Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetic profiles of baicalin and wogonoside in diabe-tic rats in vivo,which are two major constituents in Huanglian-Jiedu Decoction(HJD).Methods The diabetic rats were induced by ip administration of streptozotocin(STZ).After the establishment of the method and the set-up of diabetic rats,the pharmacokinetic profiles of baicalin and wogonoside were investigated.Diabetic and normal rats were ig HJD extract,and then the blood samples were collected at the given time points.Contents of baicalin and wogonoside in diabetic and normal rat plasma were assayed by HPLC-UV method.The pharmacokinetic parameters(except Cmax and tmax) were analyzed by noncompartmental method.The area under the serum concentration-time curve(AUC0-t) was calculated using trapezoidal rule to the last point.Moreover,the presystemic metabolism of baicalin was investigated and compared to explore the pharmacokinetic difference by fermentation of baicalin in feces suspensions of normal and diabetic rats,respectively.Results The pharmacokinetic parameters of baicalin in normal and diabe-tic rats were:(4.50?1.92) and(7.5?1.0) h for tmax 2;(2.83?0.25) and(9.54?2.87) ?g/mL for Cmax1,(2.56?0.63) and(6.58?1.15) ?g/mL for Cmax2;(37.58?7.57) and(92.75?24.62) ?g?h/mL for AUC(0～24),(6.6?2.4) and(12.64?3.35) h for t1/2,respectively.And the pharmacokinetic parameters of wogonoside in normal and diabetic rats were:(5.5?1.0) and(8.00?1.63) h for tmax 2;(1.36?0.17) and(6.16?1.40) ?g/mL for Cmax1;(1.58?0.17) and(4.11?0.76) ?g/mL for Cmax2;(27.02?3.72) and(58.16?16.43) ?g?h/mL for AUC(0～24);(9.72?2.24) and(7.89?1.63) h for t1/2,respectively.The results indicated that Cmax1,Cmax2,AUC(0～24) of baicalin and wogonoside were significantly enhanced and t1/2 of baicalin was remarkably extended when compared with the normal rats.And the results also revealed that baicalin contained in HJD hydrolyzed more rapidly when incubated in the feces suspension of diabetic rats than in that of normal rats.Conclusion The results indicate that the pharmacokinetic difference of baicalin between diabetic and normal rats may result from the presystemic metabolism of baicalin.

Objective To investigate the effect of distal high ligation of hernial sac closed on the prevention of postoperative scrotum seroma of totally laparoscopic extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair. Methods The clinical data of 84 male patients who performed laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair from May 2014 to May 2015 May were analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups: block group (42 patients with distal hernia sac ligation closed), and non-block group (42 patients with distal hernia completely stripped off or exclusion). The rate of scrotum seroma, operation time, postoperative infection, length of stay and follow-up status were compared between two groups. Results All the surgery completed successfully. The operation time and length of stay in two groups had no significant differences (P>0.05). No patients used analgesics, and no patients had postoperative infection and hematoma. The rate of scrotum seroma in block group was significantly lower than that in non-block group: 0 vs. 11.9%(5/42), P<0.05. They were followed up for 5- 17 months, with average 11.2 months, and there was no chronic pain patients. Conclusions The distal high ligation of hernial sac closed in the prevention of postoperative scrotum seroma of totally laparoscopic extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair is effect.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of honghua injection on hemorrheology in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis ( DVT) after operation of lower limbs fractures.Methods 100 cases with operation of lower limb fracture meeting the inclusion critera were randomly divided into two groups equally.Besides conventional treatment, the control group was treated with rivaroxaban, while the observation group was treated with honghua injection and rivaroxaban.The incidence of DVT, pro-inflammatory factors, hemorheology indices and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results The observation group had a total DVT incidence of 10.0%, which was statistically lower than that of 28.0% in the control group(P<0.05). Three days after the operation, pro-inflammatory factors of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group was respectively statistically lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).As to hemorheology indices, in comparison with the control group, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen in the observation group were statistically lower (P<0.05).During the treatment, there were no case of severe adverse reactions, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically same.Conclusion Treatment of honghua injection in combination with rivaroxaban in the prevention of DVT is reliable, which could significantly reduce the incidence of DVT, alleviate inflammatory reaction and improve blood hypercoagulable state with minor adverse reactions.

The study is aimed to provide the theoretical basis for exploiting and utilization of salt-alkaline soil and cultivating Belamcanda chinensis. In this study, we exerted exogenous substances SNP, Spd to relieve the damage of the mixing salt-alkaline stress on B. chinensis seedling which is NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 four kinds of salt molar ratio of 9: 1: 9: 1, salt concentration of 100 mmol x L(-1). The result illustrated that high pH stress is a major factor caused the salt-alkaline stress, the interaction between time and the concentration of each, treatment was observed, what is more, there are synergies between the salt and alkali stress. The content of B. chinensis seedling leaves' membrane peroxidation index (MDA, O2-*) and metabolites (soluble protein, soluble sugars, organic acids) are showing an upward trend in varying degrees under 100 mmol x L(-1) salt-alkaline stress. It is effective to reduce the content of MDA and O2-*. and improve the levels of metabolites, in which the SNP (0.05 mmol x L(-1)) and Spd (0.5 mmol x L(-1)) to alleviate damage effects is the best. Therefore we can hold the conclusion that SNP and Spd can effectively mitigate the damage of B. chinensis seedling on salt-alkaline stress, improve the resistance ability of B. chinensis seedling which can provide the scientific basis for the utilization of salt-alkaline soil, and the cultivation of B. chinensis.

