1.Substance basis research on Chinese materia medica is one of key scientific problems of inheriting, development and innovation of Chinese materia medica.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(17):3429-3434
The compound Chinese materia medica is the medication pattern of the traditional Chinese medicine for the disease prevention and treatment. The single Chinese materia medica (mostly in decoction pieces) is the prescription composition of the compound Chinese materia medica. The study of the effective substance basis of Chinese materia medica should be based on the chemical compositions of the compound Chinese materia medica as an entry point considering the different status of "Monarch, Minister, Assistant, and Guide" for a certain single Chinese materia medica in the different compound Chinese materia medica while substance basis research of a certain single Chinese materia medica should be a full component analysis as well as both stable and controllable quality. Substance basis research on Chinese materia medica is one of key scientific problems of inheriting, development and innovation of Chinese materia medica.

Conclusion: RRS is appropriate for the assessment of rumination in Chinese colleges.
5.Observation of the effect of pretreatment with ibutilide and direct current on cardioversion of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and the peri-treatment care
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(8):19-21
ObjectiveTo investigate the success rate and energy requirements of ibutilide and direct current(DC)cardioversion, summarize the nursing experience.MethodsForty-six patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were enrolled and underwent DC cardioversion were selelct from May 2009 to January 2011.23 patients received pretreatment with ibutilide before DC (the ibutilide group),23 patients received non drugs before DC (the control group). The cardioversion energy started at 100 J and increased if patients could not acquire sinus rhythm. All the patients were given pertinent care before, during and posttreatment. The success rate and energy requirements of the two groups were compared.Results95.7% of the patients were successfully cardioverted in the ibutilide group, which was significantly higher than 74.0% of the control group. The energy required for cardioversion was ( 139.1±45.1 ) J in the ibutilide group, significantly lower than (197.8±53.3) J in the control group.Non patients terminated treatment or appeared complication because of improper nursing.ConclusionsPretreatment with ibutilide enhanced the efficacy of DC cardioversion for the patients with persistent AF at lower energy requirements.Proper nursing care can ensure the smooth process of treatment and decrease the complications.
6.GC-MS analysis of essential oil from the seeds of Myristica fragrans Houtt in Indonesia
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil extracted from the seeds of Myristica fragrans Houtt.(nutmeg) in Indonesia and to provide qualities control scientific foundations. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and separated with GC capillary column. The relative content of every compound was determined by normalization method and the chemical compositions were evaluated by GC-MS.Results: Ninety-three chromatographic peaks were isolated and sixty-one compounds were identified, accounting for 97.62% of the total essential oil in nutmeg. Conclusion: The essential components of nutmeg in Indonesia is monoterpenoids and it's derivatives, accounting for 78.87% of the total essential oil.And phenolic compounds were the secondary composition, accounting for 16.79%.The essential oil contains safrole, which can induce genetoxicity and mutagenicity in animal, and myristicin and elemicin which can induce illusion. So,it must be careful when Myristica fragrans Houtt was used.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(3):272-276
The prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test contributes a lot to the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer (PCa) and, along with imaging-guided prostate biopsy, has improved the diagnosis rate of lower-risk PCa and the accuracy of its clinical staging. However, many questions and controversies remain as to the choice of optimal biopsy strategies. Scholars differ in views about how to utilize PCa-related biomarkers to optimize the detection of initial and repeat biopsies. This review focuses on the present status of and advances in transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy for PCa.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2012;16(6):383-387
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of recombinant human CTLA-4Ig fusion protein (rhCTLA-4Ig) on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and the change of T helper cells 17 (Th1 7 ) and regulatory T (Treg) cells. Methods Forty-eight active RA patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group received 12 weeks of infusions of rhCTLA-4Ig ( 10 mg/kg),while the control group received 12 weeks of infusions of placebo. The changes of expression levels of Th17cell were detected by flow cytometry. The changes of expression level of FoxP3 in monocytes of the peripheral blood were examined by RT-PCR.T test and x2 test were used for statistical analysis. Results ① Eighteen of 24 cases in treatment group showed good ACR20 changes after 12 weeks, the effective rate (75%) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 1/24,4% ).After treatment,DAS28 score of the treatment group (3.0±0.7) was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.9±0.7) (t=-12.39,P<0.01 ).② Compared with the Th17 monocytes of the peripheral blood from active RA patients of treatment group after therapy (0.22±0.20)%,the Th17 monocytes of peripheral blood from active RA patients of the control group (1.63±0.47)% were higher (t=5.61,P<0.05 ).③ Compared with the FoxP3 mRNA of the control group (0.24±0.05),that of the treatment group (0.88±0.18) was significantly higher after therapy (t=7.56,P<0.01 ).Conclusion The clinical parameters of RA patients have improved significantly after the treatment, and the Th17 and Treg cells balance is also restored after rhCTLA-4Ig therapy.
10.Preoperative evaluation on lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(10):-
Evaluating lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer preoperatively can help surgeons to choose the optimal extent of surgical lymph node resection. The diagnostic accuracy of computed tomography for lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer is about 70% , which is less accurate than endoscopic ultrasonography, and more accurate than magnetic resonance and positron emission tomography. Many molecular markers can predict the lymph node metastasis. The prognostic role of gene expression profiles is better than that of a marker. Sentinel lymph node and mathematical methods (Maruyama software, artificial neural network) may be useful in predicting the lymph node metastasis. Laparoscopy and quantum dots technique are potential methods in predicting lymph node metastasis.
