Humanistic quality is an important part of the overall quality of university students and has the orientation and direction function for the improvement of the latter.Considering the features of the Chinese Medicine Science, the author attempts to do beneficial research on improving the humanistic education with the characteristics of the local culture by reforming courses, interpreting classical works and focusing on practice in the cultural background of South of Five Ridges. This research has great practical significance for the improvement of the education quality of Chinese Medicine Science.
4.Thrombus formation in vivo
Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2009;24(6):401-407
The mechanism of thrombus formation in living vessel wall is complex and involves a combination of blood and vessel wall properties and local flow conditions. The significance, theory and experimental tech-niques of thrombus formation in vivo were comprehensively reviewed.Particularly, the important role of signa-ling pathway and hemodynamic in thrombus formation in vivo was pointed out.The difficulty ic in vivo animal models was analyzed. Some recent new phenomena as welt as new approaches and directions worthy of in-vestigation also were summarized.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;34(5):318-320
Zinc is essential for cell proliferation and differentiation, especially for the regulation of DNA synthesis and mitosis. On the molecular level,it is a structural constituent of a great number of proteins including enzymes of cellular signaling pathways and transcription factors.Zinc can modulate cellular signal recognition, second messenger metabolism, protein kinase and protein phosphatase activities. It may stimulate or inhibit activities of transcription factors, and it may as well be used as a second messenger involved in cell signaling regulation.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(42):6782-6786
BACKGROUND:neurons are post-mitotic cels that are difficult to survive. Isolation, purification and culture of spinal motor neurons are technical difficulties of cel culture technology. OBJECTIVE:To establish the culture system of spinal motor neurons from neonatal rats and to identify and determine the purity of spinal cord neurons. METHODS: Ventral spinal cord tissues from neonatal rats were made into cel suspension that was subjected to density gradient centrifugation and differential adherence folowed by purification culture. Then, the cels on cover plates were identified and classified using immunocytochemical double staining method, and the content of cel components was calculated in combination with fluorescent Hoechst nuclear staining. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The cels adhered wel, and the neurons accounted for 85.8%, among which, motor neurons reached 71.6%, astrocytes accounted for 7.8%, cels negative for neurofilament 200 and glial fibrilary acidic protein were 6.4%. These findings indicate that the ventral spinal cord tissues from neonatal rats combined with density gradient centrifugation and differential adherence can develop high-purity spinal motor neurons.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(5):306-307
OBJECTIVE:
The objective was to investigate the effectiveness of holmium-YAG laser-assisted septoplasty for septal deviations under local anesthesia.
METHOD:
All holmium-YAG laser-assisted septoplasty procedures performed at Beijing hospital (Beijing, China) between August 2009 and May 2012. These patients were operated upon in an outpatient surgical suite.
RESULT:
The success rate after surgery with regard to nasal obstruction (50 patients) is 92.0% (46 patients) of patients reporting remarkable improvement. Of the 32 patients with rhinologic headaches, A total of 28 subjects (87.5%) had their headache scores improved by 50% or more after surgery; nine (28.1%) were pain free at the last follow-up; four (12.5%) had a less than 25% reduction in their headache score. There were no patients with severe postoperative bleeding. There were no patients with septal perforation.
CONCLUSION
The holmium-YAG laser-assisted septoplasty is a useful approach to correct septal deviations. There is improved safety due to the enhanced viewing conditions and ample operating space during septal surgery, particularly in posterior septal spurs. The holmium-YAG laser-assisted septoplasty can limit the dissection to the area of deviation, thereby reducing postoperative swelling and the development of complications. It also has other advantages including lower medical costs, and faster return to full activity.

9.Laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma: report of one case and review of the literature.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(7):386-387
The clinical data of one case of laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma in our hospital were respectively analyzed. The patient was a 61-year-old male, and complained of progressive pain of right ear for 7-year, it was misdiagnosed as glossopharyngeal neuralgia and larynx hemangioma. This patient was achieved total laryngectomy and bilateral cervical lymph nodes dissection. As of 12 months after surgery, the patient remains under follow-up observation, and no findings indicating obvious recurrence or metastasis has been observed. This disease is a rare and highly malignant tumor that is lack of specific feature in clinical performances. Recognition at larynx is essential so that proper patient management can be initiated.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(1):155-160
BACKGROUND:Traditional Chinese medicine shares wide application in clinical treatment because of its high security. At present, a lot of studies have been reported, in which, traditional Chinese medicine or monomers are used for in vitro differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocyte-like cells.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize and analyze the research progress of Chinese medicine to induce the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocyte-like cells and to looking prospect for its application.
METHODS:CNKI database was searched for the articles about Chinese medicine-induced differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocytes, published from January 2001 to January 2013. The key words were“Chinese medicine, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, cardiomyocyte”in Chinese and“bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, myocardial cells”in English. Obsolete or repetitive articles were excluded. Final y, 36 articles were included in result analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Different Chinese medicine formulations were used as inducers to induce differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocytes, including Panax notoginseng saponins, salvianolic acid B, Jiawei Danshen Yin, icari n, astragaloside. Then, the induced cells were examined by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-PCR. The results showed that the induced cells were positive for Desmin, cardiac troponin I and major histocompatibility complex. Positive cells were fusiform and fibroblast-like morphology, which indicates a role in promoting proliferation and differentiation. These findings show that Chinese medicine-induced differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocytes has become a worldwide research hotspot, providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of ischemic heart diseases.
