Objective To optimize the most favorable extraction conditions of Nutmeg. Method With the volatile oils extracting ratio of Nutmeg as optimization targets, the extraction factors affected the volatile oils extracting ratio were optimized by uniform design. Result The optimum condition for extraction was as follows:medicinal materials which screen mesh were 4~10, being soaked in 14 times water for 1 hours and distilled for 6 hours with vapour. Conclusion The extraction process of optimization is simple and practicable, and can provide the test foundation for production.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of malignant lymphoma of intestinal tract. Methods Thirty-two cases of malignant intestinal lymphoma proved operatively and pathologically were studied .All cases were subjected to Ba-meal or double contrast Ba-enema examinations. There were 10 cases studied by CT scan and 19 cases by B-ultrasonography.Results By Barium studies we found 20 cases of lesions involving the small intestine or ileocecal junction and 12 involving the large intestine. In the former subgroup , we found regional dilatation of small intestine in 6, multiple intraluminal polypoid filling defects in 7, intestinal wall infiltration in 4, intraluminal nodular proliferation with ulcer formation in 3; while in the latter subgroup ,there were polypoid masses seen in 6, narrowing of intestinal lumen in 5 and coarse intestinal mucosa in 1.On CT scan , we found irregular thickening of intestinal wall in 5 cases , eccentric intraluminal mass in 2 and intestinal dilatation associated with thickening of intestinal wall in 3. B-ultrasonography showed beltoid low echo thickened intestinal wall in 5 cases ,pseudo kidney sign in 6 and lumpy low echoes in 2. Conclusion Barium study , CT scan and B-ultrasonography have different specific diagnostic characteristics for malignant intestinal lymphoma. In combination with these examinations are mutually beneficial in the diagnostic process.

OBJECTIVETo determine the carrier rate for common mutations causing deafness among pregnant women in order to prevent births of deaf children.
METHODSFor 893 pregnant women, 2 mL peripheral venous blood was taken and DNA was extracted. A deafness DNA microarray screening was applied to such samples, and DNA sequencing was applied to husbands of women with positive screening results.
RESULTSA total of 40 carriers were detected, with the overall mutation rate being 4.48%. Among such carriers, GJB2 235delC was the most common heterozygous mutation (18 cases) and the mutation rate was 2.02%. GJB2 299A-T heterozygous mutation was detected in 7 cases with a mutation rate of 0.78%. IVS7-2A to G heterozygous mutation was detected in 9 cases with a mutation rate of 1.02%. There were 2 cases carrying GJB3 heterozygous mutation and 2 cases of mitochondrial 12S rRNA heterozygous mutation, with a mutation rate of 0.22%. IVS7-2A>G with GJB3 538C>T double heterozygous mutation was detected in 1 case, and IVS7-2A>G with GJB2 299A-T double heterozygous mutation was detected in another case, with the mutation rate of each being 0.11%. DNA sequencing has failed to find presence of mutations in the same gene in the husbands. The results of neonatal hearing follow-up were all normal.
CONCLUSIONApplications of the deaf genes screening in pregnant women may play prove to be valuable for the early detection for neonatal deafness.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2018;53(7):459-463
Objective:
To evaluate the effect of cervical lifting suture in treatment of placenta previa with increta and percreta.
Methods:
From January 2016 to June 2017, 65 cases (0.78%, 65/8 322) were diagnosed placenta previa with increta and percreta by prenatal ultrasonic score system and confirmed by intraoperative findings in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Peking University Third Hospital. Totally 62 cases (0.75%, 62/8 322) were included, because 3 cases underwent hysterectomy with placenta in situ. According to ultrasonic score system, 62 cases were divided into two groups, score 5-9 group (
