Objective:In order to achieve a dynamic supervision system throughout the logistics process of high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery and solve the problem of inaccurate traceability. Methods: It is based on the theory of supply chain management and summarizes the logistics process on high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery. It is a combination of bar code and information management system. Results: The dynamic supervision system throughout the logistics process of high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery will replace the original static and extensive mode management. It will achieve the refine management of high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Conclusion:It promotes the integration of material flow, information flow, capital flow. It achieves the dynamic supervision system in every procedure including purchasing, warehousing, consuming, destroying, Checking inventory and ensures the accurate traceability.

Objective To investigated the biological procedure of allograft decalcified bone matrix(DBM)and bone cement(BC)combined with bovine bone morphogenetic protein (bBMP)used for the repair of femoral defect caused by microwave－ induced hyperthermia in dogsby 99mTc－ MDP bone scintigraphy.Method The canine femoral defect(length 25mm,width 10mm)was caused by microwave－ induced hyperthermia(50℃ ,20minutes)and the composite material was implanted .Then the canine femurs were examined by 99mTc－ MDP bone scintigraphy respectively at different postoperative time and the results were compared with that of X－ ray photography and histological observation.Bone cement was implanted in the other femur as a contrast.Results It could be observed at the first and the second month that the radioisotope was gathered in the place where the composite material was implanted and the amount of radioisotope gathered in was the most abundant at the third month and it was lasted to the fourth month. That of the sixth month was decreased to that of the second month.The radiation count of the first, the second, the third the fourth and the sixth month were 93.9± 12.7, 110.7± 16.4,222.1± 24.0,201.3± 26.9 and 111.6± 20.7 respectively,and the count of the third month and the fourth month were more than that of the first, the second and the sixth month(P<0.01).Conclusion The composite material could be remodeled easily and the new bone could be formed by the induction of bBMP. So it could be merged with the normal bone.While the 99mTc－ MDP bone scintigraphy is the object and reliable index to determine the biological procedure of the composite material in dogs.

Objective To investigate the security characteristics of rural young boarding pupils and its influencing factors.Methods 210 boarding and 265 non-boarding rural young pupils of Huojia in Henan were tested by questionnaires,including of a self-developed questionnaire,security questionnaire and adolescent mental resilience scale.Results ①The scores of the interpersonal security (25.99 ± 5.53),the determine control sense factor (24.63 ±6.17) and the total security(50.62 ± 10.37) in the boarding pupils were statistically lower than non-boarding pupils (27.36 ± 6.38,26.00 ± 6.55,53.36 ± 11.77,P ＜0.05).②There were statistically significant difference in the scores of the interpersonal security,the determine control sense factor and the total security among the different grades(P＜0.05),but there were no statistically sex difference in the scores(P ＞ 0.05).③Group regression analysis showed that,no family factors in the young boarding pupils had influence on the score of the security sense factors and the total (P＞0.05),and marital relationship of parents,only child,father' s and mother(')s education background of non-boarding pupils had certain influence on the score of the interpersonal security,the determine control sense factor and the total security (β =-0.43-0.27,P＜ 0.05).④The group regression analysis showed that,the problem solving and self-efficacy,parents'high expectations in mental toughness respectively had some effect on the interpersonal security of boarding and non-boarding pupils(β =-0.15,β =0.25,P＜0.05),and social ability and family care,schools resilience respectively had influence on the determine control sense in boarding and non-boarding pupils (β =-2.91-2.87,P＜0.05),and social ability,parents'high expectations respectively had influence on the total security in boarding and non-boarding pupils (β =-0.17,β=0.22,P＜0.05).Conclusion The security-sense in boarding young pupils are lower than the non-boarding young pupils,and family factors and mental toughness have different effects on security-sense of two kinds pupils.

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide(AS2O3)on the tumor growth of breast cancer line MDA-MB-435s implanted subcutaneously in nude mice and its mechanism.Methods BALB/C-nu/nu nude mice were subcutaneously injected with MDA-MB-435s breast cancer cells that are ER-positive,and treated with intraperitoneal injection of AS2O3 and DDP in different concentrations.The implanted tumor was weighed,and tumor inhibition rates were calculated.The expression of PTEN and Caspase-7 induced by AS2 03 were examined by immunohistochemical method.Results The growth of implanted tumor was markedly inhibited with DDP,low dose and high dose AS2O3,and the inhibitory rates were 48.68%,32.80%,66.67%respectively.The immunohisto chemical staining showed that the number of PTEN and Caspase-7 protein increased markedly(P＜0.05).Conclu sions AS2O3 inhibits the growth of human breast cancer cell implanted tumor.The molecular mechanism of AS2O3 on induction of apoptosis of breast cancer cells may be throush increasing the expression of PrrEN and Caspase-7(P ＜0.05).

OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of mecobalamin,ganglioside,mixture of calcium and magne-sium,reduced glutathione,mixture of calcium and magnesium combined with reduced glutathione in the prevention of chronic neu-rotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin, and to provide evidence-based reference for clinic treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from PubMed,clinicltrials.gov and CJFD,randomized controlled trials (RCT) about efficacy of 5 interventions in the prevention of chronic neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin were collected,and network Meta-analysis were performed by using ADDIS 1.16.5 af-ter extracting data and evaluating quality. RESULTS:A total of 34 studies were included,involving 3 236 patients. 4 studies were three-arm studies,30 studies were two-arm studies,totally 42 arms. Compared with placebo,the incidence of CIPN by 5 interven-tions was significantly reduced. Mixture of calcium and magnesium combined with reduced glutathione was the most effective and the followed by mecobalamin,reduced glutathione,ganglioside and mixture of calcium and magnesium,however,there were no significant differences among 5 interventions(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:5 kinds of interventions are all effective in the preven-tion of chronic neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin. Mixture of calcium and magnesium combined with reduced glutathione is the most effective. Duo to the low quality of included studies,large-scale and high quality RCTs are required for further validation of the conclusions.

The polyclonal antibodies against VLDL receptor were prepared and identified. Rabbits were immunized with polypeptide fragment of VLDL receptor as antigen. The collected blood serum of the immunized rabbits was analyzed and identified by using ELISA and Western Blot. The results showed that the rabbit against mouse and human VLDL receptor antibodies were obtained with high titer and could recognize the natural VLDL receptors through Western blot. The prepared polyclonal antibodies against VLDL receptor provide a new tool to study the protein of VLDL receptor.

Objective To study the influence of hierarchical model on the professional attitude and quality improvement of nurses and supply references for the apphcation of hierarchical model.Methods 310 nurses were divided into the control group(158 cases)and the practice group(152 cgses).The practice group adopted hierarchical model while the control group did not.Investigation was carried out in 15 aspects such as training requirement,choosing of nursing posts and departure intention,etc.Results The nursing teaching pest and nursing management post in the aspect of post requirement between the two groups had no statistical difference(P＞0.05),but statistical difference existed in other items(P＜0.05).In the aspect of training requirement evident difference existed in two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of hierarchical model proved to be a pivotal method to improve the professional passion and loyalty of nurses.

Objective To Analyze the immunity to secondary infection in the elderly with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Totally 105 old patients were included in the present study.The ratio of CD4+ to CD8+,and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-10 (IL-10),and interleukin-4 (IL-4) were determined by flow cytometer analysis or ELISA within 3 days after diagnosis of secondary infection.Results Among 105 old patients,58 cases experienced secondary infection.At 3th day after severe acute pancreatitis,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-4,IL-10,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/ CD8+ were (81.3±5.5)ng/L,(141.2±13.7)ng/L,(61.1±7.4) ng/L,(153.8 ±15.2) ng/L,(43.5±5.5)％,(20.7±2.9)％ and (2.4±0.3) in infection group,as compared with those of (50.8±4.7)ng/1,(81.4±11.7)ng/L,(30.8±7.8)ng/L,(100.3± 13.8)ng/L,(31.6±4.6)ng/L,(29.7±3.5)and (1.1±0.4)in control group,respectively,with statistically significant differences betwveen the two groups (t=7.30,6.51,4.87,4.52,2.88,3.41,4.26,all P＜0.05).At 28th day after SAP,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-4,IL-10,CD4+,CD8 ± and CD4+ /CD8+ were (29.3±5.8)ng/L,(51.7±7.9)ng/L,(33.8±5.1)ng/L,(82.6±9.5)ng/L,(22.1±3.3)％,(47.1±4.3)％ and (0.6±0.3) in infection group,as compared with those of (44.4±5.5)ng/L,(82.2±7.1)ng/L,(65.3±5.5)ng/L,(109.1±9.5)ng/L,(40.5±2.7)ng/L,(33.4±4.5)ng/L and (1.8±0.4) in control group,respectively,showing statistically significant differences between the two groups(t=3.26,4.93,7.32,3.43,7.41,3.81,4.33,all P＜0.05).Conclusions An early excessive immune response and subsequent immune injury is closely related to secondary severe acute pancreatitis.

To study the expression of herpes simplex virus type 2 latency-associated transcript (LAT) open reading frame 1 (ORF1) and its anti-apoptosis function induced by actinomycin D in Vero cells. The recombinant plasmid pEGFP-ORF1 was constructed and transfected into Vero cells, and the expression of ORF1 was identified by RT-PCR. The changes of Vero cells morphology induced by actinomycin D were observed by fluorescence microscopy, Hochest33258 fluorescence staining. Cells viability was evaluated by MTT assay and cells apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry. Double digestion and sequencing confirmed the pEGFP-ORF1 was constructed successfully, RT-PCR showed that the target gene was highly expressed in Vero cells. Hochest33258 staining reaveals that Vero cells transfected with pEGFP-ORF1 and induced apoptosis by actinomycin D had no changes in morphology. MTT assay showed that the viabilities of Vero cells transfected with recombinant plasmid pEGFP-ORF1 and induced apoptosis by actinomycin D has no statistically significant difference compared with the untreated normal control group (P > 0.05), but remarkable higher than Vero cells transfected with empty plasmid pEGFP-C2 and induced apoptosis by actinomycin D, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Flow cytometry assay shows that the cells apoptosis rate had no significant difference between pEGFP-ORF1 group and the normal group, but the cells apoptosis rate ofpEGFP-ORF1 was lower than the pEGFP-C2 group. HSV-2 LAT ORF1 gene can be expressed in Vero cells and can protect Vero cells from apoptosis induced by actinomycin D.
