1.The dynamic expression and migration of FSCB in mouse spermatogenesis
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:To explore the dynamic expression and migration of the novel testis- and sperm-specific protein FSCB in mouse spermatogenesis and observe the morphological localization of FSCB on normal and abnormal mouse sperm. Methods: For exactly staging of the mouse tubule sections, Periodic acid-Schiff staining was performed at first, and then the dynamic expression of FSCB on mouse testis and sperm by indirect Immunofluorescence was observed. Results:FSCB is a post meiotic protein initially expressed at step 11(stage Ⅺ)of mouse spermatogenesis in the elongating spermatids, and it’s expresson gradully become stronger and stronger from step 11(stage Ⅺ) through step 15 (stage Ⅵ). It subsequently begin migrate into the flagellar at step 15, and at last totally localize to the sperm flagellar at step 16(stage Ⅷ)accompanied with its disappearing from the cytoplasma of sperm. The exact localization of FSCB on normal sperm is in the flagellar principal piece. Its expression and localization on abnormal sperm was variablely changed:a.No expression on the whole flagellar;b. The expression segment on the flagellar was shift to near the head and become short, suggest this sperm defect middle piece;c. Its distribution on the flagellar showed beads like shape. Conclusion: FSCB is an important constituent protein of the fibrous sheath, is assembled at the surface of fibrous sheath core structure and constitutes the final assembly step of fibrous sheath at the later stages of spermiogenesis. The expression of FSCB in abnormal sperm was significantly changed. The relationship between the abnormal expression of FSCB and the sperm motility need to be further studied.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate diagnosis value of PP65 antigenaemia assay(AA) on cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection in febrile children.Method One hundred and twenty-eight febrile children with febrile duration between one to two weeks, their blood preparations and urine aliquots were screened, indirect IF staining(antigen PP65),ELISA(CMV-IgM) and light microscope(urinary cytomegalic inclusion).Three methods above mentioned were used in all patients.Result The positive rate of PP65 antigenaemia,CMV-IgM and urinary cytomegalic inclusion was 17.2%,8.6%,6.3%,respectively.The positive coincidence rate of PP65 antigen with CMV-IgM and PP65 antigen with urinary cytomegalic inclusion was 50%(11/22),36%(8/22),respectively.Nineteen childrens antigenaemia PP65 became negative with patient′s condition improved.Three children′s PP65 antigenaemia remained positive, when they were clinic cured. Two of them became negative after two weeks and one after three weeks. Conclusion Antigenaemia PP65 is effective in early diagnosis of active CMV infection, predicting patient′s condition and providing early intervention and treatment.

2500mg/kg ( ig ) gave no any toxic symptom nor death. In long-term toxicity test, 50, 1000 and 2000mg/kg?d-1 ig on 30~90 consecutive days to rats and 280 and 560mg/kg?d-1 ig on 90 consecutive days to dogs respectively, revealed no significant toxicity in general physical signs, body weight, appearance. behavious, routine urine test, routine blood test, liver and kidney function tests, histological examinations of important organs, blood biochemistry tests and electrocardiogram, except that the platelet numbers of both animals increased.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods:Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group ( n=40). In the course of the treatment, 2 patients in each group dropped out, which means 38 patients in each group were included. All patients were instructed to actively control blood glucose The control group was given Mecobalamin tablets orally, while the treatment group was given electroacupuncture of Daling and Neiguan on the affected side based onthe control group for 6 weeks. The degree of pain was assessed by VAS, and the severity of clinical symptoms was assessed by the symptom scale of Boston carpal tunnel questionnaire (BCTQ). The sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV), the amplitude of sensory nerve action potential (SNAP) and the distal motor latency (DML) were detected by EMG evoked potential instrument. The clinical efficacy was evaluated and adverse events were recorded. Results:The total effective rate was 81.6% (31/38) in the treatment group and 60.5% (23/38) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=5.094, P=0.024). After the treatment, the scores of VAS and BCTQ in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group ( t=2.639, 2.790, P=0.010, 0.007); DML (3.62 ± 0.19 ms vs. 4.00 ± 0.17 ms, t=68.891) in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.01), while SCV (47.36 ± 0.18 m/s vs. 42.34 ± 0.14 m/s, t=97.163) and SNAP (14.74 ± 0.18 μV vs. 12.10 ± 0.16 μV, t=51.434) in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.01). During the treatment, no serious adverse events occurred in two groups. Conclusions:Electroacupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome with type 2 diabetes. It can reduce the degree of pain and improve the symptoms of wrist joint.

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of a modified Prolift procedure, without preceding partial trachelectomy or hysterectomy for pelvic organ prolapse (POP) with coexistent cervical elongation. Methods Clinical data of 72 patients that underwent a modified Prolift procedure for POP with coexistent cervical elongation, between December 2008 and June 2012 in Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command was retrospectively analysed. A comparison was carried out between preoperative and postoperative parameters of pelvic organ prolapse quantitation system (POP-Q), and an objective evaluation was made according to the overall cure rate and recurrence rate. Pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20 (PFDI-20) was used to investigate the subjective cure rate and improvement of symptoms. Results Patients were followed up at median 52 months (36-78 months). One bladder perforation and one rectum perforation occurred during the procedure. Four patients (6%, 4/72) had uterine prolapse at 9-19 months after the opertaion and had transvaginal hysterectomy laterly. The overall anatomical correction rate was 94%(68/72). Six patients (8%, 6/72) had mesh exposures at 3-9 months after the opertaion. Scores of PFDI-20 decreased sifnificantly after the procedure (118.2±25.2 vs 12.1±8.0 vs 12.5±9.5 vs 13.0±9.9, P<0.05). The patients′ satisfaction rate was 92% (66/72). Conclusion This modified Prolift procedure, without preceding partial trachelectomy or hysterectomy, could effectively and safely correct POP with coexistent cervical elongation.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(6):381-384
T lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LBL) is a kind of lymphoblastic malignant tumors orientated in T-cell line with poor clinical effects. Its molecular genetics is mainly correlated with antigen receptor gene, abnormal chromosome, oncogene activation, tumor-suppressor gene inactivation and molecular pathways. This article will review the latest research progress of the molecular genetics in T-ALL/LBL to explore the index of prognosis and possible therapeutic targets.
