1.Protective effect of leuprorelin particle application before laparoscopic cystectomy on ovarian reserve function in ovarian endometriosis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(8):55-57
Objective To study the protective effect of leuprorelin particle on ovarian reserve function applied before the laparoscopic cystectomy of ovarian endometriosis. Methods 106 patients with endometriosis treated from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 53 cases of each group. The control group adopted the laparoscopic surgery;the observation group took the leuprorelin particle before the laparoscopic surgery. The operation condition, ovarian hormone and function were observed. Results The operation time and bleeding amount in observation group was better than control group ( P <0.05 ) .After surgery, the exhaust time between two groups had no significantly different. After surgery, the level of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in observation group was lower than control group; the level of estradiol (E2) in observation group was higher than control group (P <0.05); the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) between two groups had no significantly different. After surgery, the ovarian volume and antral follicle count ( AFC) in observation group was better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Before the laparoscopic cystectomy of ovarian endometriosis, the leuprorelin particle protects the ovarian function and morphology and has less impact in the level of hormone.

Conclusion Monitoring should be strengthened in order to reduce or avoid the vaginal dilator adverse events.
3.EXPLORE AND ANALYSE OF INTERNAL CONTROL ENVIRONMENT IN STATE-OWNED HOSPITALS
Modern Hospital 2009;9(7):111-113
In this paper, published by COSOInternal Control-integrated framework Theory and the actual situation in China's state-owned hospitals, the hospital selected the elements of the control environment for the study, respectively, from the organizational structure, the values of the main staff, the hospital management and operation of the concept of style, the hospital audit department, as well as hospitals and other human resource policies in terms of five of the impact of the internal control system analysis, and made light of the actual current state-owned hospitals in the above-mentioned aspects of the prevailing problems and gives some solutions.
4.Study progress of insulin-like growth factor receptor type 1 gene mutation and short stature
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(20):1528-1530
Insulin-like growth factor receptor type 1 (IGF-1 R) is the receptor cascade effect molecules of IGF signaling pathways in the hypothalamus-pituitary-growth hormone axis.In recent years,IGF-1R gene mutation of short stature case reports increased year by year, now the progress of IGF-1R gene defects in short stature for clinicians was summarized.
5.Analysis on Iatrogenic Factors of ADR Caused by TCM Injection
China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE: To probe into cognition of medical staff about TCM injection and iatrogenic factors of ADR caused by TCM injection in order to provide reference for rational use of TCM injection.METHODS: The cognition of 100 pharmacists and 100 nurses in 6 hospitals about TCM injection were surveyed using questionnaire. The results of survey were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: Most of the utilization of TCM injection was standardised.A small number of inappropriate utilization of TCM injection should be improved.CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists need to further improve their knowledge on TCM injection because of false cognition to avoid iatrogenic factors of ADR induced TCM injection and promote rational use of TCM injection.
6.Preparation of Nystatin Buccal Adhesive Tablets and Adhesiveness Study
China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare nystatin buccal adhesive tablets and to study their properties of bioadhesion.METHODS:Nystatin buccal adhesive tablets of different formula matching ratio were prepared with carbomer(CP)and hy?droxy-propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)as adhesive material and slow-release framework, and the adhesive power, duration of adhesion, swelling percentage and surface pH data of which were determined.RESULTS:There were great differences regarding bioadhesive properties among the adhesive tablets that of different formula matching ratio, the adhesive tablets that prepared in a formula matching ratio of1:1between CP to HPMC were of the best adhesiveness outcome.CONCLUSIONS:The buccal adhesive tablets were prepared successfully, and which can be used for the further study both in vivo and in vitro.
7.Effects of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy on Expressions of ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and p53 in Breast Cancer Tissues
China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
0.05). CONCLUSION: Only partial of the breast cancer tissues were seen of expression changes in ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and p53 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, but on the whole, the neoadjuvant chemotherapy has no significant influence on the expressions of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 and P53.
8.Effects of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue on sensitivity of breast cancer cells to 5-FU and epirubicin in vitro
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
AIM:To investigate whether gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRHa)affect the sensitivity of breast cancer cells to 5-FU and epirubicin in vitro.METHODS:Two breast cancer cell lines(MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231)were treated with different concentrations of GnRH analogue, triptorelin acetate,or with a GnRHa+5-FU or GnRHa+epirubicin. The cellular growth profiles were determined by CCK-8.The mRNA levels of GnRH receptor,PCNA and MDR1 were measured by RT-PCR.RESULTS:Both cell lines had positive GnRH receptor mRNA expression detected by RT-PCR.GnRHa did not suppress cell growth after GnRHa exposure.IC50 of 5-FU and epirubicin was not changed in the presence of GnRHa.Suppression of cell growth by the exposure to 5-FU and epirubicin was not changed in the presence of GnRHa.GnRHa treatment up-regulated PCNA mRNA expression in MDA-MB-231 cells but not in MCF-7 cells. The expression of MDR1 mRNA was down-regulated by GnRHa in MCF-7 cell lines. No MDR1 mRNA expression in MDA-MB-231 cells was observed.CONCLUSION:The present data suggest that GnRH analogue(triptorelin acetate)does not affect the sensitivity of breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 to 5-FU and epirubicin.GnRHa may decrease the drug resistance by down-regulating MDR1 mRNA expression.
9.Research progress in genetic susceptibility to alcoholic liver disease
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(2):379-383
Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is one of the most common chronic liver diseases in clinical practice with a complicated pathogenesis.Genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of ALD and might be the potential targets for the treatment of ALD.This article reviews the susceptibility genes associated with ALD in recent years and points out that the exploration of the mechanisms of action of these genes in the development and progression of ALD can provide a theoretical basis for effective evaluation, diagnosis, and prevention and treatment of ALD in clinical practice.
10.Driver genes and targeted drugs in lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(1):53-56
With the development of molecular biology of cancer, molecular targeted therapy which tar-geted the driver genes in lung cancer has become an inevitable part of the treatment of advanced lung cancer. The most successful examples of targeted therapy are targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK).More and more driver genes have been discovered, including ROS1 gene fusion, fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 amplification,KRAS,BRAF,PIK3CA gene mutation and so on.It is meaningful for guiding the treatment of lung cancer that defines the mutation incidence and clinical significance of driver genes in lung cancer.
