Objective:To improve the response and commanding capability of our military medical service system under the background of modern warfare. Methods: Based on the geographic information system, the decision-making system for military medical service(DSMMS) was constructed by using the theories of military medical geography, medical bio-engineering,computer technology, and information management science. The related mathematic model was used to verify the designed DSMMS.Results: The system was able to perform data retrieval and statistical analysis. When tested in medical evacuation system,DSMMS successfully chose the shortest path. Conclusion: The designed system can be used for data retrieval and decision-making in medical service, improving the commanding quality and speed,so as to contribute to the victory of the war.
2.Effect of Psychological Stress on Rat Behavior and Condylar Cartilage
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(9):1-6
Objective To establish the Sprague-Dawley rats psychological stress model and investigate the effect of the psychological stress on behavior and condylar cartilage of Sprague-Dawley rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided equally into psychological stress group, foot shock group and control group, and the foot shock group was only as sources of stimuli. The Sprague-Dawley rats psychological stress model was built, and the rats were killed at 1, 3 and 5 weeks respectively after stimulation. The behavior changes were observed by open field test, etc. The histology of condylar cartilage was observed by HE stain. Results Psychological stress model was effective in evaluating behavior changes. The pathological examination revealed structural changes of the condylar cartilage in the psychological stress group. The psychological stress groupⅡwas the most serious group with collagenous fibers disintegrated and gaps formed. Conclusion This rats model of the psychological stress shows great practicability and reproducibility. The long-term psychological stress can lead to SD rats behavior changes and temporomandibular joint condylar cartilage change.
3.Biotransformation of 6β-santonin by Phytolacca acinosa cell suspension cultures
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2005;40(9):834-837
Aim To obtain more valuable derivatives for the further structural modification of 6β-santonin (1) via biotransformation by using cell suspension cultures of Phytolacca acinosa. Methods The substrate 1 was incubated with cell suspension cultures of P.acinosa, the products were obtained by chromatography, and identified on the basis of their physical and spectral data (HRMS, 1D NMR, 2D NMR, NOE and IR). Results After incubation with cell suspension cultures of P.acinosa, 1 was converted into five products (2-6). Among them, 3 is a new compound. Conclusion 6β-santonin could be selectively reduced and hydroxylated by the cell suspension cultures of P.acinosa, which would provide valuable intermediates for its further structural modification.
4.Progress on strategies of rational medication in older adults
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2016;35(1):100-104
Objective Irrational pharmacotherapy is a common and severe phenomenon which happened in elderly people, it easily induces adverse outcomes, for example, increasing adverse drug reaction, mortality in hospital and the cost of drugs. The geriatric irrational pharmacotherapy are caused by lots of factors, and it is a challenge to clinical works in rational and optimized pharmacotherapy because of elderly complications and multiple pharmacotherapy which faced to doctors.Practical and effective treatment strategies and interventions are keys to geriatric rational pharmacotherapy. This paper will propose various of pharmacotherapy strategies in order to promote rational pharmacotherapy for the elderly patients.
5.MR Diagnosis of Intracranial Subependymomas
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To study the MR imaging features of intracranial subependymomas and to improve the knowledge more about it. Methods The imaging features of intracranial subependymomas in 17 cases proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed, among which 11 cases were male and 6 cases were female, 16 cases had MR images and 1 case only had CT images. Results MR appearances of intracranial subependymomas were as follows :16 cases were all hyperintense relative to the normal grey matter on T2-weighted images and hypointense or isointense on T1-weighted images. 12 cases showed no enhancement or minimal enhancement after Gd-DTPA administration . 9 of 16 cases were located in lateral ventricle, 2 were in septum pellucidum, and the rest 5 were in fourth ventricle ,third ventricle ,prepontine cistern, right CPA and chiasmatic cistern respectively. In one case , CT showed isodensity and was enhanced in CE-CT,the lesion was situated in fourth ventricle. In all 17 cases, 11 were accompanied with microcystic structures. Conclusion Intracranial subependymomas are best delineated by MR imaging. The diagnosis of intracranial subependymomas should be considered when above findings are confronted.
6.Relationship Between Methylation of Tumor Suppressor Gene and Gastric Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between methylation of tumor suppressor gene and gastric cancer. Methods The literatures in recent years about the concept of methylation, its biological significance and the relationship between DNA methylation/demethylation and gastric cancer were reviewed. The effects of methylation of different tumor suppressor genes on gastric cancer were also analyzed. Results The effect of aberrant methylation on the development and the progression of gastric cancer was still unclear but it was supposed that the inactivation of genes related with cell cycle regulation, mitotic checkpoint, apoptosis, DNA mismatch repair, metastasis suppression and so on might be attributable to the aberrant methylation in gastric cancer. Conclusion Aberrant methylation of tumor suppressor genes plays an important role in the development and progression of gastric cancer. The status of methylation of tumor suppressor genes may be used as a useful molecule marker for diagnosis, assessing metastasis and evaluating prognosis, and demethylation could possibly be a new therapy for gastric cancer.
7.Analysis and improvement of methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction
Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(09):-
Objective To analyze and improve Methylation-specific Polymerase Chain Reaction. Methods Methylation state of DAPK in gastric cancer was detected by this improved MSP. Results 100 % of frozen tissues and 24.1% of paraffin-embedded tissues could get either methylated production or unmethylated production. Conclusion Improved MSP is a convenient, sensitive and specific way to screen DNA methylation, especially for frozen tissues, but for paraffin-embedded tissues,it may be unsuitable.
