China Medical Equipment 2015;(3):37-39,40
Objective:A more effective approach to judge the fissure fracture by using image enhancement is presented. Methods:The Gradient image after 5×5 median filtering smoothing was used to mask the laplace image, and to add the original image in order to informing the sharpening image, and then the adaptive contrast histogram equalization is put in shaping image and to compare the effect of the image enhancement. Results: The algorithm to enhance the X-Ray fracture image can highlight the shape of the fissure fracture clearly. The enhanced image is more effective than the image by using one way alone. Conclusion: This method is valuable in judging the fissure fracture in clinical diagnosis.
5.Mechanism for baclofen inhibition on quantal glutamate release in spinal dorsal horn neurons
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim To investigate the inhibition mechanisms of baclofen, a specific GABA B receptor agonist, on quantal glutamate release in the rat spinal dorsal horn neurons. Methods Whole-cell voltage-clamp technique was performed on dorsal horn neurons in rat spinal cord slice to record glutamatergic spontaneous miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents (mEPSCs). Baclofen action on quantal glutamate release was assessed by analyzing the change of mEPESC to baclofen perfusion. Results Baclofen(10 ?mol?L -1,50 s) depressed the frequency, but not amplitude distribution of glutamatergic mEPSCs, indicating baclofen presynaptic depression on glutamate release. The depression on frequency of mEPSCs persisted in Ca 2+-free solution, or in the presence of K + conductance blocker, 4-AP. On the other hand, the depression was occluded by forskolin, an activator of adenylate cyclase, but not protein kinase C (PKC) activator phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (PDBu). N-ethylmaleimide (NEM), a sulphydryl alkylating agent, which destroys G protein, abolished baclofen depression. Conclusion Not presynaptic K +, Ca 2+ conductance or PKC, but G protein and/or cAMP pathway are involved in the baclofen depression on glutamate release in rat spinal dorsal horn;this depression might contribute to the analgesic action of baclofen at spinal level.
6.Post-resuscitation multiple organ dysfunction syndrome: an update
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(11):-
Post-resuscitation multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(PR-MODS) is a major cause of low survival rate in patients with cardiac arrest. To fully understand the concept of PR-MODS is beneficial for estimating the state of illness, adjusting the therapy and eventually increasing the survival rate. This article reviews the development of PR-MODS concept and compares it with MODS of other causes, including their pathogeny, pathology, mechanism, diagnosis and therapy.
7.The Origin Analysis and Countermeasure Study on Non - profit Organizations Failures
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Just as "the market failures" in business or "the government failures" in government department, the non - profit organizations failures is displaying on kinds of forms. The reason that the non - profit organizations failed includ: seeking profit, the serious insufficiency of the organization funds, the morals out of control, the unscientific achievements evaluation system. The countermeasure settle of non - profit organizations failures include: to establish the information publishing system and the corresponding punishing system, perfecting the organization management system, forming the multiplicated financeing mechanism leading by government, perfecting the moral restraint mechanism which the autonomy and the heteronomy unifies.
8.The research development of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in Her-2 resistance for the treat-ment of breast cancer
Practical Oncology Journal 2014;(4):360-363
Her-2 targeting therapy is an important part of the treatment for breast cancer with Her -2 overexpression. However, the therapeutic effectiveness is largely influenced by Her -2 resistance.Previous studies have confirmed that PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway is activated during the process of drug resistance to Her-2-targeting therapy. Therefore, investigating the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and drugs -targeted pathway are important for the treatment of breast cancer .
9.The effect of perioperative surgical home on anesthesiology teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(9):914-917
The academic orientation determines the development direction of the subject, and also puts forward the corresponding requirements for the professional teaching. The deep development of anes-thesiology, perfect preoperative evaluation, refined management of clinical anesthesia and ultimately improv-ing the prognosis of patients are the total development directions of anesthesiology. Perioperative patient home (PSH) advocates taking patients as the center, dominated by anesthesia, based on evidence-based medicine in the perioperative period, solidarity and cooperation of multiple disciplines, the integration of a variety of medical resources, and providing continuous and efficient medical services for patients. PSH is required to ensure the safety of clinical anesthesia, reduce the incidence of anesthesia mortality and serious
complications, and improve the long-term survival rate and quality of life by improving the clinical work of the department of anesthesia. Practicing PSH, the anesthetic doctors should have the academic idea of the treatment of anesthesia. The concept requires making comprehensive use of a variety of teaching methods, putting emphasis on the training of basic knowledge, and in the teaching of basic knowledge, infiltrating the overall and local thinking and using lecture method in cooperation with the case teaching. To make solid promotion of PSH concept, we should use CBL teaching, strengthening the management of clinical anesthesia, and striving to promote the clinical practice of PSH.
10.Expression of placental glucose transporters in pregnant women with abnormal glycometabolism
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2008;11(6):373-376
Objective To investigate the expression of glucose transporters(GLUTs)in placentas of pregnant women with abnormal glyeometabolism, and to explore its effect on glucose transport between mother and fetus and its relation with the birth weight. Methods Placentas of 41 pregnant women with abnormal glycometabolism(7 cases of DM,10 GDM A1,10 GIGT and 14 GDMA2)and 15 normal pregnant women as control were selected. The expression of GLUT1 and GLUT3was detected by immunohistochemistry. The birth weight was measured at delivery. Results GLUT1 was expressed in the syncytiotrophoblasts and cytotrophoblasts, whereas GLUT3 in some endothelial cells. The expressions of GLUT1 and GLUT3 were significantly different among the five groups(P<0.01).Positive correlation was shown between the GLUT1 expression and the birth weight(rs=0.532,P<0.01),but not in GLUT3 expression. Conclusions The expression of GLUT1 and GLUT3 in placentas of pregnancy with abnormal glycometabolism is enhanced, and GLUT1 may play a predominant role in the fetal glucose uptake.
