1.The key point of cooperation between operation room nurses and anesthesiologists

Objective To probe into the nursing experience of reasonable cooperation between op-eration room nurses and anesthesiologists. Methods Strengthening preoperative propaganda and psy-chological education,paying attention to the temperature and humidity in operation room,assisting the anesthesiologists to arrange patients'body position,giving cooperation of infusion and transfusion,actively involving in rescue work.Results Surgery patients got good care,anesthesia and surgery went along smoothly. Conclusions Smooth coordination between operation room nurses and anesthesiologists has great significance on the smooth going and satisfactory results of operation.
2.Progress of diagnosis and treatment for aplastic anemia

As the techruque of molecular biology developed, the research of aplastic anemia turns to the cytogenetical level. Scientists focused on irwestigating the relationship between the mutation of gene or chromosome and the curative effect of aplastic anemia.The results show that abnormality of particular chrromosome or gene will cause different outcome . On the other hand, the first line therapy of aplastic anemia is still IST or HSCT according to the different situation.The antibody special for T cell is still in studying, and the effect shows well .Through the typing diagnosis consummated, the treating method developed, the survival rate of the patient with apLastic anemia will be advanced.

4.Expressions of TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 and the changes of serum oxidative stress indexes in diabetic patients with breast cancer

Objective To measure the expressions of TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 in diabetes patients with breast cancer and to determine the changes of oxidative stress indexes before and after surgery.Methods The expression levels of TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 mRNA in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were measured in 45 diabetes patients with breast cancer.The levels of serum oxidative stress indexes including MDA,MPO,SOD and TAC were detected and compared before and after surgery.Results The expressions of TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 mRNA and their protein levels in cancer tissues were lower than those in adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of the three indexes were 60%,66.7% and 73.3%,higher than that of TXNIP protein with 2.2% in the adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).The TXNIP,STAMP2 and GATA3 protein positive rate of breast cancer tissue were related to differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical grades (P<0.05).Serum MDA and MPO levels increased first and then decreased.SOD and TAC showed a trend of decrease first and then increase.The turning point is 6 d after surgery.Conclusion TXNIP,STAMP2,GATA3 and serum oxidative stress indicators may be the indicators for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in diabetes patients.
5.Protection Mechanism of Neferine in Learning and Memory Function of Rats with Chronic Cerebral Ische-mia

Objective: To investigate the effects of neferine ( Nef ) on the learning and memory function and the expression of Notch1 and SYN in hippocampus in the rats with chronic cerebral ischemia .Methods:Male SD rats (250-300g) were randomly divid-ed into the sham operation group(Sham), the model group(Mod), nimodipine (Nim) positive control group and Nef treatment group with 5 ones in each .The chronic cerebral ischemia ( CCI ) model was established using bilateral common carotid artery ligation ( 2-VO).The rats were orally administered with NS(5 mg· kg-1),Nim(1 mg· kg -1) and Nef (20 mg· kg-1),respectively for 21 days after the first day of operation .The body weight was recorded .The number of hippocampal neurons in the rats was observed by Nissel staining.The learning and memory function was evaluated by Morris water maze test .Notch1 and SYN protein expressions in hippo-campus were detected by IHC staining and Western blot .Results:Compared with the Mod group , Nef group could reverse the reduc-tion of body weight and the number of hippocampal neurons in hippocampus CA 1 region induced by 2-VO, increase the route and the time of platform finding, prolong the escape latency and decrease the number of platform cross on the 21st day, and the effects were bet-ter than those of Nim (P<0.05).Moreover, the down-regulated SYN and Notch1 protein expressions in CCI group were both increase after the Nef treatment on the 21st day.Conclusion:Nef has a protective effect on the function of learning and memory in CCI rats in-duced by 2-VO,which may be related with the strengthened Notch 1 pathway in CA1 region of hippocampus and synaptic plasticity .
6.The effect of quercetin in the rats of LPS-induced acute Lung Injury

