OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema. METHODS:138 patients with dermatitis and eczema were randomly divided into control group (69 cases) and observation group (69 cases). Control group received Mizolastine sustained release tablet 10 mg,orally,once a day. Observation group additionally received Tripterygium glycosides tablet 20-30 mg,orally taking after a meal,3 times a day. All patients treated for 3 weeks,patients’life way remained unchanged during treatment. Clinical efficacy,total score of symptoms, IL-2,IL-6,CRP levels and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference (P<0.01). After treatment,the total score of symptoms,IL-2,IL-6,CRP levels in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and observation group was lower than control group,with significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine shows better efficacy than mizolastine alone in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema,with better safety.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Dibiling.METHODS:Rhizoma Coptidis in the formulation was identified qualitatively by TLC,and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by RP - HPLC.RESULTS: The TLC spots of Rhizoma Coptidis were clear and distinctive.The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.088～3.520?g(r = 0.996 0) with an average recovery rate of 100.82%(RSD = 1.19%,n = 6).CONCLUSION:The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Dibiling.

Objective:To explore the effect of continuing care based on the WeChat public platform questionnaire star on the fluid replacement operation of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 210 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis in the Panyu Central Hospital, Guangzhou from January to June 2019. They were divided into a experimental group and a control group by random number table method, each with 105 cases. The patients of the control group were given routine continuous care for peritoneal dialysis, such as outpatient follow-up, telephone follow-up, home visit, etc., and oral education. On this basis, in the experimental group, the patients first joined the WeChat public platform, implementing network-based health education and questionnaire stars for real-time testing, and multi-dimensional communication with patients. The knowledge of the peritoneal dialysis fluid replacement operation, the fluid replacement operation evaluation score, the catheter outlet replacement drug evaluation score, the fluid replacement operation self-management score and compliance were compared before and after intervention in the two groups. And the incidence of complications related to the peritoneal dialysis fluid exchange operation of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:The experimental group′s knowledge of peritoneal dialysis fluid exchange operation, examination score of fluid exchange operation, and abnormal situation management score of fluid exchange operation management were 55.88±8.97, 92(89, 96), 12(11, 12) after three-month intervention, and higher than the control group [51.88±10.24, 91 (86, 94), 12 (9, 12)], with statistically significant difference ( t value was 3.00, Z value was -2.483, -2.308, P<0.05). After six-month intervention, the relevant knowledge of peritoneal dialysis fluid replacement operation, fluid replacement operation evaluation score, catheter outlet replacement drug evaluation score and fluid replacement operation management score (routine fluid replacement operation, abnormal situation handling) of the experimental group were 57.52±9.41, 93 (90,96), 90 (87,94), 18 (17,18), 12 (11,12), which were higher than the control group [53.61±10.29, 90 (86,94), 90 (87,92), 17 (15,17), 12 (9,12)], with statistically significant difference ( t value was 2.87, Z value was from -7.181 to -2.664, P<0.01). The difference between the groups was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 4.21-7.517, all P<0.05); and the difference between the intervention time points was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 11.805-164.95, all P<0.05). After six-month intervention, the complications of catheter infection, peritonitis, and poor drainage were 9 (8.91%), 5 (4.95%), and 5 (4.95%) in the experimental group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [21 (20.39%), 14 (13.59%), 15 (14.56%)], with statistically significant differences ( χ2 value was 5.36, 4.51, 5.33, both P<0.05). Conclusions:The continuous care of the WeChat public platform questionnaire star has a significant promotion effect on the improvement of the knowledge, operation ability, compliance and self-management behavior of the peritoneal dialysis patients, and can effectively reduce the complications caused by the peritoneal dialysis operation.

BACKGROUND: Macula adherens protein is found closely associated with congenital cardiac malformation and myocardial differentiation. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression characteristics of α-macula adherens protein in rat heart, as well as the property of age-dependant expression during myocardial growth. DESIGN: Randomized controlled, observational comparative study. SETTING: Department of Cell Biology of Xinxiang Medical College; Department of Bioengineering and Agricultural Economics of Puyang Vocational Technical School. MATERIALS: This study was conducted at the Morphological Laboratory of Xinxiang Medical College between January and June 2003. Totally 28 Wistar rats of clean grade were divided into infant group, youth group,middle-age group, and old-age group with 7 rats in each group. METHODS: All rats were anaesthetized and then cardiac tissues were cut into consecutive coronal slices of 5 μm thick. The expression of α-macula adherens protein in rat myocardium of infant, youth, middle-age and oldage groups was detected using IHC method. The positive cells displayed brownish yellow granules on the surface, cytoplasm and intercalated disc. Routine HE staining was performed on all specimens for structural comparison. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The expression of α-macula adherens protein in rat myocardium of different groups. RESULTS: All the 28 rats entered the final results analysis. ① α-macula adherens protein was found to be expressed in myocardium in atrium, ventricle, papilla muscles and interventricular septum. ② In infant rats, the expression of α-macula adherens protein was mainly observed in intercalated disc at the end of myocardium, with less expression on cell surface and in cytoplasm; in contrast, α-macula adherens protein in young, middleaged and old rats was found to be typically expressed in intercalated disc at the end of myocardium. CONCLUSION: The expression of α-macula adherens protein displays age-dependant manner during rat myocardial development; moreover, the expression of α-macula adherens protein is found to be consistent with the development of intercalated disc.

