Objective To study the effects of Huangqi Injection on hematological system in advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer (NSCLC)patients after chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 NSCLC patients were randomly recruited into a control group (40 patients) and a treatment group (60 patients). The control group was treated with MVP project (chemotherapy with mitomycin, vindesine, and platinol) and orally taken with ondansetron, batilol, and leucogen; while the treatment group was treated with Huangqi Injection on the basis of the control group. Therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results There was a significant decrease of white blood cell count and platelet count in the treatment group. The occurrence of aneamia in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05) . Conclusion Huangqi Injection has a obvious effects in reducing toxic and side effects of chemotherapy in NSCLC patients.

Objective The detection results of two methods of quantitative methods and blood culture method were compared to explore the value of quantitative detection of serum procalcitonin.Methods From February 2014 to January 2015,the clinical data of 192 patients who were tested for two quantitative detection and blood culture were collected at the same time,and the results were eligible analyzed.One of the two quantitative detection methods was the electrochemical luminescence,and the other was the up-converting phosphor method.Results Compared with the result of blood culture,the positive rate was significantly higher in electrochemical luminescence and the up-con-verting phosphor method (χ2 =70.531,43.671,all P<0.05).The positive rates of up-converting phosphor and electrochemical luminescence were 66.1% and 75.5% respectively, and the difference between two quantitative methods was also statistically significant (χ2 =5.297,P<0.05).Method of electrochemical luminescence tested on higher sensitivity.When the level of PCT was less than threshold,for method of the electrochemical luminescence,the sensitivity on the blood culture was 93.7%,the specificity was 33.3%,the positive predictive value was 40.7%,the negative predictive value was 91.5%,the area under ROC curve was 0.628.For method of up-converting phosphor, the sensitivity on the blood culture was 90.5%,the specificity was 46.5%,the positive predictive value was 45.7%, the negative predictive value was 90.7%,the area under ROC curve was 0.554.Conclusion The electrochemical luminescence detection method of serum procalcitonin was better than up -converting phosphor method and blood culture.The electrochemical luminescence method which makes rapidly qualitative and accurately quantitative detec-tion,can give early diagnosis,medication guide in a short time,and predict the prognosis of disease.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy with red and blue light in the treatment of facial acne. Methods Ninety-two cases of facial acne in dermatology outpatient hospital were randomly divided into the test group and the control group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the test group received the photodynamic therapy, and patients in the control group received red plus blue light treatment for eight weeks, respectively. Results Before treatment, patients in the test group and the control group had no significant differences in acne, papules, pustules, nodules, cysts and gags score. After 8-week treatment, the comedones, papules, pustules, nodules cyst number, gags score of patients in the test group were significantly less than or lower than those of patients in the control group (P < 0.05, respectively). The healing rate was 84.78% in the test group, which was higher than that of 65.22%in the control group of (P<0.05). The total efficiency was 97.83%in the test group and 93.48% in the control group, with no significant difference. The adverse reaction rate was 10.87% in the test group and was 23.91% in the control group, with no significant difference. Conclusion The effect of photodynamic therapy for facial acne is better than red plus blue light treatment ,with a less incidence of adverse reactions.

Objective To approach effect of Yiqihuoxue decoction on remnant stomach paralysis syndrome after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods A total of 44 patient of remnant stomach paralysis syndrome were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 22 patients in each group. The control group was treated with TPN parenteral alimentation. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Yiqihuoxue decoction and mental intervention. The clinical effects were observed in both groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 54.55% and 100% in the control group and the treatment group respectively, showing statistic difference(P=0.00625 ＜0.01).Conclusion It was effective to treat remnant stomach paralysis syndrome with Yiqihuoxue decoction, TPN parenteral nutrition and mental intervention.

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes in the patients with endometriosis ( EMT) complicating with pelvic fluid .Methods Eighty patients with endometriosis complicating with pelvic fluid ( ca-ses of ⅠtoⅣwere 15, 12, 22, and 31, respectively) were enrolled.The peripheral blood as well as the pelvic fluid were collected and flow cytometry was applied to detect the frequencies of CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes and their intracellular cytokines , including transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and interleukin 10 (IL-10).Twenty health women with the same range of age were enrolled as the control group .Results Compared with the control ones , the frequencies of peripheral blood CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes , TGF-β1, and IL-10 of the EMT subjects were increased significantly (all P <0.05), which presented the order Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰand the difference between every two of the Ⅰ~Ⅳgroups was significant (all P <0.05).Similarly, the data of CD8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes, TGF-β1, and IL-10 in pelvic fluid also presented as Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ.Moreover, the difference of pelvic fluid TGF-β1 between any two groups was more apparent compared with CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes and IL-10 ( P <0.05 ) .Spearman correlation analysis showed that any one of CD8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes, TGF-β1, and IL-10 positively correlated with any stage of ⅠtoⅣ( rs =0.791, 0.753,0.726 and all P <0.05).Conclusions CD8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes, TGF-β1, and IL-10 were closely related to the stages and could be the negative roles in the pathogenesis of EMT .TGF-β1 played a vital role in the formation of pelvic fluid .

