2.A prevalence survey and analysis of attitude on science researchers in a university

Objective:We had analyzed the attitude of science researchers in a university to promote the development of science cause in the university. Method:We had made a prevalence survey through a questionnaire. Results:Some researchers join in science cause to acquire some profits,they often change their research orientation and they aren’t willing to cooperate with each other. Conclusion:We must initiate a kind of spirit of which advantageous to collaborate,insisting,struggling and seeking the truth of science.

Objective:To find a good culture medium for embryo development in-vitro.Methods:D4 mouse embryo was cultured with carcinoma of kidney GRC-1 growth fluid and FD+20% fetal calf serum respectively in-vitro and the rate of zona-hatching,attachment and trophoblast outgrowth were compared respectively.Results:The rate of zona-hatching,attachment and trophoblast outgrowth with GRC-1 were 89.68%,86.51 %和84.92%,respectively.These were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P
4.Effects of Kinesio Taping on Spasticity of Upper Limbs after Stroke

Objective To observe the effects of Kinesio taping on upper limb spasticity after stroke. Methods From March to Novem-ber, 2015, 39 stroke patients were divided into Kinesio taping group (Kinesio taping and rehabilitation, n=13), white taping group (white tap-ing and rehabilitation, n=13) and blank group (rehabilitation, n=13) randomly. They were evaluated with modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) of upper limbs and the modified Barthel Index (MBI) before treatment, four and eight weeks after treat-ment. Results There was no significant difference among the three groups in the scores of FMA and MBI (P>0.05) four weeks after treat-ment, but the score of MAS improved more in the Kinesio taping group than in the other two groups (P<0.05). The scores of MAS, FMA and MBI all improved more in the Kinesio taping group than in the other two groups (P<0.05) eight weeks after treatment. Conclusion The application of Kinesio taping can relieve upper limb spasticity, and improve motor function and activities of daily living for patients with stroke.
5.Clinical observation on treating reflux esophagitis of deficiency of spleen Qi syndrome by Hezhong-Jianpi decoction

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating reflux esophagitis of spleen qi deficiency syndrome byHezhong-Jianpi decoction.Methods 90 patients in October 2012 to March 2014 in the standard of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Shanghal were randomly divided into a western medicine group (omeprazole), a Chinese medicine group (Hezhong-Jianpi decoction), and a Chinese and western medicine group (Hezhong-Jianpi decoction + omeprazole), 30 cases in each group. All groups were treated for successive 8 weeks and the changes of the symptoms of integral and esophageal mucosa under gastroscope change situation were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results After the treatment, the esophagus gastroscope integral of the western medicine group, the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group were all significantly improved than those before the treatment group (Z value was respectively -4.351, -4.300, -5.143,P<0.01). Total effective rate was 83.3% (25/30) in the western medicine group, 86.7% (26/30) in the Chinese medicine group, and 90.0% (27/30) in the Chinese and western medicine group, the difference among the three groups was statistically significant (χ2=6.800,P=0.030). The difference of symptoms integral of the western medicine, Chinese medicine, and Chinese and western medicine group was statistically significant (Z values are -5.482, -5.991, -6.120, respectively, P<0.01).Comparison between two groups after treatment showed only Chinese traditional medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group was statistically significant (Z=-2.113,P=0.040). After the treatment, symptoms as heartburn (Z value -3.390, -3.882, -3.666, respectively), the acid regurgitation (Z value -4.850, -5.004, -5.722, respectively), the food regurgitation (Z value -2.791, -3.422, -2.854, respectively) in the three groups improved significantly than those before the treatment (P<0.01); The retrosternal paln improved significantly in the Chinese and western medicine group after the treatment (Z=-0.873,P=0.380). The pharyngeal foreign body sensation or paln symptoms (Z value were -2.382 and -2.724, respectively), belching symptoms (Z value were -5.074 and -5.061, respectively) in the Chinese traditional medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group significantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05); The abdominal distension (Z value were 2.772 and -2.032, respectively), the abdominal paln (Z value were 2.26 and 2.02, respectively) in the western medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Hezhong-Jianpi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis of spleen qi deficiency, and the curative effect is similar to omeprazole. It has advantage for relieving belch and retrosternal paln. The combined therapy was more effective than eitherHezhong-Jianpi or omeprazole, but no difference was showed in the improvement of esophageal gastroscopy.
6.Clinical Observation on Carpal Joint Sprain by Puncturing Juliao (GB 29)

Objective: To observe the effect of puncturing Juliao (GB 29) in treating carpal joint sprain. Methods: 99 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups, treatment, control 1 and control 2 groups, 33 cases for each group. Cases in treatment group were treated by acupuncture on Juliao (GB 29); patients in control 1 group were treated by acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and patients in control 2 group were treated by local application. The clinical effect was compared among three groups after the treatment. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group is 96.9%, which is over and above 84.8% in control 1 group and 75.8% in control 2 group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture at Juliao (GB 29) has a precise curative effect in treating sprain of carpal joint. It is more effective than acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and local application.
7.Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture plus TDP Irradiation for Treating Noninfectious Urethral Syndrome