Objective To explore acute cerebral vascular accident factors in patients with nosocomial infection. Methods Clinical data with 680 cases with acute cerebral vascular accident were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients with hospital flu infected as the observation group, selected in accordance with 1 ∶ 1 over the same period without cerebrovascular accident combined hospital patients feel as control group. The patient age,gender,state of consciousness , invasive operation, dehydrating agent application time, whether use of antibiotics and other differences were compared . Results In 680 cases of patients with acute cerebral vascular accident, there were 90 cases of hospital infection; two groups gender, dehydrating agent application time had no difference(P ＞ 0. 05 ); the observation group compared with the control group older, unconscious, to implement invasive operation to prevent high proportion of antibiotics(P ＜0. 05), hospital infection-related factors. Conclusion Acute cerebral vascular accident patients should have a higher incidence of nosocomial infection, and be related with many factors. Taking corresponding measures against the relevant factors could prevent hospital infection.

Objective To investigate the ecological niches of sucking lice (Phthiraptera: Anoplura) on the body surface of small mammal hosts and the co-evolutionary relationship between lice and mammal hosts in Yunnan Province. Method Thirty species of small mammals were captured and used as 30 resource sequences. The distribution and composition of the dominant 22 species of sucking lice on the body surface of the 30 species small mammal hosts were analyzed as the utilization proportion for each resource sequence. The niche breadth and proportional similarity were measured. SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used for analyzing the niche overlap matrix of sucking lice by hierarchical clustering analysis, and a dendrogram was made. Results The niche breadth was narrow for most species of sucking louse. Among the detected species, Hoplopleura pacifica showed the widest niche breadth, but only 0.1536. Indices of niche proportional similarity of most sucking lice were relatively small from 0.0005 to 0.4695. The 22 species of sucking lice were classified into 16 niche overlap groups, by ?=5.5, through a hierarchical clustering analysis for the niche overlaps, and the clustering process of most sucking lice was late. Conclusion The sucking lice have a high specificity for hosts, of which different species show an apparent niche divergence on host selection. The results reveal a high coevolution between sucking lice and the mammal hosts.

Objective To investigate effect of the transtheoretical model and stages of change (TTM) on self-management paradigm,serum calcium and phosphorus levels in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Methods Total 140 MHD patients were separated into two groups as the intervention group (65 of 70 cases completed with TTM) and the control group (63 of 70 cases completed with routine nursing care) by random number table.Data obtained by using hyperphosphatemia related knowledge questionnaires and Self-management Rating Scale before and after intervention.The levels of serum calcium and phosphorus between the above groups were compared.Results The scores of self-management behavior were higher in control group after 3 months intervention,the differences was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),in which the scores of problem solving (2.97 ± 0.28),self care activities (2.99±0.28),relationships (3.13±0.35) and emotional treatment (2.80 ± 0.32) in experimental group was apparently higher than control group at the same time,the scores were (2.63±0.32),(2.67±0.38),(2.76±0.42),(2.44±0.36) respectively in conrtol group,t values were-0.907,-7.68,-6.03 and-8.43,respectively.And also,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups in serum phosphorus level [(1.81±0.49) mmol/L vs.(2.56±0.69) mmol/L],the product of calcium and phosphorus [(55.33±14.45) mg2/dl2 vs.(72.35±20.94) mg2/dl2],serum parathyroid hormone [238.00 (130.35,413.85) ng/L vs.297.75 (155.02,760.37) ng/L] (t=11.01,8.43,Z=-2.09,P＜0.05).Conclusions TTM is conducive to promote behavior change,improve self-management conduct,and also reduce serum phosphorus level in MHD patients.

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes in the patients with endometriosis ( EMT) complicating with pelvic fluid .Methods Eighty patients with endometriosis complicating with pelvic fluid ( ca-ses of ⅠtoⅣwere 15, 12, 22, and 31, respectively) were enrolled.The peripheral blood as well as the pelvic fluid were collected and flow cytometry was applied to detect the frequencies of CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes and their intracellular cytokines , including transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and interleukin 10 (IL-10).Twenty health women with the same range of age were enrolled as the control group .Results Compared with the control ones , the frequencies of peripheral blood CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes , TGF-β1, and IL-10 of the EMT subjects were increased significantly (all P <0.05), which presented the order Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰand the difference between every two of the Ⅰ~Ⅳgroups was significant (all P <0.05).Similarly, the data of CD8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes, TGF-β1, and IL-10 in pelvic fluid also presented as Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ.Moreover, the difference of pelvic fluid TGF-β1 between any two groups was more apparent compared with CD 8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes and IL-10 ( P <0.05 ) .Spearman correlation analysis showed that any one of CD8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes, TGF-β1, and IL-10 positively correlated with any stage of ⅠtoⅣ( rs =0.791, 0.753,0.726 and all P <0.05).Conclusions CD8 +CD28 -T lymphocytes, TGF-β1, and IL-10 were closely related to the stages and could be the negative roles in the pathogenesis of EMT .TGF-β1 played a vital role in the formation of pelvic fluid .

AIM: To study a method of determing ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1,notoginoside R_1 contents in Xuesaitong Enteric Dripping Pill. METHODS: HPLC was used to determine gingsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1 notoginse-(noside) R_1 contents. RESULTS: The average recoveries were 100.35% for ginsenoside Rg_1(RSD=1.34%),(102.01%) for ginsenoside Rb_1(RSD=1.48%),100.13% for notoginsenoside R_1(RSD=1.78%),n=6),respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,senstive and precise.It could be used for the determination of ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1,notoginsenoside R_1 contents in Xuesaitong Enteric Dripping Pill.