Objective Compared with the effect of thromboembolectomy assisted with intraoperative digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and traditional method,evaluate the value of intraoperative DSA on surgical procedures for acute lower limb arterial embolism. Methods Sixeight cases of traditional thromboembolectomy to take on the operation (group A) and 72 cases under the DSA operation (group B)were analyzed during January 2005 to December 2009, Comparing two sets of operation (time, the amount of bleeding and the ankle brachial index changes before and after the surgery , amputations rate). Results The operation time of group B [(76 ±17) min] was less than that of group A [(95 ± 22) min, t =5. 736, P ＜ 0. 01] ; the amount of bleeding of group B [(83 ± 35 ) ml] was significantly less than group A [(102 ± 58 ) ml, t = 2. 362, P ＜ 0. 05]; The difference of ABI in group B after the operation than before (0. 32 ±0. 08) than that in group A(0. 25 ±0. 12) had remarkably improved ( t =2. 33, P ＜0. 05) ;there were 8 patient amputations in group A and 2 in group B ( u = 2. 06 , P＜ 0. 05 ); there were 2 patients died in group A and one in group B ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion Thromboembolectomy assisted with DSA can be accurate assessment of the arteries embolism position, elevate the success rate in the operation ,reduce the rate of amputation saws.

Objective　To analysis the relation of the diameter of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and other factors with the capsular block syndrome.Methods　We not only analyzed the etiology and clinical characteristic of six cases in intraoperative,early postoperative and lately postoperative,but also discussed the method of treatment.Results　(1)When the diameter of CCC was smaller than the one of IOL's optic , the CBS easily happened; (2)When the hoops of the hydroview IOL had a smaller anterior angle and larger optic, the CBS easily happened; (3)When the viscoelestic material and cortex were stayed in capsular or anterior chamber, the CBS easily happened.Conclusion　(1)Generaly speaking the size of the CCC should right on the edge of the IOL's optic part; (2)To hydroview IOL, we should choose the one which had a larger anterior angle and a smaller optic; (3)Viscoelastic material which should be cleaned and there was no the rest cortex stayed in the capsular.

Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Shenshaoruangan Decoction on liver fibrosis in rats.Methods Seventy-two male Wistar rats were selected and normally fed for 1 week.Then they divided into the control group(n=12) and model constructing group(n=60).The model constructing group was subcutaneously and intraperitoneally injected by 40％ CCl4 olive oil for constructing fibrosis rat model.After successfully constructing model,which was divided into the model group(equivalent normal saline gavage),positive control group(colchicines 0.154 mg · kg-1 · d-1),low-dose group(2 mL per 100 g body mass,containing Shenshaoruangan Decoction crude drug 0.23 g/mL),medium-dose group(2 mL per 100 g body mass,containing Shenshaoruangan Decoction crude drug 0.46 g/mL) and high-dose group(100 g/2 mL,containing Shenshaoruangan Decoction crude drug 0.69 g/mL),12 cases in each group.The differences of related indicators rat hepatic fibrosis after 8-weeks treatment were observed.Results The control group was the stage 0 standard,the liver fibrosis degree in the positive control group was significantly better than that in the model group(P＜0.05);the liver fibrosis degree in the low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group was gradually alleviated;the liver fibrosis degree in the high-dose group was significantly slighter than that in the model group and-dose group(P＜0.05).The detection values of PC-Ⅲ,LN,Ⅳ-C and HA in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the detection values of PC-Ⅲ,LN,Ⅳ-C and HA in the positive control group,lowdose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P＜0.05).Serum SOD detection value of the model group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the serum MDA level in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);serum SOD level in the positive control group,low dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P＜0.05),while serum MDA level in those group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shenshaoruangan Decoction can effectively alleviate the liver fibrosis degree,and its mechanism is to reduce the levels of liver fibrosis indicators,inhibit the prodmotion of peroxides and alleviate the damage of free radicals on liver cells.

The transcription factor p73 belongs to the p53 family of tumor suppressors,and can be transcribed into different isoforms with either pro-or anti-apoptotic(TAp73 and △Np73)functions.However,the tumor suppressor activity of TAp73 is inhibited through complex formation with inhibitory proteins(e.g.△Np73,mutant p53,MDM2 and iASPP).Therefore,it is a kind of tumor therapy strategy to reactivate TAp73 through targeting these inhibitors directly or release TAp73 from the complex by targeting their interaction.This review discusses the possible strategies of targeting p73 for its reactivation and the acting mechanism of related compounds.

Objective To investigate MVD, TSP-1, TGF-?1 expression in GH-Secreting Pituitary Adenomas by immunohistochemistry, and to correlate data with clinical characteristics.Methods The protein expression of TSP-1, TGF-?1 in 48 surgical specimens (21 invasive cases; 27 non-invasive cases) of pituitary adenomas was measured using immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the expression and clinical properties was examined. MVD was measured by detecting CD34.Results Compared with the noninvasive group, no difference of expression of CD34(t=2.257; P=0.083) was observed. The expression of TSP-1 in invasive group was low. The expression of TGF-?1 was higher in invasive cases than that in noninvasive ones. The expression of TGF-?1 had positive correlations with MVD; but there was no correlation between the expression of CD34 and the invasion of pituitary adenomas. In addition, MVD count was not associated with the expression of TSP-1. Size, sex or rate of recurrence did not influence MVD and TSP-1 expression. Conclusion MVD values do not necessarily represent angiogenesis in pituitary adenomas. TGF-?1 may increase MVD, and TSP-1 does not affect MVD in pituitary adenomas and angiogenesis may be regulated by other pathway.
