2.The research progress of Sox2 gene in malignant tumor
Practical Oncology Journal 2014;(2):173-176
Sox2 is one of the important members of the Soxfamily ,It plays an import role in the regulation of early embryo and normal tissue development ,maintain the versatility of stem cells and progenitor cells self -re-newal ability and decide cell fate ,etc.Sox2 genetic mutation or missing may lead to dysplasia or congenital disea-ses.Previous studies showed that Sox 2 expressed in a variety of malignant tumors ,and associated with the inci-dence of malignant tumor ,lymph node metastasis and pathological grading and clinical staging .There fone Sox2 is considered as a potential carcinogenic factor ,its over expression may form one of development of mechanisms for the occurrence and different kinds of malignant tumor .

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
The scrotum of mature rats was immersed in a hot water bath (43?0.2℃) for 25 min once each month. One to seven days after the first treatment, the lysosomes, lipid droplets and mitochondria significantly increased in number in the sertoli cells. It also showed that heat treatment accelerated the mitochondria's degenerative changes and caused the mitochondria temporarily to multiply. The exfoliation of the sertoli cells into tubular lumen were often observed during seven to thirty days after the first heating, the exfoliated sertoli cells became more numerous after the second or the third heating.Examination with electron microscopy showed that heating did not damage the ultrustructure of the interstitial cells, but two to seven days after the first heating, the multiplication of collagen fibress was evident in the interstitial tissue. All the testes showed marked fibrosis after the second or third heating, when the rats were treated once a month, but of the animals were treated once sixty-five days, only an example of the testis showed a slight degree of the fibrosis after the second heating. These results suggest that the degree of the testis fibrosis is related to the duration of the interval between each successive heat treatment.
4.Comparison of neuromuscular blockade in slow and fast muscles following administration of pancuronium or atracurium in rats
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(06):-
0.05) in ED,ED, recovery index (time between 25% and 75% recovery),the maximal depression and the maximal recovery of twitch response between slow and fast muscles following Pan or Ate. It is indicated that the dose-response and time-response relationships of Pan or Atc may be similar in slow muscles to those in fast muscles.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
Objective:To establish a method for analysis of residual organic solvents (methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate) in Ginkgo biloba Leaves for injection. Methods: The contents of residual solvents in Ginkgo biloba Leaves for injection were determined by headspace GC on HP 5 column, with FID detector, high purity nitrogen as the carries gas. Results: There was a good linearity ( r :0.9909~0.9999). The RSD of precision and accuracy was less than 5%, the average recovery rate was in the range of 93.06%~113.78%.Conclusions: The method was simple, quick and accurate and can be used for quality control of Chinese patent medicine.

OBJECTIVE:To reduce the risk of single dispensing, and to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in emergen-cy pharmacy. METHODS:Single dispensing environmental factors, human factors and social factors of emergency pharmacy in our hospital were analyzed;the suggestions and measures were put forward, risk intervention mechanism was established and manage-ment effects were evaluated. RESULTS:Through improving the pharmacy hardware and software, carrying out the relevant sys-tem,enhancing training, improving the process of dispensing and window order, promoting the drug management and carrying out near error management. Compared with before management(Oct.-Dec. 2014),the times of near error and disputes significantly re-duced after management(Feb.-Apr. 2015)(P<0.05),and medication error reduced to zero. CONCLUSIONS:As single dispens-ing,risk management and the improvement of prescription audit ability can improve pharmaceutical care in emergency pharmacy.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2016;32(6):443-447
The incidence of thyroid cancer in South Korea increased 15 times over the past twenty years, that made South Korea became a country of the highest reported incidence in thyroid cancer all over the world. But the mortality of thyroid cancer was stable and unchanged. The incidence of thyroid cancer in our country was growing at an annual percentage change of 20. 1%. It is a generally accepted that the sharply increased incidence is attributed tooverdiagnosis. Here we introduced the definition of overdiagnosis of cancer and the current understanding in tumor field. The corresponding strategy in our country was proposed.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To analyze the concentration of heavy metal elements, C, N and H in PM2.5 in the atmosphere in Hangzhou. Methods Midflow samplers were used to collect the samples in Hangzhou city, the element analyzer and microwave digestion ICP-MS were applied to test the samples. Results The average concentrations of N, C, H were 13.9-14.7, 30.3-30.8 and 7.9-8.9 ?g/m3 respectively in the central and northern east areas. The average mass percent values for the three elements(N、C、H) in the city were 12.8%, 27.8% and 8.1% respectively. The average ratios of total inorganic nitrogen to total organic nitrogen (IN/ON) and total organic hydrogen to total inorganic hydrogen (OH/IH) varied in the range of 2.2-3.5 and 3.5-3.6. Eleven elements showed a higher concentration in PM2.5, in which the values of Zn, Pb, Cu and Mn were all more than 200-11 500 mg/kg and the values of Cr, Ni, Se, Mo, Cd and Sb were 17-108 mg/kg, and that was only 6-8 mg/kg for Ag. The levels of average mass percent of all the metal elements were 1.7%-2.0%. Conclusion Carbon is one of important components in PM2.5 in Hangzhou. N and H exist mainly in the form of inorganic and organic compounds respectively. Zn, Pb, Cu, Mn are major heavy metal elements in PM2.5.

Objective To understand antimicrobial resistance and therapeutic efficacy of imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem for treatment of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MDRPA)from patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods From January 2010 to December 2015,78 patients with mechanical ventilation and isolated MDRPA from sputum cultures were selected and divided into imipenem/cilastatin (n=44)and meropenem(n=34) treatment groups, basic condition, time of emergence of drug resistance, and therapeutic efficacy of antimicrobial agents between two groups were compared. Results The basic data of two groups were comparable, before treat-ment by imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem, resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P .aeruginosa )to quinolones, ceftazidime, piperacillin, and amikacin were not significantly different (all P >0.05).After patients received antimicrobial agents for 6 days, difference in antimicrobial resistance between imipenem /cilastatin and meropenem treatment groups were not significantly different (22.73% vs 8.82%,P >0.05).On the 8th,10th,and 12th day of treatment, resistance rates of imipenem treatment group were 40.91%,77.27%,and 97.73%, respectively, which were all higher than meropenem treatment group (17.65%,32.35%,44.12%,respectively,all P <0.05).After the treatment with different antimicrobial agents, the average time for the emergence of resistance in imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem treatment group were 9.0 days and 13.5 days respectively.Therapeutic efficacy between two groups was not significantly different (64.71% vs 74.19%,P =0.41).Conclusion Compared with meropenem,imipenem/cilastatin shows higher risk for the emergence of drug resistance during therapy of P . aeruginosa infection in patients with mechanical ventilation, there is no significant difference in therapeutic efficacy between two groups of patients after 7 days of treatment.