To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus TDP irradiation for treating noninfectious urethral syndrome. Method:Sixty patients with noninfectious urethral syndrome were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture plus TDP irradiation treatment group of 40 cases and a medication group of 20 cases as a control. Results:The effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 35% in the control group. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the treatment and control groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:Treatment by electroacupuncture plus TDP irradiation has an exact effect on noninfectious urethral syndrome. Its curative effect was significantly better than that in the medication control group.
8.The clinical significance of changes of platelet count in children with bronchial pneumonia

Objective To explore the changes of platelet count in children with bronchial pneumonia and its clinical significance in the disease.Methods 320 cases of bronchial pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed after hospitalization.According to the number of platelet count,the cases were divided into increased platelet count group (>400 ×109 /L)and normal platelet group(100 -400 ×109 /L),and the clinical data of two groups were statistically analyzed,such as age,gender,dyspnea,treatment,white blood cell count,hemoglobin,C -reactive protein.Results In 320 cases,62 cases'platelet count increased,258 cases were normal.Compared with the normal platelet group,the cases in increased platelet count group had the following characteristics:younger(<1 year old mainly,accounted for 46.77%;the former was between 1 and 3 years old mainly,accounted for 40.70%;Z =2.08),treatment time pro-longed (7.37 ±1.90)d,the former was (6.79 ±1.51)d,white blood cell count increased [(10.71 ±3.91)×109 /L,the former was (9.37 ±3.56)×109 /L,t =2.61,P <0.05];the incidence rate of dyspnea was higher (74.19%, the former was 52.33%,χ2 =9.73),hemoglobin decreased [(104 ±14)g/L,the former was (111 ±13)g/L,t =3.34],C -reactive protein increased [(24.42 ±12.73)mg/L,the former was (18.31 ±8.86)mg/L,t =3.58,P <0.01].There was no significant difference in gender between the two groups.Conclusion Children with bronchial pneumonia who platelet count increased are younger and their diseases are more serious.Observation the platelet count change can help to rightly judge and effective treat.
9.Effect of Protamine Coated PLA Nanocapsule on the Immune Function of Murine BMDCs In Vitro

Objective To investigate the effect of protamine(PS)coated polylactic acid(PLA)nanocapsule on the immune response of murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDCs).Methods PLA nanocapsules were prepared by W1/O/W2 method.Protamine was used to modify the surface of PLA nanocapsule that encapsulated ovalbumin(OVA),a model anti-gen.The prepared OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsules were used to stimulate BMDCs.Flow cytometry was used to analyze the ex-pression of surface molecules CD80,CD83,CD86,MHCⅠ,and MHC Ⅱ,and the uptake of nanocapsule.The levels of IL-12 p70 secreted by BMDCs were detected by ELISA.Results OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsules could significantly up-regulate the expres-sion of CD80,CD83,MHCⅠ,and MHC Ⅱ in BMDCs,and increase the secretion of IL-12 p70 by BMDCs.Furthermore,OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsules could enhance the uptake efficiency of OVA by BMDCs.Conclusion OVA/PLA/PS nanocapsule can en-hance the immune response of BMDCs,and may become a good drug delivery carrier.
10.Functional Exercise Guided by Self Muscle Strength Standard for Early Rehabilitation after Total Knee Arthro-plasty

Objective To observe the effect of functional exercise guided by self muscle strength in early rehabilitation on patients after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods From September, 2014 to September, 2015, 62 patients after TKA were randomly divided into ex-perimental group (n=31) and control group (n=31). The control group received conventional rehabilitation training, while the experimental group received rehabilitation training under the guidance of their own muscle strength standard. The degrees of swelling and pain seven days after TKA; the muscle strength seven and 15 days after TKA; the range of motion (ROM), the Keen Society Score (KSS) 15 days after TKA;and the postoperative hospital stay were compared. Results There was no significant difference in all the indexes above between two groups before TKA (t<0.960, P>0.05), and all of them improved after TKA (t>3.470, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the de-grees of swelling (t=1.800, P=0.077) and pain (t=0.840, P=0.404) seven days after TKA. The score of quadriceps strength was higher in the experiment group than in the control group (t>2.280, P<0.05) seven and 15 days after TKA. There was no significant difference in the ROM of the knee and the score of knee between two groups (t>0.850, P>0.05), and the functional score was higher in the experiment group than in the control group (t=5.870, P<0.001) 15 days after TKA. The postoperative hospital stay was shorter in the experiment group (t=7.65, P<0.01). Conclusion Functional exercise under the guidance of their own muscle strength standard could contribute to the improvement of postoperative muscle strength and knee joint function, and shorten the hospitalization stay.
