Objective To estabilish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Jigucao Capsule. Methods The column was Lichrospher-C18(5 ?m,4.6 mm?250 mm). The determination was carried out with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(10∶90) as the mobile phase,a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected at 238 nm,and temperature of the column was 35 ℃. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0.14～1.68 ?g,Y =1 552.15X-6.42,r=0.999 9. The mean recovery was 97.53%(RSD=1.24%,n =6). Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,and can be used for quality control of the preparation.

Osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is an important link of bone metabolism and bone repair, the mechanism of which is usually complicated. Recent studies have found that BMP, FGF, Wnt, Hedgehog, NELL1, IGF, Notch and othersignaling molecules are involved in the regulation of osteogenic differentiation of MSCs. These signaling molecules themselves have been shown to have a strong ability to promote osteogenic differentiation. They can activate the corresponding receptors by specific ligands, thus initiating the specific signal transduction pathways in the cell, and finally promote the transcription and translation of the genes related to bone formation. Furthermore, all the signaling pathways form a complex network which regulates and influences the osteogenic differentiation ofMSCs. Further researches on the mechanism of the interaction of these signaling pathways is of great significance in promoting the development of bone tissue engineering and the treatment of bone metabolic diseases.

Objective To investigate the association between renin-like activity (RA) and angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) and the ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). Methods Blood samples were taken from 42 patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF). According to the ovarian stimulating response, the patients were divided into 4 groups: group Ⅰ, low responders, 7 cases; group Ⅱ, moderate responders, 8 cases; group Ⅲa high responders without using albumin, 7 cases, group Ⅲb, high responders with albumin, 10 cases; group Ⅳ, severe and moderate OHSS, 10 cases. 5 patients for intrauterin insemination with natural cycle as control. Follicular fluid (FF) was collected at oocyte retrieval from 28 IVF patients (including 7 OHSS patients). Fluid from ascites and hydrothorax was obtained from 3 OHSS patients, and peritoneal fluid obtained from 5 infertility patients by laparoscopy and ascitic fluid obtained from 6 ovarian carcinoma patients served as control. RA and AⅡ levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. ObjectiveTo summarize and investigate the occurrence,clinical features and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods33 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.Results10 cases of vaginal massive hemorrhage after uterine curettage,9 cases of subtotal hysterectomy,1 case was cured by MTX treatment,13 cases were cured by conservative treatment of uterine curettage after chemotherapy treatment,10 cases of successful uterus-saving by excision of lesion and uterine repair.ConclusionTransvaginal sonography was an important method in diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy and,the key to success was to select the appropriate individual treatment according to classification by transvaginal sonography.

Objective To compare the five different methods of extration process of Curcuma Long. Methods With the content of curcumin and yield of extract as evaluation index, the best extraction process of Curcuma long L. was optimized. Results The content of curcumin extracted in 80 ℃ ethanol immersion was higher, that was the optimum condition. Conclusion The extractive content of curcumin is higher by this process. It is easy to operate and proved to be stable and feasible.

OBJECTIVE To probe cleaning methods of reusable puncture needles and improve the quality of cleaning. METHODS The 200 sets of puncture needles with blood were divided into two groups (groups A and B). Ultrasonic cleaning was used in two groups,but in group A was with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and in group B with 1∶150 low foam multi-enzyme cleaning liquid for 20 minutes,after rinsing,the group A used 95% ethanol 2 ml/piece for dry,but the Group B used 90 ℃ 30 min,and then the bacterial endo toxins and 3% hydrogen peroxide tests,the cost of cleaning was compared. Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of treating shingles with venesection and cuppingplus Yunnan White Powder external application and to observe the effect of mental intervention and nursing on clinical healing time.Methods 100 cases with shingles were randomly recruited into two treatment groups(Group A and Group B)and a control group.Both treatment groups were treated with venesection and cupping plus yunnan white powder external application,in addition,group B was treated with mental intervention and nursing care.The control group was treated with Aciclovir ointment.Results As compared with the control group,both treatment groups showed significant difierences in the time of relieving pain,removing swell,forming a scab,and healing(P＜0.01);Compared with group A,group B showed a shortened healing time with P＜0.05.Conclusion It is effective to treat shingles with venesection and cupping plus yunnan white powder.Mental Intervention and nursing can promote the healing time and improve the degree of satisfaction.

OBJECTIVE To probe current status on protection of occupational exposure for contract workers in supply center of military hospital,therefore to put forward rational suggestion and measure.METHODS Current status among contract workers in supply center of military hospital were investigated by questionnaire with conversation.RESULTS The investigation showed that contract workers in supply center of military hospital had poor recognition on protection of occupational exposure,with higher prevalence of occupational exposure(95%),and short of effective protection against occupational exposure,and without correct and efficient measures once occupational exposure occurred.CONCLUSIONS It is essential to enhance education on occupational exposure protection,establish strict,systemic and periodic training,thus to strengthen self-protection on occupational exposure,therefore to reduce the occurrence of inhospital infection.

AIM: To find a more efficient and accurate method for medical image enhancement to resolve the problem of low local contrast, which often appears in magnetic resonance (MR) images.METHODS: Based on the investigation into the previous methods, a new algorithm was presented. The main features were as follows: Non-dual was used in the morphological operations and addition instead of multiplication was used in the contrast stretching operations. To avoid some gray-level bias, the method of normalized gray-level under condition was proposed.RESULTS: The new algorithm was tested by real MR images and simulated experiments. Compared with the previous method, the new method is more accurate, faster and less sensitive to noise.CONCLUSION: Non-dual morphological operations can achieve local contrast enhancement in a more accurate way, and the gray level bias can be eliminated by normalization.
