±1.45)d].The cure rate and total effective rate of observation group were 58.06%and 90.32%, respectively.It was sig-nificantly higher than control group ( P <0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment, the serum levels of IL-4, IL-6, and IL-8 were lower than control group, and IL-2, and IFN-γwere higher than control group (33.87%and 82.26%) ( P <0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment, the serum levels of NO and MDA were lower than control group, and SOD, C3, and CRP were higher than control group ( P <0.05).Con-clusions Ganciclovir has a better efficacy than acyclovir for viral keratitis, and can effectively adjust the serum levels of related indicators.

Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) technology combined with cluster analysis method was used to classify 75 batches of crystalline ceftriaxone sodium into subtypes, the crystalline characteristics of each subtype were measured with scanning electron microscope (SEM). By comparing some parameters of these subtypes correlated to crystallization process of ceftriaxone sodium, such as salification rate, water content in different subtypes, as well as by studying different lattice stabilities, different compatibilities with rubber closures during accelerated stability tests, the key point to improve the quality of domestic ceftriaxone sodium was disclosed. The results of this paper indicated that the fine structure of the products could be controlled well by improving the salification and crystallization process. As a result, the subtype II of ceftriaxone sodium with high stability can be produced.

Objective To study the antileukemia immune response of IL-18 gene transfected dendritic cells(DCs) of chronic myelogeous leukemia(CML).Methods DCs were transfected with IL-18 gene by liposomes in CML.The expression of IL-18 in IL-18 transfected DCs was detected.The percentages of CD80+ and CD86+ cells in IL-18 tranfected DCs were determined by FCM.The proliferation of T cell,NK and specific CTL kill activity induced by IL-18 gene transfected DCs were detected.Results The quantity of IL-18 in IL-18 tranfected DCs was(596?34.1)pg/2?106cells/48 h,while the culture medium of mock-transduced DCs and DCs did not secrete detectable levels of IL-18.The percentages of CD80+ and CD86+ cells in IL-18 tranfected DCs were higher than that in mock-transfected DCs(P

Objective To introduce the clinical application of a extensive revense peroneal artery flap in repairing big soft tissue defect in foot, especially in repairing a big defect in distal foot and the exposure of one or more metatarsophalangeal joint. Methods The skin flaps were used in 11 cases to repair the big soft tissue defect in foot, including the distal part of foot. The flap upper boundary may surpass the capitulum fibulae; The lower boundary may reach the back line between external malleolus and internal malleolus; Lat-eral boundary could overrun anterior margin of fibula about 2 cm; Inboard boundary could get to medial mar-gin of gastrocnemius muscle. In attention: the two branch vessels from peroneal vessel in the site of 11-13 cm and of 5-7 cm above the outer anker would be included in the flap. Results Ten of 11 skin flaps survived satisfactory. A small, marginal portion of one flap in one case presented necrosis. Conclusion The reverse peroneal artery flap is easy to elevate and safety, which is an ideal flap for a huge soft tissue defect in foot, especial in the distal part of foot.

Objective To explore the lived study feeling and experience of nursing upgrade students during blended learning model so as to provide the evidence of reforming teaching model of nursing educators.Methods Phenomenological research of qualitative research was used.Four focus groups,25 upgrade nursing students were interviewed in-depth.Results Six themes were sublimated:relief the contradiction between work and study,promote communication in double interaction,improve self-learning ability,improve selfconfidence as learning controllability,online courses lack a sense of belonging,lack of skills support.Conclusions Blended learning model meets students,needs,provides students with personalized learning and improves comprehensive quality.However,the development of blended learning model in China is in the primary stage,we should combine conditions and reference foreign experience to develop it.

Objective: To study the expression of CD138 in normal cervical mucosal tissue,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CINⅠ/Ⅱ and CINⅢ) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.And to investigate the clinical pathologic significance of CD 138 expression with lymph node metastasis , microvascular density ( MVD ) , CD68 expression and clinical stage in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:To detected the expression of CD 138 in 120 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma ,106 cases of CINⅢ,14 cases of CINⅠ/Ⅱand 54 cases of normal cervical mucosa tissues.Results: The expression of CD138 was lowest in cervical cancer tissue,followed by normal cervical mucosal tissue ,CIN I/II and CINIII,that there had significant difference (P<0.001).The expression level of CD138 was higher in without lymph node metastasis group than in lymph node metastasis group ( P<0.05 ).In cervical cancer , the expression level of CD 138 was higher in early stage ( stage 0 andⅠ) than in advanced stage (Ⅱ) ( P<0.001 );and higher in CD68 expression negative group than in positive group (P<0.05).Furthermore,MVD was higher in CD138 expression negative group than in positive group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: CD138 play an important role in the process of development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,especially for the role of lymph node metastasis is more obvious.CD138 could be used as a indicators for determinate the process of progress in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.

Objective To understand and explore the feelings and viewpoint of obstetrics and gynecology nursing professional degree postgraduates′core competency. Methods This study used semi-structured focus group to interview 3 obstetrics and gynecology department nurse specialists and 6 nursing postgraduates who work in the obstetrics and gynecology department. The data was transcribed based on the tape and were analyzed by software Nvivo 10.0. Results A comprehensive analysis of the five core competencies: clinical practice competency, research ability,clinic thinking ability, interpersonal communication and psychological counseling skills, self- planning ability. Conclusions Setting curriculum on basis of core competency. Quantify the clinical practice plan. Exploring the pattern of clinical education. Tamp the foundation, pay attention to practice, a positive attitude.

The data on nosocomial infection of 4060 patients who were stayed in intensive care unit (ICU) more than 48 h from January 1997 to August 2008 were reviewed.From Jan 2004 the target monitoring of hospital-acquired infection was implemented in ICU.The nosocomial infection rates before and after target monitoring were 35.25% (871/2471) and 30.77% (489/1589) respectively (P ＜ 0.01);however there was no significant difference in case infection rate before and after target monitor were practiced (47.67% vs.45.25%,χ~2 = 2.2836,P ＞0.05).The incidence of Acinetobacter infection was increased after target monitoring.Targeted monitoring can decrease the nosocomial infection rate in ICU,and also reduce the cost of medical care.

Objective To describe the rule of the phenotypic changes of schwann cells after peripheral nerve injury.Methods All experiments were performed on 18 male SD rats.Right midsciatic nerves were cut and were repaired by epineurium suture.At selected time points after injury(1 week,2 weeks,3weeks;n=6 rats for each time point),the proximal and distal sciatic nerve stumps(approximately a 2 mm length of nerve to the injured tip)were removed for detecting the expressions of GFAP,Sox2 and Krox20 by immunofluorescence methods. Results After sciatic nerve transection.there was expansion in the population of GFAP-labeled Schwann cells both in the proximal and distal stumps,and those expression reached the peak near to 7 d.Sox2 was neural stem cell markers and there was no Sox2-expressed cells stumps after nerve injury.And Krox20 positive Schwann cells continuously decreased in the first week,then had increased. Conclusion The differentiated stage of Schwann cells during peripheral nerve repair can be detected by using immunolabeling,and the observation above may be beneficial to find methods in improving nerve regeneration.