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of quercetin in LPS-induced acute lung injury. Methods The PaO2, PaCO2, RR and pH, the expression of IL-6、 IL-1β、 TNF-α、 JAK2、 STAT3、 p-JAK2、 p-STAT3, the pathological change and Dry/Wet of Lung tissues were evaluated in rats. Results Quercetin can significantly decrease the pathological change of Lung tissues, the PaCO2, RR and the expression of IL-6、IL-1β、 TNF-α、 p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 with increasing the PaO2, pH and D/W. Therefore, with on influence on the expression of JAK2. Conclusion Quercetin pretreatment decreased LPS-induced acute lung injury by suppressing JAK2/STATA3 signallingto improve exchange ability though reducing inflammation.
7.Preparation of an electronic moxibustion apparatus which simulates the mechanism of traditional moxibustion:application security and environmental effects

BACKGROUND:An electronic moxibustion apparatus that simulates the mechanism of traditional moxibustion therapy is designed and developed to overcome shortcomings of traditional moxibustion therapy, such as non-standardized treatment, limited body position, and production ofsmokeandashduring the treatment.
OBJECTIVE:To develop a kind of electronic moxibustion apparatus which simulates the traditional moxibustion therapy and has obtained the patent so as to industrialize and modernize moxibustion therapy.
METHODS:Bio-waves launched from far infrared materials are beneficial to the human body. An electronic moxibustion apparatus including time temperature control er and moxibustion head was developed, and the closed loop control technique was used to precisely control the temperature and time. Thermal radiation infrared spectrum that moxibustion head generated could simulate the emission spectrum of moxibustion in combination with wormwood oil coating or drug interval, thereby achieving the therapeutic effect similar to traditional moxibustion.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The prototype of DZWJY-1 electronic moxibustion instrument has been developed and its safety and electromagnetic compatibility have been detected in Shanghai Testing&Inspection Institute for Medical Devices, China. Relevant clinical trials are ongoing to verify the efficacy. Preliminary clinical evidence shows that the electronic moxibustion apparatus has the same therapeutic effect to the traditional moxibustion therapy, which realizes the safety and environmental protection of moxibustion therapy and provides objective, standardized and modernized evidence for moxibustion therapy
8.Efficacy and observation of Bufei Huoxue soup combined with Western medicine for stable COPD and airway inflammation reduction and lung function improve-ment

Objective:To analyze Bufei Huo Xue Tang combined with Western medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) and its effect on airway inflammation reduction and lung function improvement. Methods: 100 patients with stable COPD in our department from February 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into combination group and control group. The control group received conventional oxygen,salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation powder(1 absorption /times,2 times /day) and expectorant treatment. Combination group were based on the addition of lungs Bufei Huo Xue Tang with a course of 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and α1-AT and IL-8 levels in two groups of patients were compared. Results:The cough,sputum,difficulty breathing, wheezing,wheezing symptom score in the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . FVC,FEV1 and FEV1 /FVC in the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0. 05).α1-AT and NO in the combination group was significantly higher after treatment. IL-8 and TNF-α was significantly lower than the control group(P<0. 05). BODE scores in the combined group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Bufei Huoxue soup combined with Western medicine for COPD can inhibit inflammation,improve clinical symptoms,lung function and quality of life.

10.The value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound guiding normal saline injection in the detection of residual common bile duct stones

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) guiding normal saline (NS) injection through endoscopic nasobiliary drainage duct(ENBD) on evaluation for residual stones in common bile duct.Methods Fifty-five patients with bile duct stones were treated by endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) and duodenoscopic sphincterotomy incision surgery (EST) and ENBD.All patients received normal ultrasonography and CEUS guiding NS injection ultrasonography after EST.The length and width of common bile duct and the detection rate of residual stones before and after NS injection were compared.Results In the 55 patients,1 patient failed in injection of contrast agent into the ENBD.In the other 54 patients,the difference of the length and width of common blie duct before and after NS injection were statistically significant [(2.94±1.76)cm vs (6.09±1.46)cm,(0.58±0.30)cm vs (1.11±0.98)cm](all P<0.001).The full display rate of the common bile duct before and after NS injection were 13.0%(7/54) and 90.7%(49/54),respectively.Before injection,none of common bile duct stones was suspected.After injection,5 cases of common bile duct stones were suspected.Three cases were confirmed by ERCP,1 case was confirmed by operation and 1 case was false positive.Conclusions CEUS of the common bile duct through ENBD performs its patency and course.On this basis the injection of NS increases the display rates of common bile duct,thus improving the detection rate of residual stones.