Objective To investigate the the clinical effect and immune regulatory mechanism of red-blue light combined with Niuhuang Shangqing capsules for the moderate-severe acne.Methods A total of 180 patients with moderate to severe acne treated in People's Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan City from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups with each group 90 patients. The control group was treated with red and blue light, and observation group was treated with the combination of red and blue light andNiuhuang-Shangqingcapsules. The levels of SP(Substance P), IL-1 and IL-6 in peripheral blood were observed and analyzed. The recurrence rates and adverse events were observed.Results After treatment, the SP (657.4 ± 36.6 pg/mlvs.799.9 ± 60.2 pg/ml,t=19.188), IL-1(61.8 ± 24.7pg/L vs.92.1 ± 23.5 pg/L,t=8.431), IL-6 (38.7 ± 10.3pg/mlvs.66.7 ± 14.1pg/ml, t=12.421) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (allPs<0.01). The total effect rate of the observation group were 91.11% (82/90), which were significantly higher than 70.00% (63/90) of control group (χ2=12.804,P<0.01). Conclusions The Red-blue light combined withNiuhuang-Shangqing capsules for treating moderate-severe acne, has significant effect and can reduce the serum levels of SP, IL-1 and IL-6, with fewer adverse events and lower recurrence rates. They can be used as a safe and effective treatment of acne.

Purpose To explore the immunohistochemical ( IHC) expression of ALK antibodies with different clones in anaplastic lym-phoma kinase ( ALK) gene fusion non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) . Methods ALK expression in 60 NSCLCs were detected by IHC including autostainer (D5F3, Ventana+BenchMark) and manual staining using 4 different antibodies of D5F3 (Ventana), D5F3 (Cell Signaling), 1A4/1H7 (OriGene), 5A4 (Abcam), and all cases were verified with ALK FISH. Their expressions with 4 anti-bodies were compared with those by D5F3 (Ventana+BenchMark). Results 32 ALK gene rearrangement NSCLCs and 28 negative cases were identified by FISH and D5F3 (Ventana+BenchMark). The sensitivity of D5F3 (Ventana), D5F3 (Cell Signaling), 1A4/1H7 (OriGene), 5A4 (Abcam) was 93. 8%, 84. 4%, 93. 8%, 56. 3%, and all the speciticity was 100%. The consistency with D5F3 (Ventana+BenchMark) was 96. 7%, 91. 7%, 96. 7% and 76. 7%, respectively. The validity of immunohistochemical staining in surgical resection specimens was better than in small biopsies. Conclusion Effective routine manual immunohistochemistry with high-affinity antibody clone may provide a more economic and widespread pre-screening technique.

Aim To investigate the effect of Jinlida on cholesterol-related genes in skeletal muscle in fat-in-duced insulin resistance ApoE-/ - mice. Methods Ten male C57 BL/6 J mice were selected as normal group ( NF );50 male ApoE-/ - mice with a high-fat feeding after 16 weeks ( HF) were divided into model group, rosiglitazone ( LGLT ) , Jinlida low dose group ( JLDL, 0. 95 g · kg-1 · d-1 ) , Jinlida medium dose group ( JLDM, 1. 9 g·kg-1 ·d-1 ) , Jinlida high dose group (JLDH, 3. 8 g·kg-1·d-1), which were per-formed intragastric administration for 8 weeks. Oil red O staining of mouse skeletal muscle was used for fat ac-cumulation. Insulin receptor ( INSR) , insulin receptor body substrate-1 ( IRS-1 ) , low-density lipoprotein re-ceptor ( LDLR ) , cholesterol sensor ( SCAP ) mRNA and protein expression in mouse skeletal muscle were measured by quantitative reverse transcription PCR ( RT-PCR ) and Western blot. Results Compared with NF group, fasting blood glucose ( FBG) , choles-terol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) and low density lipo-protein cholesterol ( LDL-C ) of HF mice were signifi-cantly elevated, while high-density lipoprotein ( HDL-C ) significantly decreased ( P < 0. 05 ) . Compared with HF group, Jinlida group could reduce to varying degrees FBG, TC, TG and LDL-C in mice, and in-crease HDL-C ( P <0. 05 ) . Jinlida could downgrade fasting serum insulin ( FINS ) level, and improve the insulin sensitive index ( ISI ) ( P < 0. 05 ) . Jinlida could obviously improve skeletal muscle fat accumula-tion of mice. Compared with NF group, skeletal mus-cle INSR, IRS-1, LDLR mRNA and protein levels of HF group were significantly decreased ( P <0. 05 ) , while SCAP mRNA and protein level increased signifi-cantly (P<0. 05). Compared with HF group, Jinlida could increase to varying degrees INSR, IRS-1, LDLR mRNA and protein levels ( P < 0. 05 ) , and lower SCAP mRNA and protein levels ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclu-sion Jinlida can alleviate fat-induced insulin resist-ance in ApoE-/ - mice through regulation of cholester-ol-related gene expression.
